This location has faster costumer service and tech support area the store warranty on laptops are ridiculously expensive. With all the changes in technology one of this expensive laptops it becomes too old in 2 years if you paid $890 for a laptop and $249 for warranty. More than $1000 for something that will have to be replaced anyway.
Every year this location has been worse and worse at customer service. I would share named but at this point i don’t believe they care Final straw … guess all I’ll have to order from the competition. RIP BEST BUY

The Indian man among the geek squard was nasty in character. Didnt even check my labtops he said its damaged and I will pay $299.99 or one crazy amount. I said I want to restore it to factory setting but he insisted. Thanks to youtube I did it myself.
Geek squad was excellent, and very reasonable. Resolved my HP laptop issue in three days, and my machine is now BETTER ran new 4 years ago.Would recommend for great customer service!
Store is being remodeling. The experience was so chaotic. Stopped by to get my phone upgraded, really thought it would be a quick trip, ended up spending 2 hours there . This store was good before but really went down hill .
Awesome customer service and product availability. Went to purchase an OLED TV and salesperson Becky from Lafayette, Louisiana broke down the differences between OLED, QLED, and Nanocell in full detail. After helping me, she had to take to deal with a brief emergency but I told her I wont check out until she returns. After doing further research she found me a better deal on an OLED so I purchase it. She even walked/carried it to the front where as men were going to get carts to haul TV sets. Ms. Becky in my opinion is a true example of superior customer service and she deserves a raise.
Called in and guy hung up on me. Was waiting 8 min for someone to pick up. It was the call center but they told me this location doesn’t answer phone calls.
Gift cards dont expire according to best buys website.On December 24 2020 I returned a laptop. I received a gift card for $129.84. On Aug 1st 2021 I decide to go into the store to finally use my gift card. Im told the gift card is inactive. And I have to call the number in the back, customer service, which for the past 4 days Ive been getting the run around. Ive spent 5 hrs on hold or hanged up on me. According to one of the times I spoke to customer service reps. Im told my gift card was voided at the store on the same day. Which was minutes or hours after I left the location on December 24th. Of course I didnt know this since I had no reason to check. Every time Ive called & talked to them, Im calm & talk to them reasonable. Now Im seeing that they dont care about the customer. According to what I was told seems like the worker who helped me originally voided & stole the funds. I could be wrong but this is what it looks like and best buy doesnt care.
Best Buy was organized and clean. It was easy to find what we wanted. Cashiers were short on hand, but someone arrived quickly for our checkout.
Though they didnt have the product I needed, they young lady that helped me was excellent. She was very helpful, explained what I needed for the Trask I was trying to accomplish and she directed me to another store. Thanks!!
We went in and were completely clueless on appliances. Cecelia is the BEST!!!!!! We honestly found the appliances for cheaper but we liked her customer service and knowledge so much, we went back to her! If you need assistance with anything, shes your girl.
There werent a lot of people to help me but once I did find someone they made the process easier. They do have a lot of products available so that really helps
I havent been to a Best Buy in ages and now I see why. There is barely anything here. sure some appliances and some stereos but there used to be so much more stuff. It is a clean store though.

I have purchased all of my appliances and TVs from here. I am a knowledgeable consumer so I am buying what I have already researched ahead of time and I am not relying on some of their services. Overall I am always pleased with the quality and friendliness at this location and the one time in all my years of shopping this store that there was a need for assistance from a manager, he went above and beyond to fix the issue.
Went here 10min before closing to meet someone that was waiting for me to finalize a selection. the appliance team member Whitney kept urging that we didn’t have the build in our home for the fridge we were looking at. Understanding that it was few minutes past closing when we ran into her she could’ve been more subtle with assuming we wouldn’t be able to afford the items we were looking at and said “Honestly you’re not buying the items today we’re closing so come back another day”. We made it clear we were finalizing so we can order it online but felt the energy that she was pushing us out then had her manger come do the same. It doesn’t hurt to provide customer service for an extra few mins or to be kinder if you don’t want to.
There are lots of people here who don’t know what they are doing. Not real experts, just people that work there and read signs. Better than frys electronics though, don’t get anything there unless you want it to break and waste your money.

The store is a standard Best Buy but it was plenty of parking, well kept and organized. The sales person was friendly and helpful and we purchased a flat screen smart tv. The entire experience was fast and overall nice.

Normally, I have good things to say about Best Buy. I have bought household appliances, camera, printers, computers, and telephones from there, but this time was a disaster. I purchased my phone from them yesterday. We selected and purchased it in one store, and spent almost 2 hours trying to activate it. Then they suggested that we travel to another location to pick the same phone up that had a different serial number. We went to that store and picked it up. I do understand that my provider was not cooperating because of a merger, but the clerks also kept making imput mistakes. It took 45 minutes of waiting before they discovered they put in the wrong numbers. Then it took another hour conferencing with the provider until it was completed. Driving in rush hour traffic on a Friday and trying to get a phone took over 5 hours. I dont wish this experience on my worst enemy.
Truthfully I would give 0 stars if I could. Why would something as simple as picking up an order placed online bring out someone’s total lack of care and bad attitude... also why slam down everything you touch and when asked why just blank stare back and say because I feel like it... Good hire there Best Buy!
The gurl checking me out for mobile ordering was nice and apologized about the long wait which wasnt her fault. There was a super long line a bunch of workers and NO ONE on the cash register. It literally made no sense why she was the only one and she was doing pick up. I dont no how long everyone waited but to long in my opinion when literally bot onw cashier on the register. Idk maybe it was a bad day i came in but i would have left everything if i didnt already pre-ordered.Oh ps. The bathroom STINKED! It wasnt dirty just the smell was disturbing...

