They never answer the call and they always say that they will call you back but they never do. They sold me lemon cars. The second one left me stranded in the street. They didn’t refund me any money. I had to go another car place to sell with me major damages. As a first time buyer I feel finessed. Don’t go to this dealer it’s not worth spending your money.

I have stopped to peek at some of the cars on the lot a few times. They ALWAYS have awesome used cars on the lot. I have never been pressured in any of my visits. Today I actually purchased a car from Amati for my daughters first car. An Audi Quatro at a great price! William the sales guy was really helpful even though he was super busy and the finance lady Nancy was the absolute best! I would definitely buy from them in the future. They made our day!

After talking on phone with Will about a car and him assuming me this was a straight car and was a looker for the yr it was (14) and it would be all cleaned up nice, I put down a deposit on it and flew from Ohio to inspect it for purchase.Upon arrival the cars interior had several dirty stains as well as multiple imperfections on the body including scratches, rock chops in hood, several runs in the paint on a rear door where a collision repair was made. He said hed never even noticed it once I pointed it out to him, then asked if I was a body guy...lol.I did take it for a test drive and other than radio not working properly and backup camera not working at all it drove good. I returned the car and mentioned this and his answer was it needed to be setup was all. I got half my deposit refunded. The car was totally misrepresented!Total bad experience, be careful, pictures no matter how many, tell the whole story!

My father and I were looking for a nice first car for me online on sites such as Car Gurus, Autotrader, Truecar, etc. We found that many of the cars that we liked were found at Amati Auto Group and displayed a great price. We decided that the next day we would drive there and look at their selection. When we arrived we were greeted by rows and rows of beautiful, mint condition, German cars. We walked into the office and we were kindly helped by Jordan who leads the company in sales during the last few months. He gave us a list of cars in our budget of $15,000 and highlighted the ones that best fit for our style, mileage, features, and price.We looked around, finding out which brand was the most appealing, and decided on Audi for their sporty looks and luxurious interior. We test drove 3 cars which Jordan gladfully pulled out without hesitation or frustration every time. We decided on an 2013 Premium Plus Audi A6 with 94k miles. The car is feature packed: Leather and Heated Seats (Front and Back), Heated Steering Wheel, Blind Spot Assist, Premium Speakers, Push Button Start, Bluetooth, Backup Camera, and so much more all for $13,750. The car looks brand new and has no mechanical issues at all. Jordan explained that the dealership looks for well-maintained cars and then they repair any and all issues that the car may have so that they perform perfectly, inside and out. My car has no rust, mold, or major scratches on the car. Every car at the dealership is equally cared for and kept up as well.It came time to do all the paperwork and choose a payment plan for the car. After the dealership fees, etc the total came to just over $14,000, we put $3,000 down. They were able to find a 4% interest rate and got our monthly payment plan under $200. When all the paperwork was done, Jordan hand washed the car’s exterior, windows, and tires. We were so impressed by the level of customer service we received and how genuine everybody was. They also offer a great insurance plan that covers just about bumper to bumper for an additional 5 years or 100,000 miles.Amati Auto Group is unlike any dealership my father or I have encountered. We visited many other places before this one and were provided bad deals and service which was not the case here. Amati lowers their prices as aggressively low as possible and does not negotiate at all which makes the buying experience hassle free for both parties. It does not surprise me that they move hundreds of cars a month and are full of buyers every day. The quality of the cars, the welcoming feeling and service, and the appealing prices make this dealership simply outstanding. If you are looking into BMWs, Audis, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and various other brands then Amati Auto Group should be your next and final stop.

I had one large dealership ask if she wanted to tow a car off the lot when he found out her limit was 5 to 6 thousand it broke my heart when he said that to us. If that wasnt bad enough another large new/used auto place had her test drive 1 car and then tried to quick sell her claiming another agent was looking for the keys etc. Amati was imediatley welcoming not at all pushy and the workers were above and beyond helpful. When I went to Amante auto group in hooksett I did not know anyone there, this was about 3 weeks ago .not only did William and Nancie steer me in the right direction for a new car but offered me assistance as to what kind of loan would be beneficial to improving my credit score at the risk of a higher commission...these folk were instrumental in my not being CAR POOR as the payment set up for me was directly in the realm of my budget they were more concerned with my being comfortable with the payment than they were thayre profit margin ...cannot thats miss Nancie and William enouph ! I would give 6 stars if possable..

