Got a simple oil change and now have issues with leakage and smoke. Its been 1.5 weeks since the oil change and my oil level is say halfway (I dont drive often either). I brought my car back a few days after for them to fix it, they said they found and fixed the issue, but my car raises a cloud of smoke every time I drive and my fluid levels are draining faster than ever. Someone made a mistake and they havent fixed it.
These places are so confusing some of them you have to make appointment some you dont and none of the employees want to work lazy people
Iβve always been a lover of a good deal, and I always look to wal-mart auto center for all my auto care needs! My oil change includes a check of al my fluids under the hood sand they always check my tires. My last oil change, they noticed I may need a front end alignment, because one side of my tires were going bald, and they told me where to go, since they donβt do alignments.They did, however, have a major sale on tires!My truck takes 235/75/15, which regular (lowest) price is $94, I got on sale for $54! They balanced all my tires and rotated them and I even have roadside assistance, which means if I get a flat, or a nail in my tire, they will repair, or replace it! What a deal! Thanks, Walmart!

The people who work here can barely speak full sentences. They have very little integrity, and lazily go about their jobs. No sense if urgency. If you want a good customer experience, go to Firestone.
Best Walmart Auto Center in this area. I get everything done here. The staff is very friendly and I have got to know a few of them
I was told absolutely nothing about my vehicle. I simply had an oil change but not 1 word was spoken to me regarding my vehicle and what it may need. They also didnt turn off my oil change light. While waiting, we were outside of the tire and lube and my son got stung 8 times by yellow jackets. Also, my car hasnt been running right since the oil change. I wonder if they even actually changed my oil or just charged me.
Came in at 4 pm for one tire patch. It is 6:15 pm now, three vehicles have been serviced ahead of mine despite signing in after me and my vehicle hasnt even been looked at yet! Manager says he wasnt around when my vehicle was signed in, in other words, not his problem. I will likely be stuck in here for another hour minimum. First and probably last time I use their services. They may have the convenience of doing walk-ins rather than appointments, but once you waste a few hours waiting on basic services (doesnt look like I am the only one), you realize there are much better options available elsewhere. Hope this review will be helpful for others seeking simple auto services and perhaps will lead to better service here.
Valdo at the register in Automotive department was excellent. He was knowledgeable and helped us select which tire for our vehicle would best suit our need and budget.The technician Patrick was careful to listen to Valdo for instructions.Both men were professional and courteous. They said our vehicle would be done in one hour, and in 45 minutes I was called and was told it was ready for pickup. This is one of the best experiences I have had at Walmart Auto Care.
Manager is helpfulBut the place is almost always understaffed.It takes forever to speak with someone. I had the same issue with phone, tried and tried but no one picked up
I ordered tires online that were shipped to location with no hassle. I had the tires put on and a synthetic oil change for a great price. I was disappointed I didnt receive a phone call or voicemail letting me know my car was ready for pickup. I ended up calling to check on the progress of my car to learn that it was ready.
Get you some guys that know what theyre doing. Drove all the way home, car was running funny. Popped the hood and the oil cap was missing. You guys were not busy at all, so why the hell rush things and over look that. My 6 year old even knows better smdh

My husband took his truck here for two new tires and before they touches it all was running great, now after them its pulling and knocking around the tires
Good prices and helpful staff. Call to see how busy they are but of course you can get your groceries while you wait. They wont try to Jack your bill with repairs you dont really need either.
The Hoover location has a great manager in the Automotive dept. He has restored my confidence in Walmarts Automotive dept.
When the heck will the tire center reopen ? Doesnt make sense .. other tire centers are open...
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. I didnt get the oil change I requested and was charged $10 more on the premise that my vehicle required an additional 1/2 quart more oil than it previously has been holding at a Wal-Mart at the Pelham location.my invoice showed my car had been vacuumed which it hadnt. The TPM light was on when I got in my vehicle as I drove away and I had to return to have air added to the tires,which was an obvious indication they could not have been balanced properly. once they were inflated properly the tire pressure monitor light went off.i am very dissatisfied with the quality of the service I had come to expect.
Only came here because I had a flat and had the road hazard tire warranty, but figured while Iβm here I might as well get my oil changed. Spoke to one of the mechanics as I was leaving and told him I had a bulb in my cup holder to replace my brake light that I knew was out and hadnβt gotten a chance to replace yet. He said they would do it for me. Went and picked my car up, sheet said all headlights and brake lights were checked...well what do you know, bulb is still in cup holder and brake light still doesnβt work. Went back in and spoke to that same mechanic who worked on my car who went on to say I shouldβve said something about it/it wasnβt on the work order and acted like we hadnβt spoken a few hours earlier.......if they actually checked the lights then they wouldβve known that the brake light was not functioning. Makes me wonder what else they say they have βcheckedβ but have actually not looked at or touched at all. Will never be getting an oil change from Walmart again.
Terrible service. The girl who put my order into the computer had to be the slowest person on the face of the earth. You could tell she had no interest in being there, or serving the public. I also paid the extra $3 to have my fluids topped off during my oil change. Two days later, my wiper fluid ran out. I checked under the hood and saw that none of my fluids had been filled, despite me upgrading to the next package. They also suggested me replacing my battery (that I just replaced 2 years ago), and then said they had to jump my car off after changing the oil. I took it to Advance Auto to have it checked, and it was fine. I havent had any trouble cranking my car since. I will never go there again!
I was told it would take 2 hours, but it took 3. The manager in automotive was awesome.

Service is horrible they cant find my tire size it is taking them more than 5 minutes to do so. They had me on hold for more than 5 minutea terrible customer service.