This Best Buy is the worst that I have ever been to. After being told no on price matching when they keep saying price match guarantee over and over again to other customers in the store. So I went home very unsatisfied decided to call corporate office and was told that they should have matched the price. They put notes in the system on our account and was told to go back to the store to get the item that we wanted price matched. Showed up and was flat out told no again. What kind of BS is that? Telling us that they don’t price match on deleted items. What kind of price match guarantee is that? Then come to find out that every week they select 6 stores to price match so how is that price match guarantee?
Faiq was knowledgeable. Unlike the gentleman at the other Best Buy, Faiq was patient with explaining/answering our questions.
This location is under a major remodel. While the store is technically open, you cant walk in past 10 ft. You have to ask for what you want or order online.

Do not try to finance anything with best buy/chase bank. they cannot competently process any aspect of your order and when you call either best buy customer service or chase bank, they have a different story every time and can never resolve your issue. I wouldnt purchase a pencil eraser from these clowns.
If I could give Best Buy as a whole a negative 100, I would. Every store I have gone to has had horrible customer service. No one around to assist us in a sale ever. Wont ever be back.

Store shelves depending on the department were bare. I went for a camara and a mac pro and there were barely any models on display and no workers around to unlock the cabinet. When I finally tracked down a worker, he was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well kept. There should be a store sales rep in each department but the two departments i needed assistance in there was no one available.
The only customer service you get at this location is at the front door when you leave. Went in to buy a gaming desktop computer and two screens. Could not get anyone to speak to me. Selection was terrible. Only 5 low level desktops to choose from in the store. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different Best Buy or order online.

Employees won’t pick up phones, or when they do they set the phone down until you hang up. If you do manage to talk to someone they just hang up on you, or they will transfer your call to a different store. These people are not happy working here, so many people seem so apathetic. Oh one last thing, for some reason price matching is difficult here. I’ve written one review on Yelp and one here all while on hold, now spanning 37 minutes.Go to the stores on Fry Road and Bunker Hill, they’re nice people.

Customer Service has declined. People’s ability to listen and take action as a sales person at this Best Buy is awful. Person at the door pointed me in the right direction. (Lack of) Sales assistant didn’t have knowledge of the area and gave up helping even telling me I won’t find what I’m looking for online.I would suggest training people that work in their areas 1-customer service 2-sales training on how to sell 3-product training 4-follow through with online resources and sales.I know Best Buy carries what I’m looking for and it might have been out of stock at this location. I talked with another Best Buy and was given excellent customer service. Can’t wait to make time to go into that store.

Trying to call the store and speak to a person. 3 minutes of ringing. Someone answers, then answers my question without actually telling me that she is not in the store I called. My question actually needs to be answered by a person in the physical store. I wanted to know if the Xbox controller I turned in for warranty 3 days ago was still in the store because I left my rechargeable battery in it. She says no I am sorry it is gone. How do you know you didnt look.

The young unprofessional woman (Yanet) at the counter is ridiculous. I went in the store to return a $19 item. The person was very nasty when I asked for a Manager. She told me there she is and you can go over there. I tried as nicely as I knew how to point out that they have headsets, and asked her to call her. She told me no you can walk over there. The person that she was pointing out was at the front door. I didn’t want to have a discussion with a Manager in the way of front door traffic during COVID. When I said no you call her. She walked away without calling and went to another register. I can’t believe that someone working in customer service would be so unreasonable. I have never had issues at Best Buy. This person definitely has a bad attitude. And just cost them a long time customer.
The staff noticed that I was looking around trying to find items. They asked if I needed assistance and were very helpful. Nice to get friendly service like this especially during the holidays.

Store manager is very slow for taking an action. i asked him to send an assistant for the section of refrigerator. There was 3 customers waiting on the line for getting help from the refrigeration section.We waited almost 10 minutes to get help. There is an employee shortage in that Bestbuy store. Bestbuy needs to hire more employee for that store. We just give up buying what we buy and left the store. It is a loss of sales for bestbuy and it is waste of time for me. I am very disappointed this bestbuy store. One year ago they were working very professionally, but not now.
I’ve placed several orders at this Best Buy location throughout 2020. They have not been able to enable the curbside pickup feature. The holidays have only exasperated this issue. For those hoping to pick up a few last minute tech items I highly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Best buy is a good place to shop for your electronics gadgets and the likes but the workers there need to do better. Most of them dont even know the inventory and cannot give you a proper direction of where to find what you are looking for.
This best buy didnt seem to have the pickup stuff together. Waited for an hour and they kept bringing other people their orders before addressing our issue. Disappointing at best.

I take my TV for recycling and they ask me to pay them money to do that.. so, they want to get money both ways; from the customer and when they sell them for recycling companies.

Do not use Geek Squad or Total Tech Support. After paying the annual fee for Total Tech Support after the salesman stated it would support my smart home, they determined it would not support it. Their refund process is prorated EVEN if you never used the service. Corporate will not override the policy. Sold a bill of goods that does not work!

I love this Best Buy because it’s easy the find the products that you may need for any situation I also love how nice and helpful they are went your looking for something I love how big the store is and if you get thirsty they got the drinks and snacks but now that you can’t go inside they are doing pick ups only because of the coronavirus
