I went for a new phone as I had lost my other one. Derek explained to me the options I had and the lead time to get each. My phone was in within the time he told me and the setup was quick and easy. He also explained the differences between the old and new phone I:E the different block needed to charge the phone. I think what Impressed me the most about Derek was when I got there he was on the phone with a very time consuming customer so rather that cut her short and be rude he asked one of his other associates to get my process started. = 2 happy customers.

I wish I read the previous review. Very shady. I was told about a promotion of a trade in of 580$ for the new iphone 12. My mom and I went in to go use the promo at first the guy said hed never heard of it. Then he looked further and found it. Very pushy on accessories and lots of charges. 30$ to transfer your info. My sister’s line also had the promo, but when I went in with her, Steve who told me about the promo, said hed never heard of it. After looking into it he agreed and she ordered her phone. He called her to go get it then he said he was too busy and again the promo didnt exist she said shed come back when he had tine and he said hed cash her out really quickly, but never gave her the promo. He kept texting her after at odd hours saying he felt bad and the hes 75percent sure it can go to escalations to get the promo or she could bring the phone back, but still pay fees. Very wishy washy, strange and unprofessional. Called verizon directly and they helped. I will be ordering phones online in the future.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! Back in May I asked for a phone that could handle 2 sim cards. They sold me a Samsung S20 for$1,000 but after over 2 HOURS in the store it was discovered that the e-sim would not work.They told me it would only be a month or two before the system update would allow for the second sim. At that point, I kept the phone for 2 reasons: a $150 rebate and a 30X zoom on the camera.Well the rebate didnt happen because my plan is not eligible, and the plan it needed is $25 more a month.7 months later Im still carrying 2 phones so I stopped in today for help and they repeatedly told me to call big Verizon which I have already tried twice. I told them I would call and give them permission to help me and they said thats not how it works.When I asked about the rebate, the store manager just repeated that he didnt sell me the phone and that person no longer works there. I felt as though he could care less about my problems because there was no money to be made. Buyer beware!!One person did try to help, and told me about an app to add a new number to your phone, but no one is sure if I can port an existing number to it. Im so frustrated I could scream! But I will not been going back there, ever, and I hope you dont either!!1/18 update: reply to Tim. We were more than 2 hours into the process when it was discovered that an update would be needed before the dual sim function would be available. I waited patiently for many months, and did not deserve to be told it wasnt your job to help me and that I would need to call customer service. Offering to help just because I posted this review is too little too late. I went to a different Verizon store last week and the people were more than happy to troubleshoot the problem!! I traded in the Samsung your store sold me for a Google Pixel 5 and now I have one phone with 2 numbers!

Made making a decision easy. was upfront and informative about everything. Phil was also a rep there that assisted in moving the process along as quickly as possible since i had to be at work. Alex Beede is the most helpful Verizon associate I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. My family and I have been customers of Verizon for 10+ years and we will now drive 35 minutes out of our way just to go to the Hooksett store. Great service when it came to upgrading. Bought a new Pixel 3 from this store 6 days ago for my son. He had it for 5 days when the phone showed an error message of no operating system found. Brought it in figuring they can either fix it or honor their 14 day exchange guarantee. Unfortunately after spending over an hour they told me to go through Google for their warranty. They claimed that someone tampered with the phone. No damage and my son is not tech savvy enough to modify the software. This is not a corporate store so you are at the mercy of the manager of the premium retailer and they only make money on phone/accessory sales. If buying a phone be sure to go to a corporate store as they may value you a little more and understand the inconvenience this is for the end customer. TO BE CLEAR THEY DID NOT HONOR THE 14 DAY GUARANTEE.In response to the Managers reply, I appreciate the time spent but the policy states no physical damage. There was no physical damage (cracks or blemishes). Your store sold me a lemon and were either afraid of losing the $$ or did not want to bother having to spend the time to send back. My impression from other stores and corporate was it should have been eligible for the 14 day.
Talked to the Verizon Rep on the phone she told me not to buy my phone anymore at these stores, that they charge fees that you normally would not have to pay if you ordered online. They never gave me my $150.00 new device credit And they did not give me full trade in value for my old phone and also deceived me into thinking they have only one or two models left in stock so they could steer me towards a less desirable phone . Truth
I came in to just consider my options, honestly with no real desire to make a purchase just yet. However, a young man named Nick took me through everything and had me sold in about 10 minutes. So I really appreciate the quality service, and will certainly be directing anyone looking for a new phone your way. Thanks again!!!
This store rocks! This was the single best experience I have had at a cell phone retailer. I went into the store to switch over from sprint, and my sales rep Nick was a true pro! I couldnt believe how quickly and professionally Nick was able to help me get phones and a phone plan for myself and my family, and even pointed me to some awesome covers and accessories. I feel like I got a top-rate deal on my phone plan and phones for my family. Came into the store after having a negative experience at a Manchester location where I was told our galaxy s8 would never work with Verizon unless we bought a phone from them. Couldnt justify spending another $800 so we came here. Steve was able to quickly and effortlessly set up the phone for us. The process couldnt have been easier and the service was outstanding. He did everything I asked and answered any questions I had. This is how you keep customers!

