Buyer Beware!! Awful company to work with!!They ordered wrong SubZero fridge that I ended up accepting due to time constraints. The crane service they had couldn’t fit so I had to spend another $800 on a forklift. The speed queen washer was delivered broken and dryer had defective screen. Finally got them working through 3rd party but only half were registered. The oven still has wire hanging out after multiple calls. It’s been months and huge headache.

Just had a wine column delivered Joe, Miguel, and Lorenzo. Very large item and they had to install in the upstairs. They also removed a large wine refrigerator from the second story which was large and heavy. No issue with either. Neat, friendly and efficient. They are great ambassadors for K&N.

Did business with these guys several years ago...top of the line appliances, subzero, etc. Made a call as doing another large project with builder in the Heights. Kim, the person, who answered phone just kept flipping me over to different voicemails, telling me in advance a sales person available. Her excuse was she can’t see who is on the floor even though in the same office vicinity. As a professional, should have taken my number down instead of sending me on a wild goose chase. No patience for this and makes you wonder what is next if front line acting this way.Moving on...others willing to sell same brands with more professionalism.

Pretty much the worse customer service I have experienced to date on the most expensive appliance order I have every placed. We ordered a Subzero Refrigerator, Wolf gas range, BEST Vent Hood and a Bosch dishwasher. When our contractor was ready for them we setup delivery. They arrived late because their truck broke down on a very rainy day with all of my new expensive appliances in an open bed truck. Everything was soaking wet. I took pictures and immediately called my salesperson who said that there shouldnt be a problem with the appliances working as they had done this before and that there had been no issues. The refrigerator had what looked like rust stains on it that we used a magic eraser to remove. The insulation surrounding the dishwasher was soaking wet so we dried it with hairdryers and put it in a bathroom with a dehumidifier. Upon installation of the appliances the BEST hood vent did not work at all. When I called my salesperson she told me I would need to call BEST myself and let them troubleshoot the issue first. After I called BEST they told me to call the dealer back and setup service through them. I once again called the salesperson who told me someone from the repair service would call me. After three days no call I called the salesperson again. My salesperson told me she was going to be out of town so all she could do she said was give me the repair services number. I then called them and found out that the person who was assigned to me was out of town and they were surprised it was not my salesperson calling and doing the legwork for my repair. They then said parts were backordered and it would be a few days and they would call me to setup repair when the parts came in. I am currently still waiting, one month later, for parts to come in and for this repair company to repair something that was brand new and has never been used. I just called again and got the repair companys voicemail. My salesperson from K&N has not followed up with me to check and see how things are going, if my appliance was repaired, etc.

Walked in looking for new appliances and plenty of sales people, not 1 person of the 6-7 I walked by said hello or offered to help. Walked out and even walking past the receptions not even a thank you for coming in.

I am a local home builder and remodeler. I have worked with K&N Builder Sales over the past decade for my appliances. Early in the process, my clients visit the showroom and select their appliances. My sales advisor sends me the cut sheets to install the electrical, gas, and cabinets built to match the specifications. Later in the process, my sales advisor comes and checks the actual conditions match the specification sheets. If there has been an issue, there has been a solid plan to resolve that issue quickly. My Sales advisor is Brandon Kahl. Overall, a very positive experience.

I am going to avoid this company because after purchasing a Speed Queen washer, they would not send someone out to fix. Less than two weeks the washer would not drain, it kept filling up with water, neatly flooding house.I disconnected from electricity, reset rinse, nothing worked.Very dangerous as electricity and water don’t mix. I had to turn water off to eventually disable it. Maria was totally useless. This company does not take care of clients . Another company sent a repair man the same day.This company wanted me to wait over one week to send someone out.I will avoid this place, and think twice about buying there.

The sales people are very stand-off-ish and no one wears a mask. Just something to keep in mind.

