Not a chain store by far. Throwback to the way things were done thirty years ago which is honestly not a bad thing. Small family business with honesty and integrity the big chain stores can never hope to achieve. Solid, decent folks.

They dont want customers or dont have time. I called and spoke with them and they said they would call me back with an estimate after lunch. I called around 4 hours later to get an update and they said they hadnt gotten around to checking yet and they would call me back. They never called back... and Im still waiting.