We had an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience recently with the help from Account Manager Derek D. Staying until after normal store hours, Derek actively worked with us to upgrade my fiancées phone, purchase a tablet and move us into a family plan. Derek found we were able to take advantage of a new promotion allowing us to receive $75 store credit, translating into free cases for both devices. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed and truly enjoyed our shopping experience. We would recommend this branch to anyone who values excellent customer service as much as we do.
I got a phone upgrade here, with Phil helping me. I left satisfied, but got an unexpectedly high phone bill due to the plan change I was recommended. After my initial negative review, I was invited back to the store to discuss, and my bill makes more sense now. I appreciate that someone reached out to me, and that Phil took the time to explain the plan change more thoroughly to me when I came back, but Im not particularly thrilled that I had to come back at all.

Watch the add ons!! Ridiculously priced. Phone case $25.00 higher, car charger 15.00 higher, pop phone disc 7.00 higher. My phone 125.00 higher!! Comp. On line. AmazonCharge 50.00 for loading phone. Add ons Cost over 200.00 over my phone cost. Its retail on steroids. Staff was great. But felt pushed into getting free Samsung a Tab. Its not free you have to do 2year line charge. The case for Tab, 40.00 I could buy on line for 18.00 . I brought back tab next day was charged 35.00 restock fee! The Tab with case would end up costing 140.00. Ill buy on line from now on. Over 25 year customer..Verizon . 😝

Very underhanded, and misrepresenting the product. Derek the store manager, and Phil the sales rep leave a lot to be desired. We had an issue, and he had given us the info and who to call and resolve. We followed his explicit instructions, and VZW corporate advised us to return to the store the following day. When we arrived his first words were Im all set with you and this situation, and asked us to leave. His store and employees caused our issue, and VZW corporate resolved it, and he refuses to cooperate.Complaint filed with BBB and State Attorney Gernerals office. Buyer beware.Edit: Verizon Executive care is taking care of us. We are still without a phone, however they did say the unprofessional employees would be handled.EDIT: They finally took everything back, and still refused to return the trade phone. They charged $209.00 in return fees. VZW corporate, assured it would be refunded. Will update that if and when it happens.Also pay note, the free tablets are not free. They come with a monthly 4G service plan along with their own phone number. Who the hell needs that?Shady, typical salesman.

I was having a really tough day, kinda stressed, I went to the verizon store to get help with putting a screen protector on my S9 (we all know frustrating that can be) the service rep was friendly, helpful, he let me know that a product was coming out soon to repair scratches on the glass. it was a great experience. and it made my day better.

My Appple 5 died and couldnt be repaired. Went to the Hooksett store for help and met Philip. He listened to my wishes and patiently helped me purchase an Apple 7. Then he spent over 90 minutes setting up my new phone despite some problems with transferring my info from my Apple account. I am very glad I went to this location.

Is your phone acting up but you dread going to the busy store on South Willow? Go up to the Hooksett store! Its not far, and the service was terrific! Ludwin (real name) helped me not to lose my life when my phone was on its last legs. I didnt realize it was about to give up the ghost because other people had told me to just delete some pictures and all would be well. Not so! My phone finally just kept shutting off....Ludwin caught it in the nick of time. He went to great lengths to assure that I didnt lose my contacts, photos, texts, etc..... recommended a good replacement phone that was NOT expensive and got me up and running again. Very, VERY pleased!

Lousy customer service. The two employees could care less and seem rude. This place should be reported to the NH Better Business Bureau. I should have just gone to Sprint, I will never go back. Black people are treated better in Alabama then these two treat customers.Probably going to be out of business soon, they are just a reseller and not a corporate store. I called to inquire about Verizons One Talk Solution for my business needs. The rep asked to place me on hold, then asked other reps if they knew anything about the service. He never placed me on hold, likely placing his hand over the mic. A few reps around said they did not know anything and suggested hanging up on me....which is what happened. Seems like they have some unprofessional employees running things here.