I picked out a 2012 Nissan Murano I liked online, I got approved for financing for it. I was about to drive down there from White River VT and the salesperson(Will) called me and said he sold the car for cash.But...they have a 2014 of the same vehicle for the same price.So....I drive down,he(Will)is not there. I look at and drive the 2014 Murano and decide to buy it. Now they have to re-do the financing because its not the vehicle I got approved for and....its a bank holiday....but because of Nanci and her hard work,the deal(2hrs later)gets done.About 10 months later the transmission goes bad, I get it replaced $4600later. Trans shop tells me the trans they took out was a junk yard trans and still had the crayon markings on it . Also wasnt put in 100% correct.Hopefully I learned something.

These people really took a deposit from me on a car that they supposedly never had, confirmed in the morning that it was ready, only to have me drive there from RI to try and bait and switch me to another car. Then smiles about it like do you still want to drive this one. I myself sell cars for a Toyota dealership and would have never thought a business could be this grimey. Funny thing is car is still on there website and price was dropped on it this am.

This is the worst form of used car dealership. Bought a audi Q5 described as in perfect mechanical shape.After driving the car less than 200 miles it needed oil. It has needed a quart of oil every 180 miles since.I would never consider buying anything from this business. Dishonest and either incompetent or unreliable, or both.Car needs $6k in repairs to solve problem.Don’t waste your time and money.

Terrible service! Called ahead and the car was dirty. Sales rep was rude. After rinsing the car off ( it was exactly the car I wanted) noticed the vehicle had multiple scratches. It was advertised to be in very good condition. Since I drove 3.5 hours to see the vehicle, I test drove the car. Poor condition... just terrible experience... I would NOT recommend this dealership! From the service to the actual car. So sad because i was looking for a certain car and wanted to like it so badly .

We put a deposit down on a BMW and got financed, and also insured it. We live in NY and drove over 3 hours ONE WAY to pick my vehicle up on the date of delivery to find out the car was not there and “sold to the wrong person”. WITH OUR INSURANCE ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE AND OUR DOWN PAYMENT ALREADY MADE. This is the most unbelievable experience and I highly recommend anyone else who is thinking of purchasing here to avoid at all costs. How this is even possible I’m not sure. 6 hours round trip wasted.

We called again this morning and they’re refusing to do anything despite this being their problem.We are looking into legal action.

Would not recommend this dealership at all !! They are nice and attentive when trying to sell you a vehicle. Once they get your money that’s it, they give you copies (no originals) to go to the RMV they don’t respond your calls back ( including manager) they just seem no interested in resolving the issue once the money is in their hands. I would definitely go to a more high end dealership (Herb Chambers, Prime etc) before I even recommend these guys to anyone. They are completely irresponsible, unprofessional and not good with customers !!!

I dont leave 1 star reviews, and for this place I would leave 0 if i could. Horrible service overall, told me i could take the car home today ended up 5 days later finally taking the car. Car engine blew up 1 month later and left me with a 13k bill to fix it, and manager said he couldnt do anything about it and blew off all my calls.

We bought a car here a month ago and so far the car is great. We felt we got a really good deal on it too. The reason for the four stars is because the customer service was really lacking. In fact, there was practically no customer service except for the nice man named Will who seemed to be doing everything there. He was the only one that helped us when we inquired about buying a car. if you are looking for a dealership that is not pushy or that doesnt put on pressure then I recommend this place.

This one star is for William. He gets five stars. We didnt even take the van off the lot. We spoke to two different people over the phone about the van, giving them a two day heads up that we were coming as cash buyers. After driving over an hour we find the van crammed into a spot at the back of the lot covered in bird **** and collecting dust. Crammed in so tightly we can hardly open the doors to look at it.First the battery was dead. The passenger door was cracked open a bit. No big deal, William jumped it for us.I expressed concerns that the timing belt hadnt been changed. William told us he would work with us on the price, since it was something Id have to pay for right away. Great!We get in to take a test drive, tank is empty with the light on. Not a huge deal but pretty annoying when they knew we were coming to look at it.Head inside to get a gas card and were informed that William, who has been the only helpful staff member at this point, wont make any commission because hes not the one that spent the five seconds with me on the phone when I called the day before to find out if they still had the van. Huge bummer for William because at this point hes been very sweet and super helpful with all the mishaps so far. But, their company policy is none of my business.The nail in the coffin is that the AC needed a charge. Also not a big deal but a bit of a red flag because from the car fax report it was charged not long ago. I ask William if theyd charge it, since the first thing on the listing states that it has air conditioning. I need it because Im buying this van to deliver flowers in for my business.William goes to ask whomever the wizard of Oz is behind the garage door and comes back to tell us, well charge it but the van will be full asking price with all dealership fees added....I loved the van and was prepared to buy it on the spot with cash. Clearly they dont care about you or your money at all if youre not buying an Audi or Mercedes from them.I understand that $6,000 isnt a lot to a place like this but its still my hard earned money. Were not talking about a $1,500 wholesale vehicle here. This was a 2010 Honda Odyssey.I would buy a car from William any day, but this dealership will never get my money.