I purchased a counter-depth refrigerator from Brandon Kahl at K&N Appliances recently. The pricing and service were outstanding. In fact, I purchased a front-end load washer and dryer from them in July 2018 and were so impressed with Brandon and K&N that we went back to them for our refrigerator purchase. We love the refrigerator and the installation was performed on-time and professionally (we have wood floors throughout our home and kitchen and not a scratch). I would gladly recommend Brandon and K&N to any prospective buyer. We will be contacting Brandon and K&N in the future as we continue our home renovations.

I cant say enough about the quality of kitchen design and cabinet consultation from Tom Steffin of K&N Sales. My contractor recommended Tom for our kitchen cabinet design and selection for our remodel of a 1940s home in Carmel, CA. Tom guided us through the process of selecting the cabinet manufacturer and style. We had a challenge with cabinet design for a small area. Tom worked tirelessly and patiently with us as we strategized various options and provided CAD drawings to help us visualize the final design. Once we decided on the design, Tom worked through each design detail in putting together the cabinet order and item instruction list. Working from a distance (CA - Texas) was seamless, as Tom was always available and responsive, and he is such a good communicator. He monitored the manufacturing and delivery process, and kept in touch and followed up on his day off to ensure our delivery came as promised. The Wood-Mode Brookhaven cabinets were delivered in fully wrapped and packaged protection...nothing was damaged. The quality of the cabinets exceeded our expectations and the order was fully complete. When the installation team (our contractor) installed the cabinets, I realized the value of all the detail Tom put into the design. We are so happy with the design and the cabinets. I cant say enough about Tom and K&N Sales. I would highly recommend Tom Steffin to anyone planning a new kitchen or a kitchen remodel. Thanks, Tom!

Bought a refrigerator from K & N and I would use them again without reservation. They committed when they would install the refrigerator when I placed the order (which was one week faster than a large electronics and appliance retailer) and they installed on the day they promised. The installers were very knowledgable and professional and extremely careful in removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one. They were careful with the wood floors and made sure everything was working. They provided maintenance tips and and advise, in all a great experience.I already knew what I wanted so the purchase was quick and easy.

As the salesman promised, appliance and work delivered and completed on time. The installer was friendly and patient as he completed and reviewed directions and options of our new ovens. He cleaned up work area when done! No doubt we will use K & N again!

K&N was very patient with us during this process, as this remodel has taken a LONG time with many delays. From beginning to end, Manuel Del Rio, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on anything appliance-related and his advice proved to be invaluable. We are so pleased with the appliances that he helped us pick out and would recommend his services to anyone. If you are in need of advice on appliances, particularly high-end, the guidance and customer attentiveness of Manuel cant be beat. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied.

Tom Steffan was extremely helpful with my kitchen cabinets. Even though they no longer care them. He found a repair man that could fix or replace the hinges even though they are 25 years old.I am so grateful that we had bought top quality to start with, from a good company.

Haylee, the store sales person was very helpful and responsive to our immediate need for a specific refrigerator that we needed quickly.Weve never had a smoother installation. Very knowledgeable installers, polite and incredibly prompt, as well as left the kitchen spotless. Installer, Aldo Hernandez along with helper, was great! We will get all of our appliances from them. Prices are in line with Lowes and Home Depot.

I’m happy with the experience and the results. K&N did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The install guys knew what they were doing and even helped me out with something the contractor was supposed to do but was dragging their feet on so the install could be done when scheduled.

We had K&N appliances design and install our kitchen cabinets (Chris) as well as purchase and install all our kitchen appliances (Patrick). We are totally happy with the outcome and the timeline from start to finish. We recognized upfront that this wouldn’t be a fast turnaround process.. Our home was built in 1915, so there were many challenges which Chris and Patrick worked together to solve. Chris designed our kitchen cabinets/layout and gave us ideas to make the end result even better. Two important things....1) Even though the kitchen remodeling was expensive, by going directly to K&N we saved the cost of a designer’s add-on fee and we received a designer kitchen. 2) Chris and Patrick always returned phone calls or emails and listened to our concerns during this process. Thank you Chris and Patrick for all your hard work.

