Helpful and knowledgeable! I picked up my Optima 31M battery which can be hard to find locally. They had two in stock and ready to go. The best price with the 10% online discount and pick-up in store option. Saved about $40. Cheaper than Amazon and Advance Auto.

Ive used Batteries Plus Bulbs both for business and for personal use, and found consistently high quality. Anything Ive needed has been immediately available. Great people and outstanding service. The girl with the black hair I think her name is Crystal goes above and beyond every time I go there. The manager is super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure my battery needs are met.

I went in this location a few days ago because I needed a new car key fob battery. I was easily able to locate the battery I needed, and the staff installed it for me in just a couple minutes. Prices were great as well! I will be back here for any of my odd battery needs in the future.

Great Service and easy online, but I ordered two of the same Fluorescent Tubes and did not realize they were not the same brand nor same light color until I placed them in the garage lights. So there attention to detail may need to be checked. The same day I had the tube issue, Doug, a manager out of Tennessee told me that they would correct my problem. This week, Tim, the Alabama manager contacted me and sent me via UPS the tubes I requested.

I called to find out if they carried a Cellphone battery that is rare to find and they didnt but the man on the phone was so nice and offered to help me find it elsewhere or order it from somewhere else to his location. I work in retail and it was nice of him to offer assistance. Great Job guys!

I had a great experience here. I am still hanging on to my Samsung Galaxy S4 due to not really wanting to shell out for a new phone at the moment. However, the original battery in the phone was pretty close to being exhausted, so I checked the Batteries Plus Bulbs website and discovered that they had a replacement battery for the phone. I chose to pay for the battery online to take advantage of the 10% discount, and then I drove right over to the store to pick it up. My order was ready for me when I got there, and the service was both prompt and friendly. I would definitely use Batteries Plus in the future, should the need arise, and I would recommend this location to others in the area who need new batteries.

Ive worked in retail and shopped in many places. Batteries Plus in Hoover and their staff really take time to focus on the customer service aspect of their job. They truly are willing to help you with what you need.

I got my battery for my phone replaced at a store on 280 and it started to malfunction only a few days after. I went to this store and they were able to replace my battery for free due to the 6 months warranty. The lady who worked at the store was amazing. she had about four customer needing help and she multi-tasked like a pro. I did have to wait a little while because she was the only one in the store but I did not mind at all. She was super nice and worked on two iPhones and a watch pretty much at the same time so we didnt have to wait any longer! Definitely coming back here!

Had a bad experience at the Batteries Plus in Homewood (Green Springs Avenue). When I say bad, I mean horrible. I called the Batteries Plus in Hoover and told the manager, Tim Massey, about my horrible experience and he assured me that he could help me. I took my business to his store and the staff at The Grove Batteries Plus location went above and beyond to help me. I was able to get my sons iPad repaired and returned quicker than expected, in time for Christmas. Tim and his staff have restored my faith in Batteries Plus. I will definitely continue to take my business to his store.

Theres a lady there named Crystal. Always smiling and upbeat. She was installing a mans car battery, she then helped me find a bulb I needed from a different store.

Staff was very informative and polite. Stand up for your turn or people will jump in front of you.
