Fantastic selection! I was very impressed however like all game exchange locations their prices can be a bit high on selection items however fantastic experience.

The prize are reasonable and if youre looking for something specific they most likely will have it.

Good customer service and was happy to see they have some dungeons and dragons books and dice now.

Love this store, great finds great deals. My son collects the Englander characters and at least once a month we check here. Neat finds just super cool.

Great game store.

This is one of the only places I can find retro gaming items at, and they definitely take advantage with high prices. My husband told me to check them out for GameCube games, but most of it was overpriced sports games... Every now and then I stop by to check them out, but I dont buy unless its a really good deal, which is rare.

Staff do not follow covid-19 safety guidelines. Absolutely no one in the store save for one or two customers were wearing masks and no social distancing was observed. I ran right back out the door when I saw how stupid they were being.

Worked here for over a year. Management is terrible and treats employees with no respect. Give your money to an honest establishment and dont support this company that gives the industry a bad name and treats its employees like dirt caught on the bottom of their shoes. This place has great customer service and games you cant find anywhere else, but 3 times theyve given me the wrong disk, then when I return it, they didnt have the actual game.

Great place for nostalgia

Nice store, great employees, very friendly. They had some good deals, the only problem was the prices. Like they had buy 2 get one free on games under $7.95, which is a pretty good deal. But the problem was that there wasnt that many games under $7.95, not that wasnt 20 years old or that reviewed remotely good. They even had used kindle fires for the same price that they sale new for. So I guess thats a low point. But another high point is that they also buy and sale older systems and games. And most of those prices were actually pretty decent. Especially comparing to the prices that some of those games go for online and in flea markets, if and when you can even find them. I mean there wasnt a huge selection, but its not like they can just call a distribution and order them like they do for the new systems. So theyll get a better selection up as they grow and go along. Its just awesome period that they do that. Plus they sale the retros if you dont have or want to buy the actual original system. So all in all, it was an alright store to visit and browse thru. I liked it.

We will be back for sure because of that first class treatment alone... But Garretts customer service being so good actually got me to purchase more and thats got to be a good sign. The people here are great!! Been multiple times now and gotta say I am impressed. Not to mention I popped in just a few minutes ago and to my amazement they actually carry Mobile suit Gundam kits!! As a huge Gundam fan I hope you guys keep them around for a good while because I seen multiple ones I would love to buy and build.

Bought two used systems here with no issue. I had one controller not work, but they replaced it with no problem. Ill continue to visit as the need arises. They have a decent selection of gaming stuff. They only sell used, not new.

One of the guys that work here seriously helped us out big time. We bought a pair of AG9+ headsets for Xbox so I could use it with our PC and system and when we got home the right side wouldnt work at all on the PC or Xbox. He let my husband come back to the store and tried to see if he could get them to work and had no luck. Thankfully they had another pair in the store and he swapped them out and let my husband test them on our Laptop before he left the store. Hands down best customer service, we were worried that we were going to be out $100 because of the no refund policy.

Feel bad leaving 3 stars because prior to today I had enjoyable experiences. Today I went in with trade which i had done in the past no problem. The individual today was extremely slow with the trade in process and appeared to have limited knowledge with older games and systems. With limited time I decided to end the trade. While Im not saying I didnt play a role in the argument that ensued because I did and I take responsibility for that he became extremely unprofessional arguing with me surrounded by many other customers. He also took a shot at his own store chain and other chains stating that other stores do not know what they are doing when taking trades justifying the unncesary hassle he was causing. Im rarely in the area but with the chance of running into the guy again I will not return to this particular store. The other employees in the past have always been respectful so I appreciate them and have seen them deal with negative situations in a much positive matter. I will only be going to the clarksville store moving forward when I visit. For all intensive purposes the store as a whole is great just he probably could use this as a learning experience and improve his skills in dealing with trades and learning about how the old games work.

I decided to come to the Hopkinsville GameXChange because there is a smell in the Clarksville one. Anyways this location has a similar selection as far as the games, it has a wider selection of Blu-ray. Overall decent in my opinion.

I went here to just turn in a bunch of old ps2 games. Came out with a neat nintendo styled xbox one controller. After gathering xbox one games came back the same day, and left with a new headset. The staff was very friendly and I didnt feel regret after the trades. Good job. Better than gamestop.

So, let me begin with I love the store so much and what the company does! However, I will say that I absolutely hate the management. Some friends of mine who collect retro games informed me of the store, so I went here and there to keep an eye out on things for them. Every single time I go, its like I need to wear a flashing sign on my head to get the manager to notice me by the glass case. I was in with a friend of mine one time who was asking about a Sega Dreamcast, he said there werent any in stock, to which my friend replied, Really? None? as he was looking directly as two of them over the managers shoulder; at least know your own inventory if youre going to gloat about how the store is your store. The manager also seems snarky at customers who question the No cash back policy, which is understandable, but he does not have to seem so rude about it. Sadly enough, this manager is the Clarksville locations manager, and has very unfortunately made his way down to Hopkinsville and seemed to scare off all of the employees that worked that as there are all new faces; You know a manager is not okay when the former employees had complained on their way out about them. Once again, a seemingly helpful and friendly staff was hired, but under the shadow of a very poor, rude, and unprofessional manager; Eric.
