He was patient, informative, very knowledgeable and helpful. He just took the time to make me feel comfortable and make my choices.When I did, he handled processing my order efficiently. And….my glasses were ready in less than an hour.After wearing them for a day, they are perfect. They are quality and pretty. Was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly. I love that the glasses are made on site. Because of how late my daughters appointment was, we were told that it probably wouldnt be ready until the next business day. But they were ready in 45 minutes. Will definitely be using them again!!

Ive never been to Eyemart Express until yesterday. When they say they will have your glasses ready within an hour it is all FACTS !! The staff was wonderful !! Ms. Joan did an excellent job on customer service while I was getting my daughters prescription filled. Mr. Thom was awesome too !! He made sure once my daughters glasses were ready, that they were fitted correctly on her face. My daughter walked out of there wearing her new glasses from Eyemart. I will recommend anyone to this location (Hoover).

Thom did an excellent job taking care of all of our needs! My Pop lost his glasses a few months ago. He thought his insurance would pay for new ones. They only pay every two years. Thom gave him a great deal on two new pairs. We live an hour away. Instead of us going back another day Thom got them ready in about an hour. He kept coming over while my Pop was on the phone to see if he could help talk to the insurance company. Hes very knowledgeable and professional with a great personality.

Went there to get some replacement glasses. Because the legs on my frames broke (both legs).They were glasses I bought at the (A B) Store.They broke within a 3 weeks period of purchasing them.They said (I didnt purchase the warranty).But the whole time I was there they were trying to sell me a warranty on the lenses not the frames. They never mentioned any warranty for the frames.And all I did was fold them 2 put them on my nightstand to go to sleep.Eyemart warranties their frames for a whole year. And it comes with your purchase.So its not something you have to buy extra.They are great people, That sell a great product, And have AWESOME customer service. They are (five stars) in my book. And from here on, I will be buying all my glasses at Eyemart.Thanks Mack.

I scheduled an appointment for my child and ended up getting my eyes examined the same day. The eye exam experience was awesome. They made sure my son was comfortable every step of the way. They allowed me to go first and shoe him that the process was an easy one. When we went to get glass Thom made us feel great. He walked us through the various glasses and helped us pick out what we now know as our “new eyes”. He showed my son the various options and really tuned into what I would want. We were able to get our glasses the same day which was an added bonus. This is by far the best experience I had purchasing eyewear.

I would like to thank Mr.Thomas for going over and beyond with helping me today. I went in to purchase a pair of safety glasses I found the perfect pair glasses but unfortunately the store did not have the side shields after finding this out Mr.Thomas then Kicked into high gear to find those shields he made a couple calls and after about 7mins he came back to inform me that the home office was going to over night the package!!! Which was great So I really would like to say thank you Mr.Thomas your Customer Service was through the roof this morning!!! I wish I could give you 10 starssssss

My husband and I both had appointments on the same day. His 10am and mine 10:30 we didnt have to wait long either Dr. Moses is a good Doctor. He was patient and he addressed any concerns that I had and answered all of my questions and he seemed caring and above all nice. It was a pleasant experience. On the frame purchase we had a similar experience. Bianca helped my husband and I with our order and frames this was my first pair of glasses so she to was very helpful, friendly, and patient. I wanted something lightweight and durable since this was my first time wearing glasses and she help me choose a brand that I am more than pleased with. They have really good prices and they have a good selection of frames to chhoose from. We both received a second pair (free) and my glasses were ready the same day. No complaints at all from me. I give them two thumbs up!

My experience was great! Dr. Moses was so patient with my mom who has Alzheimer’s. That meant so much to me. We had to wait about 30 mins past our appointment times which initially irritated me. However once my mom & I were called back, I understood the delay. He doesn’t rush and gives each patient his full attention & care. It was worth the wait, and I’ll definitely return.

What a wonderful experience! I was allowed to search and try on as many as I wanted and when I finished, a great associate helped me pick from my favorites which would be best for my type of lenses. Got my first pair of prescription sunglasses for $20 more and with the bright setting sun, that is one thing I will never do without again. They did not have both pairs ready in an hour...they were done in 36 minutes! What a surprise. They fitted them perfectly and I am enjoying both pairs of glasses. Thanks for being there when I needed new glasses!

This place is amazing. I was having problems with my contacts and was advised to switch to glasses- like, immediately and permanently. Everywhere I researched advertised short wait times as five to seven business days...which would be fine if I had any sort of eye correction to wear in the mean time, which I didnt. Going a week blind wasnt an option! I chose Eyemart Express because of the glasses in one hour claim.I ended up getting a pair of RayBans, with a free pair of backup frames included, for two hundred dollars- and it was only even that expensive because I got every kind of upgrade available, and a warranty. I noticed they had frames for every budget (even as low as 19.95) and the sales associate did NOT try to steer me into the most expensive frames in-store.My new glasses are super cute and my peace of mind is back- if anything happens to my new glasses, I have free backups AND my old ones will be fixed for free, no questions asked. The warranty is only thirty dollars and covers EVERYTHING but loss; scratched lenses, broken frames, you name it. Just bring them back and theyll be fixed for nothing.Oh, and I got there early after they opened, meaning my glasses were ready for me in TWENTY MINUTES. These people deserve your business!!

