Best gun shop in Homestead. Great customer service!

I didn’t write my review sooner cause I’ve been busy but about 2 weeks ago I purchased my first firearm ever from these guys and the customer service was more than great. I called a bunch of times to ask questions and every time they happily answered. It’s a family run shop and you feel that way when you walk in. Looking forward to getting my 2nd one from these guys!!

Horrible horrible don’t recommend this place at all. We waited 2 months for them to still have a pending back ground check. They may seem friendly once you walk in But they don’t inform you everything you need to know until after the sale is done. I’m not sure how they have kept they’re business open but I will never go for any purchases there again.

My first purchase went without a hitch. I had been debating on what to buy for a few months now, and going to the range to rent a gun was getting expensive. I was in the store for about an hour, the person that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the guns there. Eventually i bit the bullet and made a purchase.

Not recommended. Didnt have the configuration I wanted. They would have to order it. Fine. However, what they ordered wasnt what was discussed. They then proceed to talk in circles about how what I wanted wasnt legal... or it maybe it is... but maybe it isnt. Funny how that never came up before they took my $1,100 preorder. I sought out someone who was more informed, and had the gun configured to my specifications, 100% legally. It ended up costing me a lot more than if Id gotten what I originally asked for, but lesson learned I suppose.

Went there to purchase my first gun, put it on lay away and they did not have my gun when I finish paying it off. Waited for 1 1/2 months still nothing went got my money back. I got a call the same day saying they now have the gun? Other than that they have good prices and great selection of guns.

Based on the reviews I read here, I went in cause I needed to sell a couple rifles. They gave me a very fair price for the guns and insisted I bring the two puppies I had in the car inside cause it was burning hot out side. Solid people. Gave water to the dogs and even offered me a coffee. They have two gunsmiths on the spot for repairs and mods. I had been ripped off by a place up in Miami called pantera guns a few years back and have had dealings with some strange greedy dealers at the gunshows over the years. It was great to find these guys. Highly recommend them for anything gunrelated! In the short time I was there, I saw them hand a gentleman back his refurbished pistol and he was thrilled. A young guy came in and they helped him with some permits and they offered a good deal to a family looking for some home protection.

This place is a joke, and thats being nice. Ive been in there twice, both times was more than disappointed. The second time I went back thinking maybe I caught them on an off day, but no, theyre ridiculous.They have complete garbage in stock, and the prices on the decent guns they have are sky high. The first time we were in there the woman working behind the counter who had no idea about guns, pulled a .45 out of the case to show somebody, and proceeded to aim it at everybody in the shop.The second time we were in there, a little kid was running around behind the counter with a realistic looking pellet gun, pointing it at people. They dont speak much English and dont have any firearms knowledge, avoid this place like the plague.The two posters who spoke positively of the place either know nothing about guns, or work for the place.

I went to this place and they do know a lot about guns the big guy name javier is an enciclopedia on gunsthey are very kind and helpfull, i love going in there because i feel like im at home,and the prices are on the floor,i went to the other armory on florida city and i saw the same rifle that i bought for $850.00 for $1,200.00wao thats a big diference, i dont know what is this guy talking about he is completely wrong and is a hateri recomend American Armory to whoever want or is thinking on buying a gun,rifle or shotgun.

There is a rude woman up front who due to her rudeness, made me very uncomfortable and as if my money isnt welcome. So I took my money over to a shop right down the street where I was treated very welcome. Money is money no matter whose hands it comes out of. Plus they dont always honor their business hours.
