My family has seen Dr Mercer for years. She is kind and efficient. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I chose to visit Dr. Mercer because of her great Google reviews.Over the phone conversations with the staff were warm and welcoming. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen in under 5 minutes and really liked the layout of their facility.They took all the time they needed with me and Dr. Mercer was just as kind as can be. She was thorough and explained everything during my visit and answered all of my questions.I felt listened to and cared about as a person and not just a patient.They also have a wonderful supply of glasses. After traveling to 4 local stores for eye glasses I was thrilled that Dr. Mercer had such a great selection of mid-upper range brands.There was a large amount of rimless glasses, which are very hard to find. The staff was patient in helping me find the best pair and really listened to my needs for lense sizing.Im grateful that I found Dr. Mercer and her entire staff. Ill be sending my children there soon for their check ups and recommend them to anyone needing eye care and/or glasses!

Dr. Mercer has treated many members of my family for several years. We love her! She and her staff are always so sweet, and they really care about their patients. I have hd to call her with an emergency when she was off the clock before and she was so gracious and kind through the whole thing. She helped me out and was able to head back out to whatever she was doing that day. I couldnt ask for a better Optometrist!

If you are looking for a new eye doctor, I recommend Dr. Mercer and her staff without reservation. Too many times, I have looked at the sheet of paper the doctor gives to me after my office visit and see the allotted time of 15 minutes were given to me. There have been times that I needed a little more time, but was in and out before I could express a concern that I may have had.Dr. Mercer will get to the root of the matter and will work with you for as long as it takes. I appreciate that very much, so I feel that I am a person that she cares for and takes time with me. Thus I dont feel like a number of a chart that was given 15 minutes or less to move me in and move me out.Dr. Mercer and staff are caring individuals that will help you any way that they can. She has always been spot on with her findings of the problem and if she cant assist you will refer you to the right specialist.I firmly believe that the Lord ordains your steps to the doctors He wants you to go to for treatment. Dr. Mercer is definitely one of the docs that the Lord sent me to help me with my vision. I thank Him for leading me to Dr. Mercer and her staff. I am also thankful that she is on my team of doctors that take care of me.

Fantastic service! Was referred by a friend. Got some great tips for eye care (the eye drops they recommended have been incredibly helpful). Everyone was very personable and accommodating. Definitely going back here again for my next checkup.