Great company for local personalized service. They have many major brands of appliances and cabinetry as well as some very exclusive high end brands as well. You can also get them to provide expert installation on the products they sell. They can even do LED lighting for your kitchen and bath.

Awesome service and install on appliances for my entire kitchen. My plumber didnt have some connections ready for the dishwasher when they came to install but there was no problem, they just came out the next day after the plumber set everything up. Ask for Donald, he knows his stuff and will help you work within a budget if you give him one.

As the result of Hurricane Harvey, we had a major unplanned renovation to our kitchen. Cooking is my passion, and the 40” of water from the flood basically forced me to replace everything from cabinetry to both major and small appliances. Because Harvey affected so many people, materials and labor to do our project were in great demand. As a result, progress was slower than it would have been under normal circumstances. Our first interaction with K&N was with Debra Fievet in appliance sales. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my inquiries and needs. K&N has a vast selection of high-end kitchen appliances, more than I’ve ever seen in one store. My flooded dishwasher and 48”range were Thermidor, and my former refrigerator was a Subzero. But, I went with Miele this time. They were offering a package deal, and these appliances had some new innovations and features. I’ve been using them for over a year now and absolutely love them. Debra assisted with the purchasing, storing them until our buildout was ready and installation. The cabinets we chose were by Tedd Wood. I loved the color selection and finish. We have an unusual island with a raised octagonal dining section (that includes interior pullouts) that was a design challenge. I also added an appliance garage that I especially enjoy. Tom Steffan oversaw the final finishing of the cabinetry. I have to admit that the project dragged on longer than we would have wished, and I found out that this was because the company was being sold. The new owners, for whom Tom works, jumped right in and expedited the finishing to our great satisfaction. Tom has a lot of experience as did the installer he brought with him. Tom came out personally several times to ensure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We were so pleased with his service, we contacted the owner to tell him. My new kitchen is a dream kitchen. The pleasure of cooking in it is helping me overcome the trauma of Harvey. Thank you, Debra and Tom...and Justin (the new owner).

UPDATES:.We had some issues with them at first, but they reached out and resolved the problems in a very professional manner. If you need to install something tricky I will suggest you as for Gerardo and James to come to your house for installation. They did a great job for us and cleaned up after it was done!Do not use t hem! We need to replace our downdraft sliding gas range and it was not easy to find one to begin with. When we found them we thought we were done. After we purchase the range via them, they send out a technician to double check our set up will work with the new one. They guy came and pulled out the old one and told us everything will work. We set a date for our installation soon after. Due to the weather they canceled our first date which is understandable. Then it was changed again because the range came damaged. So we waited even longer. Finally today they came to install our range and we are told they couldnt install it at all. Now they put my old range back to its place and TRIED to reconnect everything and stabled the vent pipe with TAPES. Oh, also they damaged the legs of my old range so now its just hanging by the counter. Before my downdrafta fan was making clicking noise, but now it wont turn off....So they fixed it by disconnect the plug for the fan. Now, I am left with a range thats worse than before after a month of waiting! So if you need something with some kind of complications....DO NOT TRY YOUR LUCK WOTH THEM!

