I would like to thank Rodrigo Ramos and his professionalism. I had put a deposit down on a bike and there was a mix up and was sold. Most other places would have said “sorry but there is nothing we can do”. Rodrigo jumped through hoops to get me the bike that I wanted (2022 Crf250r, very hard to find anywhere) and he got it to be delivered on the original date I planned to pick it up. This is why I shop at Honda of Houston because of people like Rodrigo that will go leaps and bounds to help a customer and that truly loves and cares about his job. Got a bike form then. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I actually did most of it over the phone. So when I finally did show up to the dealership I just had to sign a couple more things put down my down payment and I was good to go. Highly recommend.

I’ve used these guys a couple times for service on my 2018 Goldwing. Not impressed. Today when I went in for my 12k service, one guy actually said to me that they also change the “differential oil” when they do the engine oil change. That’d be great if a motorcycle had a differential. I know the guy that told me that isn’t dumb, so my guess is that he was testing to see if I was a goober-head. Insulting to say the least.When the job was done (did it take 30 minutes for a job that I was charged 1.25 hours?), I asked to speak to the mechanic as I had a quick question. Rather than getting the mechanic to come out for 5 minutes to talk to me, some useless service writer basically gave me lip service instead.In the end, HoH has cost themselves a good customer for everything except those rare few tasks that I can’t do myself at home (about the only thing I can’t do at home is a tire change).I left feeling dirty. Way to go guys.

Spent several weeks helping my son find his first street bike. He really liked the Rebel 500 but didnt want to break the bank on a learner bike. Everyone at this location is awesome. But the two people who have been personally extremely helpful are Greg in parts and Matt in service. I have 2 Honda motorcycles and wouldnt trust them with anybody else.

Our go to for all our off road needs, staff at the parts counter are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and quick turn around. Have ordered parts for our four wheelers, go karts and dirt bikes and theyve always been reasonably priced and typically in stock. Even with special order items, quick delivery from warehouse and without error.

Best place to buy original parts, their prices are better than ebay and Amazon, either parts guy have great personalities.

Purchased a NEW 2017 Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin from Honda of Houston a couple of weeks ago. One of my best purchase experiences ever. Thomas was my sales guy. I like the place. It’s not not big but it’s Honda official deal. The review on google seems very nice, all sells man are friendly. I guess unfortunately for us. Me and my friend went last weekend, walk around looking for 2 500r for each of us. However, maybe we are looking young, not really, no one came ask if we need help or something. But for dream car, we might find time this weekend after work and let’s see what happen again.

I love this place. Parts guys are friendly and professional. They usually have what I need. If not, they get it pretty fast. They rebuilt a CR250 for me and its a beast. No issues what so ever. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that it difficult to get across Huffmeister, but thats not their fault. Other than that, theyre second to none.

Wish I could give them 5 stars, the sales team did do a great job and I got a great deal on my Africa Twin. However, they were supposed to transfer my veterans tag over from my old bike and didnt. I made it clear and saw the guy write it in big letters on the paperwork. That tag has followed me through two bikes before this one. Now I have to wait until renewal time to get another. Thats just the kind of lack of attention to detail that costs you a star.

My experience with Honda of Houston began with and ad for a 2013 DR 650 with only 302 miles. I have been searching for the proverbial unicorn bike for sometime now. It has been a journey. I found the ad the Friday evening before winter storm “Uri” paid Houston a visit. I spoke to my wife and we decided we would pay them a visit on Saturday morning. Upon arrival the bike was sitting outside and did have the stated miles and was in “like new condition”. I decided to visit inside and see the level of service we would get. They were busy, all staff were engaged with other customers. I was able to make eye contact with Rodrigo Ramos and our excellent experience started right then. Rodrigo got the keys and took us out to the bike where he took all the steps to get it started, the bike ran well and sounded great. We continued our conversation inside since it was cold outside. I stated I was interested in the bike and would like to put a deposit down. We applied for credit and discussed my DRZ 400 which I would be trading in. He agreed to a very fair trade-in, lined up financing and agreed I would come in the following week to finalize the deal. The deal was delayed until the following Friday, where I was able to ride out of the bike within a couple of hours. The store was very busy and they still managed to process the transaction quickly. The staff members at Honda of Houston are friendly, engaging and provide a pleasant, low pressure atmosphere to purchase a motorcycle or ATV. I did have a carb issue with the motorcycle. The staff had me bring it back in and they are taking care of the issue. As a customer, I could not ask for more. I can personally say I spoke to every member of the sales team, they are friendly and more than knowledgeable. Honda of Houston is worth a visit for either their new inventory or their used inventory.Update: I was searching the websites high and low for an available aftermarket seat for my DRZ 400SM. I was actually able to purchase one late last week from the parts department and it arrived 5 days later just as promised. Most order windows for aftermarket seats are 6-8 weeks out. I was very please with the level of service from the parts department.

I knew the bike I wanted before I went in and I was pleasantly surprised when there was no attempt made to upsell or coax me into a more expensive bike.Karina, David, and Rodrigo did a great job with everything and I was on my bike two hours after I arrived (they have to prep them for first run).They also had a good selection of helmets upstairs for those that dont have one or need a new one.Ill be taking my bike there for service in the future and if Im ever in the market for another bike, I would definitely go here again.

Needed a Honda Generator. Everyone else was sold out so I stopped in. Not only were they in stock, the shop prepped it by filling the oil and topping it off with full tank of gas and tested it. It was also completely up to date on all previous recalls. Really an awesome experience. Would highly recommend this shop.

I purchased a 2019 Honda CB1000R from Thomas about two weeks ago. The whole transaction was a pleasure. I bought the bike sight unseen over the phone because I am located four hours away in another state. When I showed up to pick up the bike it was ready to go and in perfect condition as stated. The whole process took about 30 minutes and went very smoothly. One of their guys even loaded the bike for me on the trailer and I had no issues on the drive back. I will certainly be doing business again with Honda of Houston in the future.

I have long appreciated and respected the ZX14R and always thought to add one to my collection. I found a super clean passion red with low miles and reached out to Honda of Houston after seeing their ad. Thomas replied and we talked on the phone before I visited him to see the bike. I enquired as to the OTD price on a particular bike. I was told by Karina that it wouldnt be right for the traffic where I was. I never mentioned to her where or what I would be doing with this bike. She suggested a different and of course more expensive bike. When I asked about the price on the original bike...crickets....radio silence. I realize the margin on it must be small. Yet, as a sales person, ultimately their job is to sell. I cant in good conscience do business with people who dont value someone spending money there. I hope others have a better experience than I.

After reading these reviews I must have gotten Thomas on a bad day. He had an overall poor attitude. Seemed uninterested in making a sale with us. When I asked questions, his mannerisms suggested I was annoying him.. Good selection of bikes but over all bad customer service experience with Thomas.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the day we went to buy the motorcycle due to us just walking in without an appointment. My husband was extremely indecisive and the staff was very helpful and explaining all the different types of motorcycles. They were very patient and knowledgeable. That’s where the great service ends. Everything has been extremely terrible. The delivery of my husbands motorcycle kept getting post poned even after agreeing to a date that they chose! My husband had to keep calling them and asking when the bike would get delivered and they kept saying they would call and never would. On top of that they would get annoyed that he was calling!? It has been two months and we do not have our license plates and we have not received a bill from Honda of America. We called Honda and they said they never even processed the finance through them and do not have our VIN on file. We are extremely easy to please I don’t understand why we are being treated like this. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, we certainly won’t be back and won’t recommend this place to anyone.
