Very reasonable and well lit operation. Signage warns location for K9 Law Enforcement Training which makes me feel safer about the type of business these guys accept. Whether true or not it seems like a good deterrent.The lock mechanism has a place for two locks, which was useful to have when upgrading to a larger size. Both units had to be secured and if you keep one with two locks then you dont have to buy a second lock from the office.

Our job requires travel all over the country and we require a storage facility everywhere we go. So we have dealt with dozens of different storage places and I can say without a doubt that life storage in Hoover is the BEST ONE we have even been too! Hands down they are fantastic, from customer service to their cheap monthly rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit. I wish I could remember the guys name that helped us because he was excellent!!

This is 3rd time I have used this facility. Each time has been a pleasure. I have kept my motorcycle with this facility on two occasions and they were always helpful, courteous and professional. Im always able to go in an speak with them or get them on the phone if I have a concern. I am now storing my furniture with them, I originally started to move to a different facility near where I am temporarily but chose Life Storage in Hoover instead because I was already familiar with them, their prices and the security of my possessions. This facility ROCKS and I would recommend it to anyone. So if youre looking for a secure place to store your things, with friendly professional staff thats more than willing to help with your every concern then Life Storage in Hoover, off of Lorna Rd. would be the place to go.

Life Storage in Hoover (off Lorna Rd) exceeded my expectations. Not only is the facility itself top notch, LaShandra Mallory and the staff are a pleasure to work with! The facility is both spacious and very clean, yet the prices are 10% - 30% cheaper than their competitors. I was amazed how well run it is compared to other public storage facilities. I visited 5 other facilities in the area and walked away disappointed each time- either the prices were too high or the facility itself was dilapidated and mismanaged. So glad I didn’t settle with another company and found Life Storage. You guys rock.