(Updated below) After our home flooded in April 2016, we had to do a complete home remodel. The purchasing process from K&N was fast and easy. Getting our products delivered and installed was a whole different story. What little money we saved on a few price breaks was lost in the constant delays (@ $500/wk for alternative living expenses). No one will take responsibility and take charge. All mistakes were spun back on me and made me feel like it was my fault. When you do not make the products you sell (appliances, cabinets, etc.), your business is SERVICE and the experience. The service and communication has been horrible. Find another appliance dealer.Updated (April 14, 2017): I am updating my review after I paid the final invoice, just as I promised the vendor. My original rating was 1 star, but I am updating to 3 stars. I had an interesting revelation today when I was in the office writing the final check. An individual approached me and asked me if he could help me. I stated that I was just there to leave the final check. He asked me if I was Spencer, and I replied yes. He then asked me if I was satisfied, and I stated that my satisfaction was irrelevant and that Im ready for this to be finished and move back into my house. After some small talk, he gave me a card and asked me to make a list of outstanding items and contact him. This was interesting to me because during the last 10 months, the front-line salespeople and installers are the only people who have made any effort to contact me. They always seemed to be struggling and trying to figure things out on their own. I now feel bad for what has occurred because it has become clear to me that not 1 person from management has made any effort whatsoever to contact me about the string of challenges and hurdles during this long process. Even today after my 1st contact with anyone beyond the front-line employees, he wants me to make the effort to contact him and take even more time to make a list (which has been previously communicated to others). I truly do feel bad for the front-line salespeople and installers, because I now realize whats been going on. They have been trying their best all along, but no one else has made the effort with them. I really did enjoy working with the people. The installers are very skilled and able. The salespeople are making an honest effort and are very friendly.

Our builder told us to go to K&N for getting a Washer & Dryer (these werent pre-installed). We made an appointment, but the sales rep wasnt available. We were shown around by a colleague that told us to email the sales rep for a quote. 9 days later we still had not received a reply by email for a quote (and calling didnt help). Through the builder we managed to get a quote 10 days after our showroom visit. The quote was about 22% above Sears/Home Depot/Best Buy price (incl delivery and install). We followed up with some questions but never received a reply. We ended up buying at Best Buy.

First of all, they do not follow up to ensure everything works correctly and they don’t walk you through your new appliances, so you’ll have to figure everything out - which is fine, but a little disappointing given the large investment. I would recommend that they implement follow up calls.Secondly, we had our microwave and coffee maker installed over 3 weeks ago. They apparently ordered the incorrect trim kit for the microwave and they installed the wrong trim kit for the coffee maker. Finally, they asked if they could come 9am on Friday, we said yes, then did not hear from them until almost 4pm, at which point we had given up and were no longer home. We have still not heard from the office to attempt to reschedule. I would recommend improved communication between the field and office employees.I will say, Brandon Kahl is a gem and the only one who seems to understand the importance of customer service. He goes above and beyond, but does not have a good team behind him to drive the experience home.

My experience with KN appliance has been a nightmare!!! My appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher and vent cover all showed up and were installed with scratches on them. Im going on 3 months for the issues to be addressed. Still no vent duct cover which has been another 2.5 months. They have been awful with followup and keeping me informed on the status of the situation. And remember they have already been paid in full!!! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Disappointing. They were supposed to deliver our dishwasher, called to confirm, and then around 3:30 or 4 pm on the day of delivery called again to say they will deliver next week. Left a number of messages for the sales person but he never returned my calls.

Donald Blackwell (sales rep) told me after meeting with him that he would email me options and that the two appliances I was interested in would be well under $1,000 for both. I have called many times, gone back (he was at lunch, so I left a written message) and finally sent an email. This was over the course of 3-4 weeks. I spoke with Ed Bajorek (owner) on the phone (he was less than nice) and told him of the problem I was having receiving optionS with quotes. He said he would take care of it that day. Two days later, I received an email from Donald Blackwell with one option for each appliance for a total of close to $3,000. I emailed back to see what happened to the original conversation of optionS on the two appliances with a cost of under $1,000. I have yet to hear from anyone. The service and personnel at this business SUCKS!!! DONT GO THERE!!! DONT RECOMMEND!!! I am telling everyone I know (along with my many real estate friends and their clients) to spread the word of the horrible customer service and the inept management to service potential customers. P.S. I find it ludicrous that Donald Blackwell (the sales rep) would give this business (hence, himself) five stars.... I would give zero stars, but thats not an option.

Absolutely no help with a non technical issue on my Sub Zero. I used to use them to repair my unit and for parts, and you cant get past the woman on the phone to talk to anyone that may be of help. Never again!

Patrick went above and beyond on customer service. Issues with a few appliances were handling promptly and exceeded expectation.