My boyfriend and I both bought cars from here, my volkswagen has had no problems so far. They were super nice during the buying process and made everything super easy. Which was nice given we were both first time buyers. However my boyfriends audi a5 started having problems as soon as he left the lot. We called them to try and schedule it to be serviced. We were given the mechanics phone number, who will not answer the phone or call back no matter how many times you try. We bought the cars almost 3 weeks ago and are still trying to have it serviced. These guys have some great cars for great prices and they’re super nice but once the car is sold to you they have some of the WORST customer service i’ve ever seen.

Worst dealership to ever go to. They super nice when they selling to you but the minute you have an issue with the car they make you jump through circles. The manger sucks too only care about the money and not really helping customer. I would never wish my worst enemy there period..

I have to admit, if I had read some of the reviews prior to agreeing to purchase a vehicle from them, they would not have had a sale.My wife and I get drove a 2010 RX450. I immediately noticed the struts were bad. Drove back and the tailgate didn’t work from the outside and the wipes were shot. They said that they were not able to do anything with the lift gate but will replace the wipers and schedule the struts to be changed. The very first day we took the unit home the drivers door will not lock. We had to go around to the passenger side and manually lock the door.I manage a fleet for a logistic company and have been in the automotive business for 30+ years hence the things that I caught on the test drive. My wife works in White River Junction VT and scheduling this was a big issue. She was promised a loaner car. And it took an act of God to get that. She was promised that the door actuator would be changed along with the struts. The struts is a MH inspection item, and for some reason it passed their inspection and received a current sticker.To shorten this story, because it’s long. They changed the actuator but not the struts. I discovered this 4 months after purchase when I came back to NH. I live in GA. We just had the struts changed today and the shop said three of the units were totally broken and one looked like it was a used replaced strut. He said we were lucky that we did not have an accident.As the previous unsatisfied reviews said, once the money hits their hands they don’t recognize you. I recommend you spend your money some where else.

Just baught a 2011 Audi s4 from them. I drove 2.5 hours and they didn’t waste my time. They have a great selection of quality cars. Jordan was extremely helpful and tried his best to give me a price we both would be happy with. Nancie was amazingly helpful in the financial department and made the process that most don’t enjoy very smooth and timely.

Guys believe me this is the worst service ever, never try buying a car at Amati, I bought a BMW X5, after a week it’s starting giving me problems, I contact them but they always give a lot of excuses.They are really kind when you are about to buy a car but after you call them to say your car have some issues, even to pickup the phone it’s a big problem.If I had listened to some of your complaints and comments I never get that experience, be aware guys.

Listen don’t listen to the bad reviews from people buying wholesale who clearly don’t understand what wholesale means. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. The sales man named Jason was very nice and also gave me my space so I didn’t feel pressured. I hope his manager reads this cause this guy needs a pay raise. More car sales men should be like him. I purchased a 2003 Audi A4 1.8t and it passed inspection with no issues after I changed the cam shaft sensor.

This place is a joke! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! I spoke with their sales rep Jordan for a week and told him what I wanted and what I was trading in and that I was coming over TWO HOURS away to get this car and wanted to drive it off the lot. I get there and see the car and it has a huge scuff mark all over the drivers side front bumper that he never mentioned to me and then we go to start the car and it doesn’t even start!! And I looked at the cars pictures 100 times and no where in those pictures do you see any damage to the front bumper!! He knew we were coming 2 hours to get this car and you don’t even get it started before we headed up there?!?! DO NOT waste your time or money on this place!! I can say from personal experience that they do care about the customer experience. I would buy from them again. They do a complete inspection on their cars, they offer a 3 month warranty, and provide oil changes and State inspections if you buy a car from them.

Amati Auto is a great dealership. I bought a 2007 Honda Accord from them, a car that I love and found a good deal on. I noticed a squeaky noise a little while after purchasing the car, but as soon as I told the guys at Amati about it, they said bring it in and replaced the old belt for me free of charge. The boys at Amati offer great cars and exceptional service, and I couldnt be happier with my experience with them.

Had my car looked over twice. Once for a check, another for a fix. Great service and mechanics with experience! Highly recommend this business for buying and fixing cars. Great dealership and honest, helpful workers!

