Does the trick! The employees are helpful and the store has plenty to offer, however the produce is limited and lacking. Would recommend for all other groceries though.

I asked for the $499 TV but I was charged $698. We went home set it up and happily looked at the receipt to see I bought the wrong TV or theyve over charged me. Ive been on hold/hung up for 1.5 hours. No department has answered the phone. Im very upset.

This local Wal-Mart is terrible, the shelves are messy and not well stocked at all. Cant find help from store employees to find things if they even have them in stock. Not a lot of variety in the items they do have. Wait times in checkout lines are ridiculous because they dont have enough registers open. And the self-checkout lines dont get me started on those, youd think theyd be quicker but theyre not. To many problems that customers make that have to be resolved by a worker that back the lines up. Registers breaking down also.

They are ALWAYS ALWAYS out of things I need like my tan whips by LOreal. Not a huge selection of anything especially NAILS 👈. Sorry Walmart but ITS WALMART GET STOCKED PLEASE 🙏🥺🙏🥺

Britney the service manager is AMAZING!!! I am traveling home for an emergency as i was in alabama working and needed to pick up some money I was sent to get home. She not only opened up early she went out of her way to make sure I got home today!! Amazing employee and I hope she sees this!!

I dont like this Walmart! They do have a nice selection here but you need people running registers just like you have them stocking shelves. Or at least have the self check outs open. Its way understaffed. The lines are always super long. I like to stop here leaving work sometimes but normally end up putting everything back and going to the one on my side of town.

It is sad to see how the customer service here is getting worse, recently. Money services system is always down. Cashiers are only 2 or 3 after 5pm and they chose the less professional ones to work during these shifts. Homewood deserves better services!!

Very good, however they were out of several items. The store was nice and clean.

This is about the Deli Dept: I went there at 5 pm to get some wings before the football game. The Deli closes at 7 or 8 pm, so theres plenty of time to freshen the food choices. I hope the photo Ive posted still shows, because they had ONE dried up ranch piece of a wing and about 5 dried up regular wings. The 3 potato wedges were dark like theyve been sitting on the heating table since that morning. I asked the guy when hell drop some fresh chicken and he said that he wont.

How Walmart dont have mozzarella cheese? Smh

It was crowded today. I managed to find most of the items that I was looking for. The lines were long but I found a place in the self check and got through in a reasonable amount of time.

Went here basically for my granddaughters eye glasses and they were super helpful.

Shelves are absolutely empty in the refrigeration section for all dairy, butter, etc. Meat department still had some items but still scarce. At a quick glance it appeared there was still items in the dry goods section of grocery.

Wal-Mart was fine but didnt find Cabbage plants I was looking for. I was surprise the didnt have any Hallowen shirts.

This location is a little messy but still had all the brands you would expect. The self checkout was speedy compared to the lines had only 4 real lines open but both self checks were open.

Thanks to josh in the deli he helped me out and was very friendly and kind appreciate him for that definitely deserves a raise

The store itself is almost...grungy. It almost feels like everything is dirty! As with most Walmart stores, getting help was a challenge as the associates seem disinterested and appear to avoid extending as much as a greeting, let alone assistance. 😔 The selection of items was adequate that day. Not much else to say, as the experience was meh.

Couple weeks ago.....picking up at curbside when 2 female employees came out. They only had part of the order, which took way longer for second part to come out that than it should have. One female stayed and the other female went back inside for the other part of order. Female who stayed at the back of vehicle with the hatch still up and her under it. While under it, she was flinging/spinning keys on a lanyard around her hand under the hatch/trunk door at the back which placed her partially in vehicle. She could have busted any windows with that stunt. She was popping gum while on her phone with one hand and flinging/spinning the keys, what I presume were work keys on a lanyard. She was incredible rude and mouthy. All of this took place before the other part of order was brought out. Then slammed the hatch on vehicle which has a push button closure. No slamming of the door is required. Push the button and it closes on its own. Not a good experience.

Wal-Mart Pick-Up is horrible at this location. Whether you’re personally picking up for yourself or for a delivery service, some not ALL of the individual who work in that department could care LESS when it pertains to customer service and ensuring the items selected are actually the items they place in your cart. Complete revamp of the ENTIRE department needs to be addressed.

They have it all. Great place to shop. Look, these types of businesses are all good places to shop because they have what we need in, sometimes, bulk. They are all good!