As soon as we entered the door, there was a team of people welcoming us and asking if they could help us. The receptionist was very friendly and Dr. Moses was very thorough. The opticians were very good at helping us choose the right frames and lenses. We had two pair of glasses made within 45 minutes. Overall, it was a very good experience! I would highly recommend the Hoover location.

Everybody was great. I was asked what I needed and I told him. He showed me the price ranges of glasses and I chose the ones I wanted. I had used Eyemart before. I can see clearer out of these, just like the ones I had before. I got them in half a day. The service is great! Eyemart also has a large variety of frames.

Fast and easy way to easily get the glasses that I needed. The eye doctor on site was very thorough and took his time with me making sure my prescription was the one I needed. I had my glasses made in less than a hour, which in total with eye exam and making the glasses took 2 hours.

I was very pleased with Doctor Moses, he was thorough and explained the lens options and how they would best meet my needs. John helped me select new frames and pointed out I could get two for one on the frames I was considering. A pair of bifocals and one with single vision were ready in 33 minutes. I normally went to America’s Best, I am thankful that I heard about the Eyemart. I was told my glasses would be ready in one hour in a half. It was less than 30 minutes I received a text saying my glasses were ready.

Great customer service and fast getting my glasses made!

I had a sudden change in my vision which caused me to be unable to focus on distant objects. It was really scary. Dr. Moses got me in the same day, and got me a new prescription that helped. He also scheduled me for a follow-up visit. On the follow-up he found that my distance vision had repaired itself. He did not charge me for the visit, and the eye mart express guys replaced my lenses with my new prescription for free. Absolutely thrilled with these folks!!

I dont leave very many reviews, but I gotta say outstanding service and I got a new pair of glasses same day on a Saturday. I have an interview Monday I needed those damn glasses 😂😂😂

I have never seen the most rudest unfriendliest staff in my life.The young lady screamed from the county as I walked in sign in and we will get to you when we can, not even asking me my reason for coming nor did any of the staff seem to be the least bid concerned as to why you were there.One hour later, no one said well get to you as soon as we can or even made it look like they cared whether you were there are not. I left and went to my usual place. Sometimes I guess looking for better prices is not worth sacrificing good common courteous.Eyemart in Hoover needs to meet with their employees about just plain on common courteous.It dont hurt to speak to the customers and to be friendly.

Great prices for quality products. Wish they would have taken time to make sure the lenses were placed properly and adjust the frames. It is frustrating when my glasses keep moving and/or falling off if I bend over.

We ended up getting FOUR pair of glasses all for a low low price, and there is no long wait. They get you in and out. I love Eyemart express as you cant tell from the long review. You have to go. Ask for Kornica she will make sure you are stylish and that your frames fit you face. Im out.

I was told that with my insurance I would get a second pair of glasses for free so I picked out a pair from the selection I was told would be free and after I got home I noticed that I actually paid over $70.00 for the second pair. When I went back to pick them up I was told it was because I have progressive lenses had I been told this at the beginning I would not have gotten the second pair. All they wanted to do was give me a free glass case and cleaning kit and call it even. Now that I’ve gotten my glasses I’m still wearing my OLD GLASSES because I cannot do any reading out of the new ones because everything is blurry so now I have to make another trip back to them. I SURE DO WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST WENT BACK TO AMERICAS BEST I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I’m not happy with my service and glasses at all with Eyemart Express what a ripoff they are cost me right at $400. With my cost and my insurance company payment of $140. So sorry I went to them.

This was my first visit to this location and from the moment that I entered the store, I felt like I had been a regular customer for years. The associate that helped me, Kendall, helped me pick out the glasses that were the perfect fit for me and they look GREAT. I told him that my sons told me not to get any old woman looking glasses and Kendall made sure of that! :-) I ended up with two wonderful pairs of glasses that were at an AWESOME price. Even better, they were ready the same day in less than two hours. I was notified via text just as they told me I would be. From beginning to end, I received nothing but TOP NOTCH customer service! From the moment I walked in this place was a hectic mess! A general manager being very rude to a customer about the glasses that she brought in. Customer was stating that every pair she has ever gotten from Eyemart broke. That was red flag number one for me and the second was the staff member was instant that she have my eye rx before she could even work with me. I let her know the name of the facility that had my rx and she pointed to a business card and said call them they need to fax it to us. Im sorry but I am the customer and I would think that you could pick up the phone and call if you wanted the business. This is not the best way to get a customer that hasnt been to their facility in almost 10 years and now I know why I havent been back. Cheap frames, no real stock of brand names and lack of customer service sets up for a poor customer experience. I will take my business somewhere else.
