Dont get your hair colored here. We paid over $75 to get my daughters blonde hair colored on the ends and after 2 weeks with minimal washing and color safe shampoo it has drained more than half the color out. When we called to ask about it we were told that the permanent color only has a one week guarantee and they would be willing to charge us another 50% to do it again. Save your money and go to a better salon. These are photos of day one and day 10.

Ive been coming to this location for 5+ years and have seen quite a few stylists come and go. Ive had great to mediocre cuts, but finally my go-to for the last year has been Charlotte. She gives an awesome hair cut, is very consistent (which is hard to find) and Ive watched her work during every appt and she is quite a perfectionist! I highly recommend her!

I always get great service from this salon. I am especially pleased with Charlotte who does my hair. All of the beauticians do a great job.

Asked for my ends to be cut and highlights. She cut multiple inches off and gave me layers. Which I didn’t ask for and now I can’t put my hair up for work like I’m supposed to. Color didn’t even show up besides the top of my head! Worst hair cut! And when I told her that’s not what I asked for she gave me an attitude! I even got my eye brows waxed and had left over wax on my face when I left!

Easy to get appointment if go on off hours (middle of afternoon). Owner/ operator listened to what I wanted done - waist length hair to short with a couple pictures for ideas. She questioned me (nicely) if I was sure before starting as it would be drastic change but accepted my decision. Wonderful attitude, great haircut. Clean salon. Good price. Very happy with results. Plan to be back.

Daughter had an unsatisfactory color treatment. I called and the Salon said theyd have the owner call me. He did in a timely manner. He arranged an appt with another colorist the next day to try and fix the original job. The result was an improved look and satisfied daughter. Owner also credited me $25 as we had received a lower quote originally than we were charged. I appreciate it when businesses do their best to make it right when things go wrong. Only way to retain customers. Charolette did a great job correcting the color and seemed to know what she was doing. Well be back.

Cant handle reading directions off of notes. Cant handle buzz cuts. The level of incompetence in unparalleled. I had to drive there twice to get my hair cut once because the first time I went some idiot thought she could do a better job with scissors over a machine (clippers) and left me looking like Floyd from dumb and dumber. I tipped the second girl who had the skill sets of listening and ability to turn a switch to on and run it over my head solely because I felt obligated as a decent person. If I could give a quarter star I would.

Service was friendly. Was a bit messy. You could tell that they hadnt swept up from the previous haircut. Maybe thats typical for a salon? I particularly dont like stepping into mounds of other peoples hair that 3inches high.

I have never had a worse hair color then at this Fantastic Sams location. Attached are the photos taken when I got home (it was supposed to be a balayage). The hair stylist rushed me through the end, half dried it, and didnt show me the back in a mirror as they typically do. Because of this, I didnt realize how awful the color was until I got home.I called the salon and spoke with the owner, SJ, who said that he would look into the issue. I told him I needed a refund and sent the attached photos of the embarrassing hair color to him. SJ said disciplinary action had been taken on the employee-- whatever that entails, it certainly doesnt help my hair situation.He refused to give me a refund and said I could come in for another service in the future free of charge. Of course, given the experience I had, I would NEVER want to go back there. This hair color cost $200 - similar to a boutique hair salon - for an absolutely unacceptable hair color. So, SJ refused to refund any of my money or do anything to reconcile the situation. It has taken months and THREE colors at high quality hair salons to get my hair back to its normal color.The hair color was bad enough -- then they had the opportunity to at least mend the situation with a refund, but neither happened. I would never recommend Fantastic Sams for hair color to anyone.

I usually have a great experience at this particular location but today was a tad odd. Employee that helped me was very nice and did a very good job cutting my hair. But afterwards was very, very adamant that I purchase their shampoo, and it was a tad out of character for her to push sales like that.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to get my haircut their and told the stylist exactly what I wanted and she did not listen. I asked for face framing and 2 inches off, at the end of it Im missing around 4 inches have bangs uneven curtain bangs and layers. I was so upset and did want to ask her to fix in fear it would look worse then it already did, I paid and left. To add icing to the cake she charged me $30.00 for a haircut with no product or wash.

Haircut was rushed and results were uneven. When I got home I had my husband cut all the missed strands.

The owner had cut my hair uneven by a good 1/2 inch and when I told her to stop cutting she called me ungrateful and to just get out. Luckily one of her employees was there and nice enough to fix it the best she could. Wont ever be going back just because of the owner.

I am very disappointed in the hair cut I recieved on Monday. I went in showed her a Picture And asked her if she could do that to my hair and she said yes.. And then as she started cutting I started questioning her and she from what I could tell was getting upset and just started cutting my hair it looks nothing like the picture it short its not strait not even absolutely horrible I will never ever go back there again.

I always ask for Rachel because she is fun and she really listens to what my daughter and I want and she does it! She is also very kind and thoughtful, we have great conversations☺️

I received a color and wasnt thrilled with it but Im not a complainer so I went on my way. I received a follow up call from stacy asking if i liked it.... the owner had noticed I was a bit unsure. I admitted I wasnt happy. They offered to fix it. They went above and beyond to make me happy and I now love it! Great customer service.

After I moved, it took me a long time to find someone who can cut fine and thin hair and then I found Marriah! She is amazing! The last cut she gave me resulted in the most compliments I have ever received on my hair! I drive all the way from the SW metro but she is worth it!

Awesome awesome service!!! Moj is great ask for her! In an industry like this stylists come and go so I wouldnt be too worried with the bad reviews. They have many great stylists!!

Lee cut and colored my hair and it made a big difference

Went here and the hair cutter refuse to cut my sons hair stating he had lice.I had him checked immediately and it was as I told her just dry scalp....no lice!.was not happy at all wont be going back as I take this very seriously and this shocked me.angered me and was happy she was wrong. Please make sure you are well knowledged in something before you refuse and state things ....

Went in for an easy haircut. Told the stylist exactly what I wanted and even had a picture. Should have known better when she had to go talk to her manager about it. Throughout the process the manager had to tell her what to do. Totally butchered my hair. Will never go back or recommend this shop.

I asked for the back to be left alone and to have an inch or so cut off the top, and I thought I was being clear. I did use the word ‘mullet’ after all, and the first thing done was to start cutting an inch off the back. Ignoring my choice of haircut the issue is that they may not be listening to what you want done. 10/10 will never go back.I’m adding onto this because the more I look at it the more I’m convinced this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had.
