I purchased a Colt Python from Arsenal. It arrived without the original factory plastic wrap and orange cylinder protection. The item was advertised as being new, but it looks well handled and used.I would not recommend anyone from doing business with them. Buyer beware.

I have purchased several products from them and I have also had Wayne do maintenance on some of my existing tools. They are always friendly and even in these times of inflated pricing, they have maintained fair prices that rival on-line pricing. They actually maintain a good inventory even when most FFLs are struggling to get product. The entire staff is very friendly but Mary goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed. I recommend them to all my friends and students letting them know that even if you dont live down south, they are worth the drive.

If you want your guns proprietary parts irreversibly damaged, give him a call.If he isnt breaking your gun hell start a rant about why the Glock is better than whatever gun you have or want to buy.

Went to by my first handgun and the staff was super friendly I asked to hold almost all of the guns since im a newbie and they helped me choose which one was best for me. This is where I bought my very first gun; an XDs. 45. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming. I was made to feel very comfortable in the whole process of finding the gun I wanted, and the staff member a young person helped make it happen. This is the one that I meant to send a post about. Went on a Saturday and some clean shave,armed redneck came to the door and stated that they were closed. To come back next week Tuesday,so I left and parked up the street to take notice of a white gentleman walked up and did what I did and they let him in. This is Homestead and there are still some good ole boys here that dont take kindly to anyone but their own,no matter what your profession is. Walked into a few stores in homestead looking for PT111 G2 handgun, a few told me they had to order it and it would be $289+tax and fees. One store didnt bother helping me i guess they thought i was young and inexperienced, too bad for them. Anyways i was taken care of as soon as i walked in, they had the gun in stock for $260 plus tax and fees, the lady made sure i got a brand new one out of the box, got my gun, my ammo and was on my way in 20 minutes. READ THIS REVIEW!!!I was in Homestead, FL to shoot at the 2017 FL State IDPA Championship. On the 3rd stage out of 13, my firing pin broke on my S&W 686 revolver. I live near Boston and traveled pretty far to compete in this match, so I wanted to be able to finish the match. I called 5 local gun stores. Arsenal Arms was the only one to even answer their phone. I asked if he had any replacement firing pins for S&W revolvers. He said YES! (I was shocked he had one, in the shop in a market that is hot for polymer wonder 9s).It was just under a 20 minute drive from the range where the match was to his shop. I get there, and introduce myself to the guy as the one who called about the revolver firing pinHe goes in the back and comes back out with a baggy with a firing pin in it. Says, does this look like the right part?I was thrilled,, and said YES pulling out my wallet and asked, What do I owe you?He says, no charge... no go Win!I didnt win the match, but I am so thankful to Arsenal Arms for helping me out in a big way!Awesome customer service! Theyve moved 2 doors down in the same building and are now at 15 SE 2nd Drive. A much bigger space, that is so much more inviting and looks great.Been here 4 times. First to purchase defensive ammo for the first time. I told them as such and they were super friendly and explained the brands and which were better without making me feel dumb for not knowing the information.2nd and 3rd time were for a transfer. They were extremely friendly and helpful with the process. Transfer was $35 including the BG check fee. A little higher than some other places, but the excellent customer service is worth the little bit extra.4th time was for a gun purchase and Im so happy I decided to come here. I got more than what I was expecting for a great price. Wayne was great in working with me on selecting the right gun for me.They are my permanent store I will visit.Good selection, all kinds of accessories, and excellent customer service skills along with friendly staff.
