A friend and I have just started attending this fine establishment. If you are in search of an excellent selection of cigars, this is your place. The environment is clean and professional. The patio area is right outside and great for conversations and music playing. I always have a great time here and feel like I am hanging out with people I know, even though I have just met most people there.

I went in to get cigars for my husband because I past by didnt have any knowledge of this place or about cigars but the guy working that day was able to recommend something for me to surprise my husband with. Now my husband wants to stop by! Thanks for the great customer service.

I recently went and met a group that introduced me to the cigar world. The owner was nice and very helpful when picking out the cigars he thought I wild like and he was spot on!!! I will be back to indulge.

This Cigar shop is a great place to hang out, watch a few games, and smoke some premium cigars. I very much enjoy the atmosphere and Will behind the counter makes my experience even better with his cigar knowledge and overall customer service. Also its BYOB so bring what you like and enjoy the company of the great people who patronize this shop. The owner is also very approachable and will always lend a helping hand when around. Great people and great place to smoke. There is a huge protector screen with the game or something always on. You cant beat the selection either and its BYOB

A very large variety of cigars, and prices are reasonable. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable of the cigars. They have a nice sized lounge if you would like to sit and relax.

I been going to this shop for 4 years now and at first I loved it, but now every since Jason Burson has been doing childish things at the shop I will only go when hes not working from now on and no I dont have a personal problem with him, but the things Ive witnessed him do is beyond the word ridiculous! All the other employees are wonderful and give great service without the BS. Ive been a regular customer for these past 4 years and I refuse to spend my hard earn money somewhere that makes me feel like Im not wanted or the people that I smoke cigars with isnt wanted. Everything runs smooth and fine at the shop when hes not there and its starting to show.

In town for work and weather sucks. Quick google search and found this place nearby. Not sure what to expect but very impressed. Great layout to enjoy a cigar with several separate areas and nice furniture. Excellent selection, great prices and great people. What more can you ask for? Yes BYOB.

This is a great place, they have an immense selection. Anything from affordable sticks to the best cigars and a lot of hard to find brands. Plenty of couches, tables and bar seating. Friendly inviting atmosphere and staff.

My friend and I stopped in to enjoy a stick before getting back on the road. What a gem! We both enjoyed the layout and the atmosphere. Were already making plans for another visit. Kudos guys!

Atmosphere is everything

There have been some great changes in this shop, in the last week. I’m glad to see “Will” in the shop and new patio furniture outside. Things are getting better everyday. Stay tuned!

As Im not a cigar smoker, I dont have much of an opinion on this place though I did have a good experience. I had a friend in town who enjoys a good cigar, good convo and the atmosphere of a cigar bar/lounge so we checked it out.As you walk in, its a dimly lit room with a few tvs, tables and chairs, couches and the bar spread about. Theres a closed off humidor where all the cigars for purchase are stored. Make a purchase, at the bar once youve found something you like. Of course they have cutters and ways to light your cigars for you.So what appears to be a bar, isnt really a bar at all... its just the place behind which the cashier stands. He did tell me they have drinks (soft) for $1, but nothing stronger.HOWEVER, while there my friend and I noticed pretty much everyone there had brought in pizza, wings, food of all sorts from various different restaurants as well as entire bottles of liquor, 6 packs of beer etc. Not sure if we missed signage somewhere or if thats something they dont want advertised. Either way, looked nice from afar... too bad we werent in the know at the time.Again, Im not a cigar smoker, but I have no complaints.

This is a great local hangout. Excellent selection of cigars from the big names to the boutique makers...it’s all here. The space is more than adequate and has a very cozy feel. Plenty of flat screens, leather chairs and sofas, tables, bar area and even an outdoor patio. WiFi is free and small snacks are available. Great and very knowledgeable customer service with awesome owners. A true gem for the B’ham/ Hoover area. 👍🏼

This is my go to cigar shop. Everything from the cigar selection, the knowledgeable staff, and the atmosphere of the interior is excellent. I highly recommend it!

I use to go to the Patton Creek location a lot and it used to be really nice when they first opened HOWEVER I went in recently and it was loud, full of ignorant customers, staff has NO costumer service training and they encourage the ignorant customers behavior, the regulars have taken over and have made the entire establishment about their cigar club. The staff needs training quickly. The customers and staff talk horribly about the owner. I go to a cigar lounge to unwind after a long day and enjoy a great cigar and have great service. I can’t spend $75 to $100 a week and not get good service. I can’t spend my money in a place that caters to one loud ignorant group. After my recent visit I will try the location in M.B and if that doesn’t work Belicoso here I come.

Nice place, I was just passing through but the shop has what looked like a comfy lounge area with a huge TV. For hanging out and having a smoke.Didnt see some brands but all the usual suspects are available.

Jim keeps the mood light and the Cigar knowledge heavy. Great time

If theres a night game on dont get comfortable because they close at 9. It best to leave in the first quarter and find a place that welcomes business from a sports fan

Great establishments. You just need to find what fits you.Hoover and Trussville location: club, party atmosphere.280 and Mountain Brook: more relaxed and mature atmosphere.Employees are ok. They just talk TOO much especially the real little skinny kid who thinks he knows a lot. And I don’t mean to be mean to him but he talks about everyone else. He’s at the Hoover and Trussville Locations. when you see him get ready for him to invade on your conversation and personal space. He’s tolerated but he gets on everyone’s nerves. The other guy at the Hoover location talks a lot but not like Skelator. I only give it 4 stars because of the staff who doesn’t possess great customer service skills. They have an amazing selection of cigars and the owners are approachable.
