Went here on a Sunday, thought I rented a 15’ but apparently just got the quote and didn’t actually reserve it….so the only one left was a 20’ and we had to drive to David and back. Ended up being over $140 for the use of the truck. Wish we could have been accommodated with the quote but I totally get it. Three guys were working, the one who helped us was really nice, the other ones were kind of quirky but you could tell they got along.

They are horrible and liars and I went with them still after reviewing the horrible reviews because they were close to my house. So If you don’t take out insurance on these trucks they will hit you with some damages they already had on the truck . They don’t check damages over with you at the place they claim they send a link for you to do it yourself. After I took the truck back and they close me out for safe moving they call me hours later saying damages to they truck and charge my card $269.23 more without my consent

Unfortunately I did an order online, which is not user friendly. I hate uhaul, a bunch of scammers. you advertise false advertisements. You do not even provide the option to fix things. Try moving 3 hours away and, unless your willing to pay 4x the price, uhaul makes you drive 3 hours back to return vehicle, then you need to pay to find a way back home, another 3 hours. I left the drop off location blank so that I can drop it off anywhere (like their advertisements leads people to believe). After I am already 3 hours away is when they decide to tell me that I should have selected a different option (that I still have difficulty finding on their website) or I can leave it there for 4x the price. ​worst part, is that they expect the customers to understand the website as much as uhaul does.My apologies to this location because the problem is the company and their website, but there is not a way to rate the company as whole on google and/or write a google review about them.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! On May 25th, I scheduled a hitch installation for Sunday, June 6th at 10:30 am, got email confirmation and waited for the day to come, but a few days later I got a call from a store representative, telling me that allegedly they didnt have any installers available for the date I chose and offered me to reschedule, I asked him if it was possible to do it on Saturday and again he told me they didnt have installers, so the job could only be done between Monday and Friday. Eventually, we reached an agreement and installation was scheduled for Tuesday, June 8th at 1:00 pm. So the day arrived and I logged into my profile to print confirmation and as soon as I did I noticed that the installation date on it was on June 9th and not June 8th as I had chosen before. Immediately I called this location to ask them what happened and I waited for 10 minutes on the phone to get an answer from them and NO REPLY AT ALL, they never answered the phone. Called U-Haul customer service and after some minutes of wait, they answered my call and solved the issue, I asked for installation at this location to be cancelled and to get a refund so I could reserve again at another location. Do not come to this location if you want to be served by some of the most careless and incompetent people Ive ever stumbled upon in my life.

Truly a miserable experience- try calling them, never answer- go in to talk to someone and they tell u your parts havent arrived but they dont call you to tell you that, so that you would still show up for your hitch installment appointment... incredibly incompetent and non-responsive management. worth driving to a different uhaul if you can.

There are better moving services in the area that we used before. Going here was a huge mistake. They Over charged my husband and I and lied about the mileage. They said it was 40 miles when it was 20. As a result, they charged us $165 for TWO days. The gas charge proved the mileage to be incorrect (it didn’t add up) yet they when I pointed it out, they got angry and refused to issue a credit. They are Shady, sketchy people. It’s a shame that during times like this, there are people who want to take advantage of others. They should be careful because the next person might not be as calm as we were.

Chad was incredibly unhelpful and surprisingly rude. After watching me pull up for propane, he went inside the store. When I went in to ask for propane, he said that someone would be out to help. After I waited several minutes, I had to go back in to ask what was going on. Chad said that i would need to come back in the morning because he was not trained in handling propane. When I asked if he was ever going to come back out to tell me or if he was just going to keep stocking boxes, he flippantly said pretty much, yeah, I was just gonna stock boxes. Unbelievable. I know its hard to find good employees, but someone as disrespectful and incompetent as Chad shouldnt be dealing with the public in any capacity.

Dont rent here. Horrible experience and the worst part uhaul customer service wouldnt help me either. I rented an auto trailer at 10 am, i had to drive over to a bank near by to pick up the trailer, once there noticed my hitch ball was to big, drove back to uhaul, had to wait 35min(the sales guy was filling propane tanks) to pay for a new hitch ball, to replace the hitch ball took around 20min on-site, drove back to the bank to hook up the trailer had to wait 10min for the guy to come hook it up. Basically I left way after 11 with the trailer and the next day when I come to return it at around 10:40am they made me pay for an extra 24hr. Will never rent here again if I dont get a refund for the extra 24hr.

The staff at this location was very friendly and accommodating with the install of a reese hitch on my work truck. I had a tight schedule and they were able to help out with little notice. Gabriel was the mechanic that installed the hitch. He was very helpful and detail oriented and installed all the accessories that I purchased as well. I was ready to hook a trailer on as soon as I picked my truck up.

Store is suppose to open at 7am. Customers me included arrive 15 minutes before 7am, and have to wait an additional 30 minutes for management to arrive with the key to open the store. Not nice to have Customers waiting if thats the case change your hours to 7:30am or later please 🙂.

Reserved online for after hours pickup. I get there, the key is not where its supposed to be. Wasted my day and messed up my plans. Irresponsible people. Tried calling UHauls help line, was left on hold for 42 minutes (screenshot was taken around the 39th minute).

I got great service on the phone with quick estimates and explanations. I even got a call back the next day asking if I still needed a rental truck. How nice is that.

This has to be the worst U Haul I have ever been too. First when you walk in nobody acknowledges you, second there’s no one working the register, third it’s smells like a wet dog in here . First and last time ! Never ever again will I return to this Uhaul

Drop the trailer off first thing in the morning. Guy disappeared for 30 minutes and i had things to do with my life. Now they are trying to charge me 200 bucks for god knows what. They should have thought of that before wasting my time.

A month ago I made a reservation to pick up a 26 foot truck at this location, only to find out the truck wasnt there and they had no other truck available. The owner, Luis, was very disrespectful to my sister and was NOT helpful finding us another truck. Weve rented from this location many times before, but this time was the last straw! She broke down in TEARS in front of everyone! And now, we have to find a last minute truck for a family of 4! This is a long distance move!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