Back in August we bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 from Amati. Considering how these things can go from past experiences, things went about as well as could be expected! We quickly agreed on a price. Nancy worked with us to figure out the out-of-state paperwork....quibbled a bit about the front door speakers that were blown, but in the end came to a mutual agreement. Our overall experience was definitely positive! I wouldnt have a problem recommending them.

Working with Pat at Amati to buy my Audi Q5 was unbelievably easy and a great overall experience. A few days prior to visiting Amati, I had a horrible experience at a major car dealer where I spent 3 hours trying to explain what I was looking for but was constantly having the salesmen try and sell me cars I wasnt interested in. At Amati, I walked in and within 15 minutes I was test driving the Q5. When I got back, the second car I was interested in was already warm and ready to take for a spin. I would recommend Amati to anyone looking for an easy, comfortable car buying experience without the hassle.

Drove an hour to look at a car that looked fairly good online, got there and half of the doors didn’t open, it looked like it took an intense beating, despite being 4 years old, and wasn’t cleaned since being turned in. The person working gave us the keys and didn’t even walk out with us, just sent us out to hopefully find the car. Said he “wasn’t aware it was gross”. Not to mention, their sewer was spilling out in the middle of the car lot, so it made the experience that much worse. Will not recommend to anyone looking for a car. Overall, not a good experience at all.

I have owned my used car from Amati for a year now. First off Service ? IMPECCABLE ! no pressure, they made every step easy and were very open. The finance dept. ? BEYOND AMAZING ! Nancie was more than incredible at getting me what I needed and even worked on my case while she was in the hospital ! who does that lol ! Again I have had the vehicle a whole year and I have not had 1 issue with it, have put on 15k and still going strong ! I absolutely LOVE IT ! Id give zero stars if I could!On March 12, 2016 I purchased a 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali. Upon bringing it home I have already had to replace the sway arm link. Additionally, all 4 shocks on the Yukon are gone, along with the air bags and compressor. We specifically asked the salesman, Jeff, about the sensor that came on while testing drive the Yukon that stated Service Suspension System. We were told this was just a sensor that came on but the suspension was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it. Low and behold, the sensor is on because of the shocks needing to be replaced! You can stick your finger right through the airbags on this vehicle! And lastly, the CV shaft has grease coming right out of it. That too needs to be replaced. All 3 of these items would not have allowed the Yukon to pass a New Hampshire state inspection. Therefore Amati Auto Group put an illegal inspection sticker on this SUV!I have contacted the company with a formal complaint for a resolution, otherwise Ill be taking my complaint to the better business bureau!

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Sequoia for a great price!A passenger door needed to be repainted and the tailgate needed to be realigned...these two issues were taken care of in a timely manner.Wasnt satisfied with the paint job, nor was Yev, so it was redone. Now very happy with the results.I would highly recommend Amati Auto Group to family and friends!

Confused and unprofessional. I arrived at the dealership after work to view a vehicle I was interested in. I was expected to work with Jason directly since I had already spoken to him about the vehicle over the phone and he said he would be there when I arrived to assist me. When I arrived, I was told that Jason had gone home for the day. The only reason I even gave this review a 2 star was because thankfully Jordan, was there to assist. He was helpful and professional. If it’s happened with me I’m sure it has happened with others before me.

I have to give credit where credit is due...This dealer has meet all expectations I had purchasing a truck from them...From the price being below retail all the way to them picking up the repairs as promised from the truck having electronic issues..They even let me take it to a local Chevrolet dealer for my convenience...Over the past few years I have been screwed by local dealers and left in the dark. This dealer really came through with a great hassle free experience...Normally I only write reviews when something goes wrong...this time I really got to let everyone know that this place does it right....

Made an appointment to look at a car at the beginning of this week (Monday) for today (Saturday) at 12, I was told they would call me if the car had been sold or anything so I didnt waste my time coming over an hour to listen to it run. I showed up and no one knew where the keys were. I was then told that they sold the car to auction, after knowing I was very interested in the car and even offered them money that I had when I showed up. On my way back home I got a phonecall from the manager, Hoon, who informed me that the car had been sold. Thank you for wasting my time, I will never do business with you and I will never recommend you to anyone, if anything I will tell everyone to stay away. What great customer service. What a joke.

A very different type of used car dealer as in it is not your typical intimidating sales atmosphere. There is one primary salesman here and hes pretty young and sometimes a little energetic. No harm in that, but he gets carried away a lot. It is a rather small facility, but with plenty of German make vehicles to choose from, as they specialize in German cars.One thing I can say is that whomever does the auto detailing really needs to have more passion and drive to show off a nice vehicle. I myself have soliciated the establishment about this and possibly showing them what I could do myself, but I never heard anything back.
