A+ Location and tremendous staff. Never a disappointment. Went out of their way to accommodate a huge item which probably should have been delivered through freight. Gave reasonable pricing for packaging and preparation and it went out when they said it would go out. If you want an example of how a successful business runs day in and day out, just come by this store. Always reliable and always doing what they can for you!

Heading home at the end of an assignment. The folks here were super helpful making sure my computers were boxed up safely for shipping to my next job. Shipment went as planned arriving on time. I was so pleased with the result and service that I went back to them to handle shipping my clothing on as well.

Very Good Service

I shipped right when they were closing and the young lady (Nat) keep looking at me as I walked in with a stare. Then she says as I walk up, why do they come in right before we close? She charged me 30.00 to ship a small jewelry box under 5lbs. My receipt says my box was 16lbs and I didnt read my receipt until I got home. What a rip off!

Well I have to say my hats off to this location and their entire staff for their OUTSTANDING Customer Service and friendliness .Other local businesses (NOT GOING TO MENTION BY NAME)could use a lesson from these people when it comes to Customer Service, they definitely have what it takes.The staff should be very proud, Management should be very proud, and the Owners.Also I noticed at this location theres not a huge turnover in staff and that speaks volumes.So job well done I will definitely continue to give my business, and I will definitely continue to recommend your business.Lamar Canary

I ABSOLUTELY love this store!! Everytime I come here the service is great the employees welcome you theyre always happy and attentive and work quickly in taking care of my needs! This store in particular is in a great plaza so I can do all my shopping n erins in one stop! I was happy to see my favorite employee Vali working tonight when i stopped in shes literally here everytime I mail something and shes the best always running around making it happen this place get busy busy n she handles it effortlessly. Needles to say my Aunts necklace, bracelet, and earings set will make it to her b4 her Birthday on Sunday and for a really good price Im a happy woman yet again thanks to my favorite carriers UPS !!!!I definitely will be returning in the future and will be recommending this store to my friends and family who live locally in homestead.P.S. I go to this little convenient UPS store. Everytime I go to this Homestead location I am treated with excellent customer service from all the staff they have working there. Another thing I can bring any size or weight of packages and no complaints from the staff, they just take my packages and scan them and on their way they go. Love this store and their staff and if I can rate them more than five stars I would. I give them 100% for their excellent service. 😊
