Ive been trying to combine my cell, tv and internet for years. I call AT&T they say go to your local store. Go there they say call AT&T Customer service. Plus, I went in to change my card information and it took 2 hrs to do that, which should have been 15 minutes. I call AT&T automated my pay number, and they sent me a link. The link didnt work. I showed it to the guy waiting on me at the store. Plus I took the Z phone back and I was charged a $55 restock fee. Nobody states that when they tell you if you dont like it you can return it. It sux!!! Im about ready to switch carriers.

I purchased an IPhone 12 ProMax at this location. The young man who waited on me (Justin) was fantastic. I am 57 and knew very little about the new iPhone. Justin was very patient and extremely helpful. Very impressive young man. I returned to this location to get some assistance for my contacts. Met with Stephen Conley who was also very helpful. I have always done business at the Hopkinsville store and will continue to do so. Good friendly staff who are very patient with us older AT&T customers who upgrade devices.

If you need help, ask for Michael. He was very helpful. He corrected a problem with my phone. It took several calls, but he finally got things straight out. If you want Apple products, they have them.

Dont much care for the AT&t store anymore then with a t and t for over 25 years in my contract it says that I can return a phone to that business or go there and collect on insurance when now they dont do interested in the store but my contract 25 years ago should they do so I think AT&t sucks. Natalie helped me! She switched my personal account to a business account which took some time and she was patient, answered all my questions and gave me the best deal I could have gotten. Super friendly! And made me feel comfortable. I absolutely recommend her and this location.

Our associate Lynsey was amazing. She made sure when I upgraded my phone that the pictures and text from and of my brother (who passed away) transferred to my phone. The person whom checked me in let me know it would be about 30 minutes and they would call but didnt, they even removed me from check in list. Came in the day before for a simple sims card replacement. Was told we would have to wait for 10-15 min. We gave them our name and decided to wait the 10 minutes. We waited and went back in and they told us sorry the time has went up and we’d have to wait another 30 minutes. We waited the 30 minutes. Went back in to find out our name hadn’t been put in and that we’d have to wait another hour. We decided to leave. The following day we scheduled and appointment for 4pm. I bet you can guess how long we’ve been waiting...

Until today I thought customer service was a lost art until I met justin at the hopkinsville at&t store. My phone was dying even as I watched and justin spent the time to figure out how to transfer my pictures from old to new. Sounds simple but let me tell you it wasnt an easy process for him mostly due to my technical illiteracy. He was patient, respectful and determined and he was also SUCCESSFUL. If you want to see customer service at its finest visit this store. And ask for justin if he is available!!

Mistakenly did survey for on line assistance ATT rather than the store experience yesterday upgrading my phone. This was Conner at Ft Campbell Blvd Hopkinsville Ky store who was very experienced, accommodating and helpful.My disparaging survey was about on line assistance to get access to my ATT account. They were rude, unhelpful, did not return my call as promised and in the end unable to resolve the issue. I waited over 1 hr for a return call and after asking for supervisor, was left on hold over 15 min and finally hung up

I’ve been to AT& T on several occasions within the last week . Justin has helped me on two of those, he has been so patient with me . I’m not very technical about phones and he has taken time to look into to making sure I get the help I need. I feel he goes above and beyond for his customers.

The rep that helped me, Seth, was super amazing. I had so many questions and had the poor guy going back and forth. He was super patient and I swear he had me picked out.
