Really nice store. Super friendly people at the front register and at the pharmacy. Always find what Im looking for easy.

The female who answered the pharmacy line on 9/12/2021 at 2 pm at the Hwy 7 Hopkins, MN Walgreens (I didn’t get her name) has horrible listening skills. I had to repeat myself over and over and on top of that she talked over me when I tried to respond and this is not the first time I’ve had the displeasure of speaking with this pharmacy associate.Today before I went to pick up my prescription I wrote out the responses to the usual questions to simplify matters and keep them from making me repeat everything I said, but when I went to pick up my prescription the attendant Aya refused to allow me to put the paper with the information on it in the drive thru carrier, so I had to repeat myself over and over.I’ve never had these problems at other pharmacies. My family and I will be transferring our prescriptions from this pharmacy. It’s as if these associates at this Walgreens just don’t care about their customers.

Without a doubt the WORST Walgreens in the cities. Even if it’s a convenient location to your home, drive to a different location further away and save yourself the time and frustration of getting a prescription filled here. By the time you wait in line and actually get what you need, you could have driven to the further location and returned home. Avoid at all costs.

Staff is always nice and helpful but google needs to update the pharmacy hours. Thanks to the misinformation my husband had to spend the night without an inhaler. The pharmacy closes at 10 Mon - Fri. Not 12 so when I arrived at 1030 I was a bit irritated to say the least.

Strong contender for the slowest pharmacy in the TC metro. If you use the drive thru expect an average of 15 minutes per car in front of you, sometimes longer.

Slowest walgreen ever! Came in for a covid shot and there was only one person in front of me and it took them 30min for one covid shot!

This Walgreens is utterly awful. By any means necessary avoid this store... go to any other Walgreens even if means driving out of your way. Just trust me on this one. I live 3 blocks away and have for 5 years... I drive to Excelsior because this store is so terrible.

This Walgreen’s is terrible, cashiers are always slow and act as if they’re inconvenienced by having to ring you up (that is if they’re even at the register.) I once had a cashier try to slip some pop and candy items for herself in while ringing up and charge me for them. They’re constantly out of stock of basic items that stay out of stock for MONTHS. The store looks like it’s constantly in the process of going out of business, it’s not though, it’s just poorly run. Unless it’s something I have to get at Walgreens I try to go to the Holiday station next door before coming in here.

Been trying to reach store for two days. Nobody answers. New prescriptions are lost. Awful systems! The only reason I use Walgreens is because my insurance requires it. Cant wait to ditch these guys. Go somewhere else if you can!

This is the slowest Walgreens ever. If you want to come in for something quickly it will take four times as long as you think it will. Cashiers are slow to ring up customers, managers are slow to assist cashiers, and there never is enough cashiers for the amount of people that come here.Service isnt bad, but expect to spend some time here for anything.

I just left without making my purchase because I saw multiply employees wearing their masks incorrectly. As a pharmacy that serves a lot of elderly people, shame on them.

Pharmacy staff is excellent. I had a manufacturers coupon for a trial of an expensive new medication that the system was initially rejecting. The pharmacy technician, Carlos, took extra time to look into it and get the coupon to work. I was so appreciative of his time and patience with me and the situation; not once did he get annoyed. I am extremely satisfied with the help I received.

My mom who doesn’t speak much English but can understand it went to pick up medication for my daughter, I was in able to go myself because I’m home with my sick baby.I had called ahead of time and asked the Pharmacist if they’d need any information from me because my mother can speak good English and she told me no just a name and birthday. Perfect! Half and out later my mom calls saying they need an address so has me and FaceTime and I see the woman who was helping my mom with this nasty nasty mean look on her face and you could obviously tell she was annoyed with my mom and was very impatient with her when she was talking to her. My mom told me she was uncomfortable. So thanks to who ever the worker was. You could’ve simply said I need your daughters address and have been nice to my mom maybe you would’ve saved my moms anxiety of going to places like this because she’s uncomfortable!

Horrible pharmacy, no communication skills no service skills, doesnt anyone train people at Walgreens? My child needed eye drops Sunday we get a text saying they were ready we go there the guy said its not ready come back in 40 minutes. We get another text saying its ready again we go there and they say its on back order until tomorrow and no Walgreens in the area has it. However we will have it tomorrow and let you know. So my husband got a text Monday morning saying it was ready he goes there they say again it will be ready in 40 minutes. Almost 2hrs go buy I go in and ask if its ready the lady says yep its in the system we are bagging it up right now give us 10 minutes. She calls me up to the counter saying its on back order they dont have it and no one else does after she said she was filling it. So I had to call the doc get a different prescription for my sons pink eye that is now in both eyes instead of one due to the lack of service and running around. 4 hrs later today my husband calls the guy and he said they did receive the new prescription for our son it will be ready in 10 minutes. Then 5 minutes later he gets a text saying its ready. I get a call from a lady 10minutes later saying they dont have it and that we need to go to the Walgreens on Blake road.... I will never go there again you could hire trained dogs for better service what a shame. Im an opps manager and I would never let my place of business be ran like Walgreens, just horrible.

Your usual Walgreens! Nothing different here but the neighborhood! They stock lots of the regulars and its very clean and well run. Cant ask for much more!

I stopped at the location in Hopkins off of Hwy 7 to get a few things at about 12:05 on 2/19/20. And the 2 female cashiers were very rude and unprofessional. I walked up to the register as they were having a personal conversation and as I waited a few seconds to be rang up. They turn and look at me as if I was the one being rude. Mgmt those 2 ladies need to be retrained on customer service and what to do when a customer approches the counter to pay for merchandise.

I just got a set a of candles and they refused to split the total in two cards. They told me is not possible when in the past they did so multiple times for me. The manager didn’t even try to offer a solution and made up a whole story about they couldn’t in front of many other costumers.

I liked my very helpful and cheerful cash register wiz when I came in today for various sundry items!

Went in for taking passport size photos. An old gentleman gave a weird look and said it is $11.99 for a set of two. I said i need 4 sets, which he put his math and said $47.96. I was shocked. Why would some one charge the same price for prints too? He said it is some government regulations. I didnt understand that non sense. I just ordered for only one set. Photos came really nice in 4X6 and I am happy about it. I paid 11.99 plus tax. Because they dont charge that much for the prints ordered via their kiosks, i tried to scan and print. The old gentle man as if he was expecting this signaled a person. The person came and stopped me from scanning/printing the picture saying they will charge the same 11.99 for the prints too. I didnt make sense. I asked do they have pricing information based on picture content. He repeatedly said he is going to charge 11.99 for every print. Money sucking Walgreens Policy. Walked out and happily printed them at Target for few cents.

This Walgreens is like no other one when it comes to the Pharmacy. Horrendous Horrendous!!!I have been using Walgreens for 15 years I made a huge mistake moving to this one.I thought I would give it a few months, nothing has improved.Terrible customer service, you wait forever either in line or on the phone and if you have any issues with how things are suppose to work, they are very hurried with you which I understand considering the how busy they are.

Terrible experience, always. Long waits, poorly trained kids at pharmacy. Today we waited 35 min for 3rx that wee already filled. Pharmacist was condescending when I gave feedback around disappointing service.

They never have enough people at the pharmacy, theyre constantly out of meds that I need, and they often times either dont bother to fill the prescription until you show up or tell you they ran out. If they run out they say theyll order it and then never do it. You have to be very persistent to get them to do their job. Avoid this crappy place if you can.

Incompetent photo staff. Had two different passport photos taken here, both of which were rejected by the passport officials. Seems like they shouldnt offer a service they cant do correctly.
