Whitney was the sweetest and most helpful individual ever! We looked a a few different facilities and two were less expensive BUT, Whitney’s disposition combined with a little better location made us want to have our units with her!!

I rented my third unit at this facility yesterday. I’ve been coordinating several family members with moves and storage needs. Audrey was the manager on duty for this latest rental. She was perfect - from my phone call asking about unit availability, showing me the unit and then doing the paperwork (now done on computer so not really paperwork). I had questions about one of my other units and Audrey found the answers fir me. The business is very clean and climate controlled. Over the years, All employees here have been nice and helpful.

Ms. Jenise was an extremely big help to me when I had to put my belongings into storage for storage. Her professionalism and ability to explain things for me made my experience a breeze.

As a retired military Officer the move can become quite a headache, this was not the case today. Nikki is amazing!! I had lots of questions about my storage and she demonstrated a very helpful attitude through all of my questions! She made me feel as though she wanted to be there and that she wanted to help me and make sure I understood clearly all that I was asking. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly! You can tell she enjoys what she is doing! Her patience and bubbly attitude is something you dont find much in customer service these days. She is an asset to this company.

I cant say much about the facility yet but I can say that the office manager Ms. Jackie is wonderful and very, very, very helpful and informative. All you need is to give her a little information about your needs and she will tell you exactly what size unit you will need. She is also on top of all your moving needs and supplies. Keep up the Great work Ms. Jackie and Public Storage..UPDATE:: The staff is still great but they have went up on storage fees about 2 or 3 times in less than 2 years.. Thats a little ridiculous considering what they were already charging before. Im just saying.....😞😕UPDATE #2:: I have finally decided to move out of this storage location due to guess what??? Thats right another rate increase, can you say ridiculous. They provide carts for you to use but the only time you can use them is during office hours because now you have to check them out, how inconvenient when you need to access your storage when its not during office hours or the staff is not in the office at the time..Had a billing issue upon my departure that they wanted to charge me an additional month payment which I was getting highly upset with but after talking with Brittney and Amanda, whom had taking exceptional care of my needs every time I see them in the office. I was able to walk away with a smile. Company rate hikes get 1 star, staff gets 5 stars..

I rented a storage room for my daughter while she was in her last summer of Nursing school.. I was able to do everything online ahead of time and when we drove up there to help her move her stuff, Lisa was so helpful answered all my thousand questions always with a smile and made it so easy to get everything done in the short time we had!. When we went to move her stuff out again Lisa was right there again and made it a breeze. They are very professional and this is a really nice, clean facility! If I ever have a need of a unit in Birmingham this is where I will come!