It is my favorite walmart to me. The only problem is some of employees need to learn store layout. This can enable customers asking for specific items to find it easy. Otherwise the customer service is sufficient. I am not a self checkout fan.

Seems to always be stocked well. Employees are always helpful. Lots of self checkouts and there were a good number of people working the cash registers too. Glad to see the lines were moving quickly. Only problem I can think of is the front restroom seems like it is always closed here lately when I go in there.

Smelled awful. Like all Walmarts 30 check out lines and only two cashiers. There was a line a mile long for self checkout and plenty of employees that could have opened registers. Normally Im sympathetic to the employee shortage because of COVID but this was inexcusable. Wayyyyy to much reliance on self checkout for me.

I usually dont have a good experience at this walmart with associates. When it come to locating products usually they dont help even when there is not other customers to tend to. Workers are not helpful at all. When everything is moved and rearranged you expect a worker to great you with a smile and a Im here to help attitude. What u get is greated with a I hate my life and you ruined my break attitude. Very sad I loved working here and helping the public with questions and tips about hunting and fishing mainly. But if they need advice on another department and I knew a tip or trick that was safe and effective. I was glad to share my knowledge with them .

Self check was great and the cashier was helping everyone out.

Since covid-19 I only use Walmart in a case of an emergency where there is none and no nearby smaller grocery stores I refuse to go into Walmart it is always crowded just no type of social distance protocol going on in Walmart at all so touching refrigerator doors and baskets is a little iffy for me when it comes to Walmart.

They Are in A Great Location...and Always have low stock or Nothing...Other... Walmarts tend to have or can Order..for Pick up...😥

This is the worst store. No customer service, because Walmart does not care about their customers! You can not pay for perspirations with cash, so I could not get my medications that I need, also found ot they afte higher priced than Publix or Winn Dixieeven with goodrx. I hope they go out of business!! Couldnt give them zero stars or I would have.

I just enjoy the shopping at Walmart.

While many Walmarts can regularly be chaotic, this store always is. They absolutely never have enough cashiers open to handle the customers trying to checkout. And if you go at closing time there are usually about 5 lanes with 8-9 customers waiting in each line. After you have been in one of these lines for 10 minutes or more, they just arbitrarily start screaming that these lanes are cards only. If using cash you have to go to a specific lane. That’s just poor cash management because they picked up the drawers early so THEY can leave early while customers are scrambling to leave the FRONT of the lane they have been in for 20 minutes to go to the back of an even longer line.And the store is not very clean and shelves are VERY POORLY AND SLOPPILY STOCKED.

What a terrible experience. I went to purchase a DVD that I had located on their website. I could not get anyone to help me. I went back to electronics and the man there listened to my request and then told me he only worked in phones. Another employee walked by and I asked for him to help me. Neither one of them moved from where they were standing. As I was leaving two women working for Spectrum offered to help me. These women were not even Walmart employees but they found the DVD for me!! Spectrum employees went out of their way to help me. As I was leaving, I couldn’t help but notice the messiness of the store, the empty shelves, and the “Cop Cam and “Roach Doctor; cockroach jell”as I left.

I shopped at this Wal-Mart location because its closest one to my new apartment! You could tell this Wal-Mart was very busy by the sporadic emptiness of the shelves!However, everything I shopped for on my list I found with no problem!

This Wal-Mart is possibly the worst Ive ever been in. It needs to be closed, and all the managers fired. I only resort to shopping this location in direst emergency, usually going far out of my way to another location,even though this one is practically within walking distance. How one locations standards can differ so greatly from the next shows how poorly things are run.

No one picked up. I had groceries delivered and over half of the things I actually needed didnt even come when the lady dropped them off. This happened twice

I didnt go inside only picked up. I am giving 4 stars because I went around 11 30am on a Friday it was crowded. Getting in was a wait at the light. It does also have Sams club on site

I made an online order and drove to the pickup parking spaces. No employee would answer the phone and had to go inside to get my items. Whats the purpose of having a pickup service if the Walmart employees are not doing thier jobs and ignore the business phone. I want be shopping at this store any longer.

Walmart is the place to find what you need. Just about all Walmarts have a sale going on and you can catch very good deals. I am a Walmart shopper. All Walmarts are different. How does this place remain open??? The parking lot is a disaster; many shelves are under stocked or empty; sections are unkept and understaffed; and checkout lines yesterday were 30 customers deep (absolutely no exaggeration). There is no attempt at customer service. You can’t blame covid forever. Frankly, it’s been this way here for years. I’m done with it.
