Today, my daughter and I happened to stop by Queen’s Beauty. I’ll be back because of how professional and courteous everyone was. That’s not my usual experience at a BSS regardless of who the owners are.

Went a few days ago just to see what they had..I only wanted an assortment package of earrings....I had intended coming back in a few days when I get paid....the earrings were $2....the girl behind the counter...the kind that looks down on you....she said we have a $5 minimum purchase policy....I was going to use my debit card...so I said ok I will pay cash...she said WE DONT TAKE CASH(NOT SURE WHY BUT WAS ANGRY at this point)! She actually mumbled come back when you have money)!. NEVER WILL GO BACK!!

I would not recommend this establishment. The customer service is poor. They really dont want to assist you in any kind of why and they like to be argumentative.

Felt very uncomfortable and scrutinize, was being watch by the guy at the counter not sure why but I waived at him to let him know I see you, but that didnt stop him he continued to watch me standing on his top toe to see my every move. Will probably be my last time going to that store. Im not patronizing any store where Im unwanted, periodtt!!!

I have been shopping here for years. They always have great deals, and the workers are very friendly when you ask for help. That’s rare to find.

The girls working there were so helpful. I wasnt sure about a dye and one of the girls called her cousin who does hair and asked her what to do, and even went to YouTube for help. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

The worker at the register was so appreciative of everyones business. He did not treat the customers like nothing but like guest. It was really nice.

They have a very large selection. I usually find what Im looking for everytime I shop there. Even products that other beauty supply stores do not carry anymore.
