I stopped by here in a panic about my car suddenly not starting, believing my battery was dead. Thanks to the expertise and honesty of Ray, a mechanic here, he diagnosed the loose battery cable in my car free of charge even though I felt obligated to pay something. A very dependable and honest place of service.

I would highly recommend Bills to everyone. They do great service and have reasonable prices. My repair required more parts and time than he thought but he stuck with his original price quote.

A friend of mine was having car troubles and we were struggling to figure it out. After this caused a lot of headaches and caused the car to not start in several different instances. I called on behalf of my friend since we were both trying to find a place that was open still. Ray answered the phone and we came over and left the car overnight. Ray diagnosed the issue, didn’t up-sell my friend or use any scare tactics and was very down to earth and honest! Tip: call and ask how to get to the back parking lot since it’s a bit tucked back behind the auto repair shop building.Ray could not have been more helpful though- really hard to find honest and good small business auto shops! Ask them for a quote or call with any questions!

I really needed to get my car in for service on the brakes and a few other, less critical, miscellaneous issues. I wrote to Bill late at night, not expecting an answer at that late hour, but surprisingly, Bill wrote back immediately. Although he wasnt at the shop, he corresponded with me and agreed that I could drop the car off that evening so he could take a look first thing in the morning.As promised, he looked at the car and got back in touch quickly the next day. He had diagnosed all the issues and quoted me a reasonable price for the work. When the car was done, he sent another email to confirm the work was complete.Great service, knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Now that this place is under new ownership I would not recommend it at all. I went in there just to get a price for a oil change with semi synthetic oil and the guy was calling to get a price and looked at me and says I cant handle this right now and I said OK and left and if the guy can not handle giving me a price for an oil change then he cannot handle fixing my car go anyplace else!!!!

Great, easy, AFFORDABLE, and gives you the feeling of a regular auto shop not looking to rob your pockets! I was referred to Bill by the staff at OReillys Auto Parts right down the street on Excelsior Blvd and I am sure grateful! I needed a mass air flow sensor replaced. Now, the part itself is over $100. Bill quoted a mere $20 to put it on my car and did so in less than five minutes, literally. As soon as my car was driven in and the door closed, it was ready before I could hear the end of Bruno Mars song 24K Magic! Of course, you can bring your car directly to him and he would take care of obtaining the part, but the price will be inflated a bit, as is expected. If you are looking for a great, reliable mechanic, trust Bill!

Very nice honest group of staff

Went to see Bill to see if we could do business together. After I told him my name and my line of work he rudely told me to leave. I dont think Bill knew that I also needed a break job and an oil change. He will never get my business or any of my referrals. It doesnt pay to be in a-hole
