I do not recommend this place to anybody. I took my vehicle there because it had a noise coming from the engine. The mechanic agreed to repair the vehicle and charged me $460.00. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed a new loudly noise coming again from the engine, but he said that is not a problem, just drive the car like that. But after driving the car for a day, the noise increased and increased, so I called him and he told me bring the car and I fix it. To my surprise and after losing two days of work because of this issue, he wanted to charge me even more, for a noise that the car did not have before. After I complained, he agreed to lower the price to $85.00, which was suppose to be just the parts. The persons attittude was not too good either... When I picked up my car again, he said do not bring your car again with a new problem saying that is the same problem we just fixed. Not to my surprise, after driving for just 5 minutes, the problem appeared again, and the noise is even worse, especially when I am backing up, and making turns. What is the point of taking my car again to this mechanic for warranty. At this point, honestly I feel that I lost $545.00. And I will have to take the car to the dealer service. I do not know if driving like that is dangerous. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had a flat tire while on vacation. Called Ultimate Auto Repair because USAA said that is where they would send my car. The person who answered the phone said they dont do flat tires.

WORST PLACE TO EVER GO! this guy would charge you an arm and a leg for your car to break down two days later. He doesn’t explain whats exactly wrong with your car, only says the amount of money he needs. He has stolen hundreds of dollars from me and my car has never been completely fixed for more then a week after picking it up from him. DO NOT go to this guy, he’s trash and a thief. You’re better off letting the local crackhead neighborhood mechanic fix your car with duct tape and a plastic screw driver touch your car over this guy. He’s worst then the guys in Hialeah and is twice expensive!! He should really change his profession to being a stripper because all you’re going to do is throw money at him and get nothing in return. I’m telling the complete and honest truth.

This guy is a crook he is very rude I took my cars to him for a repair he doesn’t talk to you before he starts on your car he takes the car apart and then tell you the problem and how much it’s going to cost so basically he doesn’t give you a choice because he already took your car apart and you have to get it fixed he has very bad customer service Jose is not a mechanic I will recommend he feels like you need him so he charges you a lot of money the people that rated him good must know him personally because every bad review is right on point about this shop I experienced everything they say about him he has a very bad attitude.

The owner is a crook. He doesnt really repair the car. The car was making a strange noise, so he charged me $250 for a repair that he knew that wouldnt work, the car started making the same noise again, and he said the problem was the engine because the crankshaft was broken, and that I would have to replace it, and it would cost $1600. A complete scam.

I took my car here for my ac, he charged me $130 to add freon. A month later my ac went out again and he told me it was the compressor and said it was $689 to fix it. I took my car somewhere else and they said he took out the compressor fuse. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE,I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO YOU ARE A FOOL!!!

The most horrible mechanics they don’t know what they are doing if you go here good luck but your car will be destroyed wit another problem that they cause then blame it on the car horrible customer service too they need to close down
