I work for a popular local pizza chain that uses company cars. My boss was taking the cars over to Gateway where they were SEVERELY overcharging the company. So, I suggested this shop. The fact alone that this store employs females and is inclusive was enough to have me sold. Bianca, Mr. Hayden (sorry if I misspelled that), and everyone else Ive talked to have always been so kind, helpful, and professional. Its been a LONG time since I could say that I would let someone do any sort of work on my car and TRUST them to do the work correctly. Im still going to do my own oil changes and brakes but when I need new tires or a balance, this is where Ill be 😄

Very friendly staff. I suggest going early in the morning if possible. Each time I have gone, they are always honest about what other services are needed. Great place for a quick oil change.

Just moved from Ga to Tn and cant believe the difference in fanchise ownership. I have over 800,000 miles in oil changes under my belt in Ga and was expecting to continue in Tn. After visiting 3 locations that cant service my transmission ( Bartlett, Eads, Southhaven Ms) I am done with this company locally. All locations have broken machines to service transmissions? When I ask why I get excuses. I even CALLED and confirmed with Southaven location last Friday if they had a working machine. After using online appointment tool, I arrived after a 60 minute drive to be told it cant be done and to use another company in Hernando (which is 5 weeks out on appointments). This is a shoutout to CORPORATE that your Tn locations need new leadership or take transmission service off your service menu. I am currently shopping for a new vendor who sells what they advertise.Update, tried using the reply link to contact, but it takes me BACK to website. How bout this, I had an appointment at 0800 online in Southaven today. Use the internal system to get my data and you can call. My cell is on the form.

I went in cause each time I touched my brakes it scrubbed I was concerned because I was just there June 1, 2021 with the same issue.. He told me my breaks are under warranty I would have to pay 126 labor fee..he also stated its only $126...I took my car in at 9am didnt get a courtesy call...I called several times my car wasnt ready. I was late for work due to my car not ready. I didnt get my back til4pm next day. My car always gets fixed in a timely manner if Trey is there but Trey was off. I go here a lot this time was the worst very disappointed 😞

I want to say that I received excellent service. I was having an issue with my tire that no one would help me with. The manager fixed my tire without any question. And when I asked how much. He said have a good day. Because of the smallest act of service. I will always be bringing both of my cars to them for oil changes and tires. I appreciate that kind of small service that pays in the long run. I appreciate what they did even though it did not take long. It was what they did that spoke volumes. I recommend them. They are trust worthy.

I went for brakes and rotor replacement. I was told afterwards that the rotors for the rear were the wrong kind for my vehicle instead of letting me know upfront so I could go get the correct ones, I was charged and still didnt get them put on.

Went and had a sensor put in an oil change and bought windshield wipers. I took a trip to Gatlinburg TN directly afterward got caught in a rainstorm and notice the windshield wiper on the drivers side was small, it should have been a 17 but its a 16, small difference but its not wiping the rain away like its defective or something wrong with the rubber on it. Went back to talk to the manager he would not even take a look to see what was wronge he just brused me off no well lets see whats wrong or anything . I will replace it but will not go there again its your job sir, you at least could have had some concern.

I visited Express Oil in Horn Lake, MS and the customer service was amazing. I had to replace my brakes. They welcomed me with a friendly face, positive attitudes, and smiles. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. This was my first time ever visiting Express and it will not be my last. Earnest was great he changed my brakes in a timely manner. Not only did they change my brakes but they gained a loyal customer. I will be back to this location for all my service needs.

This was my third visit to this location and the staff is always courteous, professional, and efficient. They do a thorough safety check and make service recommendations without trying to hard sell replacement items before they are really needed. My technician today was Brandon. He was friendly and helpful - a fine example of how customer service should be. This service station had helped us feel at home in a new city.

The mechanics may or may not have a mask on and yet on the 2 ft away from customers. The oil change for my small three-cylinder engine cost the same as for my big SUV, and I dont understand this. It may not be feasible for me to go there again.

I always come to the Horn Lake Location the guys are A1 and very professional especially Haden, but they had a new manger there last week and he was a real Dword. He was not professional at all if it wasn’t for the normal techs smiling and greeting me I would have left. He has a nasty attitude to be new with barely any knowledge. He’s a drug head I’m not understanding how he’s there. I guess they don’t drug test but oh well

My dad recommended me to go to this place for my oil change and Ive been going here for about a year now since I moved to Mississippi. HIGHLY recommend this shop, especially if you like honest, reliable, quick work! These guys know what theyre doing and dont try to over price or get more money out of you. They are very honest and sweet. Im going on a trip to California and needed to get my car ready for it. They needed to replace my two front tires unfortunately they did not have the size of my tires but the Winchester location did. The manager Ryan I believe, was nice enough to go pick up the tires and bring them back, so I wouldnt have to drive all the way over there to get the job done. I will always come here for whatever I need regarding my car. & I suggest you do as well! Thank you guys!

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ryan and his team today (7/9/19). When I pulled up, I was expecting the express part to be false advertisement. To my surprise, I was finished with my oil change in less than 20 minutes, with EXTRA minutes to spare on my lunch break. Ryan also went over and beyond to explained some other issues that he found in my car and wrote me up an estimate. I appreciate the great customer service, and whenever I need a quick, efficient, and affordable oil change... I will be back! Highly recommend!

The have tires u need for a decent price.. I only rated 1 star cause I spent 700$ on tires.. n they didnt offer or say anything about road hazard.. then less than a month one tire grew a bubble.. but now the dont cover it.. start bull

I was a customer for 2+ years. They were friendly and did quality work but the upselling went beyond what I want to deal with.I brought my old truck, with nearly 200K mi., in for a tune-up, oil change and brake pads. The brakes only needed pads b/c they had just started to grind a bit. The estimate was for $1500 which included all the above plus a valve cover gasket replacement - which it may have slightly needed but will happily go the rest of its life w/o. Estimate for brakes alone was about $800 including more than just replacing the pads.The tune-up and oil change they did was fine but I took it across the street for pads costing $180 so approx. $430 for everything it NEEDED.My old truck now runs and stops great. I had emphasized to them that my truck was old, I didnt drive it much and I didnt want to spend a great deal on repairs that wasnt absolutely necessary but that was ignored. My wife didnt trust them from the beginning when they suggested a tire rotation on a car we put new tires on that very afternoon but I gave them a pass on that. No more.

This is the place to come for an oil change and many other services. They are friendly and reasonable. Go see them.
