My best friend that lives in Florida wanted to send me flowers for my Birthday. Wanda created a beautiful arrangement and even sent my friend a photo for approval. My friend said Wanda was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I work nights, so I wasnt the easiest to track down, but Wanda made sure I received my beautiful arrangement on my Birthday. West and Witherspoon is my favorite place for flowers in the area. Everyone there is so welcoming and the floral arrangements that they make are the best you are going to find anywhere. Everything they have done for me belongs in a magazine! If you don’t already go to their Christmas Open House you are absolutely missing out. It’s a winter wonderland in there. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone.

I havent encountered this excellent customer service in years.Wanda who took my order by phone went far beyond her job to help me get a special bouquet to my 94 yr old only aunt I have left. Thank you Wanda.

Terrible service! My father passed away Saturday which is hard for my mother and I. We went in after calling to tell them details of what we wanted and had the worst experience with an employee named Sandy. As soon as we walked in she walked away while my mother was talking to her...she was stomping and huffing under her breath then proceeded to say she didnt know about our call. She did not ask what we needed or how she could help. From the moment we walked in it was like we were unwanted. Will never spend money at this establishment that has no compassion. We then went to Arshas and was greeted very pleasantly. You never know what someone is going through...always be kind.

Sent flowers to a family member in the hospital, and the flowers were beautiful. Also, had no problems.

Called to have a Birthday bouquet sent to my daughter n law, the arrangement they delivered was absolutely beautiful and the customer service was hands down awesome ! Will definitely use them in the future and refer them as well

Great experience! I live in another state and chose this florist for a birthday delivery. They were very patient with me because I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted to send. Neither of us knew the facility did not accept deliveries. They went out of their way to get the delivery made, AND they had to wait an hour for someone to arrive and accept it. I really appreciated their dedication to my order. I would definitely recommend West & Witherspoon!

My husband had a beautiful bouquet delivered to me after having knee replacement surgery in the hospital he couldnt be here but hes on his way and the delivery person was very nice I highly recommend getting flowers here.

Literally the rudest old ladies I have ever met I came in about 30 minutes before closing and the lady was letting someone out the door and I went to go in and got one foot in when she started closing the door on my foot wouldn’t open it enough so I could get my foot out just kept repeating were closed I managed to pull my foot out the door way and she slammed the door in my face

This place is AWESOME. I live across the country and wanted to send a custom flower arrangement to my sister in-law who had a baby the same day. I was able to see the flowers that would be used and the final product via text messages, I was included every step of the way with all materials used. The staff are so accommodating and the woman I was speaking with was the nicest person I have dealt with over the phone. The price was great for the amount of flowers and quality of work. The flower arrangement was done so fast and they were nice enough to deliver the same day. I will defiantly use them again!

I ordered a dozen red rose huge leafy valentine bouquet for my wedding over the phone, I came to pick them up before my wedding the day of and at first they couldnt find my order and when they did they brought back a small bouquet of 6 roses. I didnt have time to tell them that was not what I ordered because I would have been late for my wedding. I was very upset that they said I never ordered a bouquet then brought me a the wrong bouquet. This should have been a simple order. Was very disappointed on my wedding day.
