BEWARE! I really wish I had read the reviews before proceeding with this company... the entire experience was a complete waste of time. Seemed just to good to be true, having 3 people come take a tour of our house and promising us a result they just couldn’t deliver. First they sent an email with a quote range just for us to get to the store and the price nearly double. Then the items were delivered by a team of professionals, who were fantastic, and regretably informed us almost everything we purchased from the sales team was either unnecessary or to large for our space ect. So needless to say we had to cancel the entire project. Such a huge disappointment.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years, and I am completely disappointed with the services Ive received. Ever since the company has changed management, my experience has been incredibly poor. They have overcharged/ inconsistent with labor prices and under deliver. I would not recommend.

Worst Customer Service. Even worse then Walmart. Frauds and bunch of liers and crooks when it comes to Extended Service Plan. It took 45 minutes to get some one to talk to and the put me on hold for 45 minutes and still counting

I would like to give them a better review but they did not give me a chance to spend my money. I waited in the Magnolia area for about 15 minutes. The entire time I was there no one approached me to ask if I needed help. At least three guys just walked by me, the others were just in a huddle shooting the breeze. Never going back to that Magnolia Design Center!

Dealing with the Richmond location (Magnolia+Geek Squad) Is like one step forward then one step back. Recently, a tech & sales guy showed up to re-program Control 4 which suddenly didnt work on my cell phone. The Tech reprogrammed it but knocked out the wifi input to my router. Had to call Comcast tech out to fix that. Meanwhile, the Magnolia sales guy said I needed a new receiver that could handle digital audio as well as analog. I said fine, send me a proposal. Its been 2 weeks. Must have forgot.They have been disorganized for years, especially the Geek Squad service department. I dont find out until days later something has been disconnected. The sales guy had the temerity to offer a yearly maintenance contract. I think they FU on purpose.

I purchased a $15k system from Magnolia. I have had trouble with the system from the beginning but that appears to be no concern of Magnolia. Recently, the sound went out on the system. Magnolia wants $150.00 IN ADVANCE, to even come out and look at the system. Its like buying a car and having the service department tell you that if you actually want the car to run, that will be extra and... IN ADVANCE.

Bought a bunch of stuff, spent more than enough money. Rep leaves following year— I wanted them to re mount my TV at a new apartment. Then I get stuck with this dude named Dennis and he was probably the worst consultant/sales person I have ever encountered. Horrible attitude and an a-hole. Please reconsider any business and take it elsewhere

When my pre-ordered item arrived at Best Buy before Magnolia, Ian personally called us to say that we should cancel our pre-order with him and pick it up at Best Buy instead. I wish I could give 5 stars based on just our interaction with him. Unfortunately, when we went in to the store Ian wasnt there and we were helped by Anthony. I work in retail and dont take bad reviews lightly, but Anthony was incredibly rude and disrespectful. As a customer, being treated like a nuisance is unacceptable. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and doesnt always act like the rude sales clerk from Pretty Woman.

Very upset with the team in the Magnolia Department, they dont know how to even answer the phone and provide a service to a customer that spends thousands upon thousands of dollars with them...I will NEVER do business with Magnolia or Best Buy ever again....Im over them and their pity level of service
