First time buying here.Easy to find from I-45.Great prices.Check your parts before leaving right at the dock. If your part is damaged, they will replace it right then, not after you leave and return.Ordering parts didnt take long and paying for them was just as fast with only a few customers in the lobby. Didnt realize how important the driver side mirror was until somebody pulled out in front of me and took it away from me.
Very good auto part place. You can place order online and pick up in store. Even with online orders you do have to go inside to get a ticket so they can bring your order. Park pick up location is outdoor. It takes very long for order pick up. You have to wait outdoor. While they bring your order. Still very nice and convenient place.
Ive only been to the bazaar county Beach three maybe four times but each time Ive gone its always been beautiful theres never been a lot of people so youve always had space for yourself and your family. This last time I went was right before the storm rolled in and it was beautiful sitting out there being able to watch it real and it was so pretty
The Persian guy the owner trained his staff to be horrible to their customer they make it impossible to return any product first they asked for a receipt then they ask for the original packaging then they ask for more than seven days they’re not going to return they make it impossible to exchange or return we are in the business to buy the parts for our cars ahead of time and by the time it gets done probably takes more than two weeks wrong parts most of the time they make lotta mistakes they give you wrong parts. anyways they don’t return it I got stuck with $2600 worth of parts because of their mistake giving us the wrong parts horrible service they don’t want to deliver and when we go there my employee has to wait hours because they don’t care to help again everything comes from the owner and the management. I do not recommend them at all you can call Certifit eagle auto parts, Simmons they are much better company out there body part cannot rotten so please change your policy and do the exchange for the correct part or at least store credit

Absolutely awful service. The lines are extremely long with very slow moving Employees. They will literally finish with a customer and then go on their phones or eat food instead of telling the next customer to come up. The system for parts is very broken, half the time you wait outside for 30 minutes just for them to tell you they don’t have the part and you have to go back inside and wait in line for a refund. If you don’t have the part why are you selling it to me in the first place? If possible, please save yourself time and money and avoid this place.
Its okay to buy there if youre looking for a good deal on prices but the service is the worst of anything Ive ever experienced. it takes 35 minutes to 1 hour every time Ive been there to get my part. this last time was 1 hour. A company that size should be able to handle staffing two more employees to one, find the part and two, to hand it to the people sitting in the heat. Auto fit you need to understand and learn about customer service and not the bottom line of your profit, Its called quality control

Sorry I sent my son here to pick up a part. Ordered a Brand New bumper online. He drove in to Houston Autofit to pick it up ... returned home with half painted scratched-up pulled part. Likely came from an auto salvage yard. Fortunately their customer service picked up the phone line eventually ... and when I repeated the part number I ordered, he said yes, well most OEM parts are going to be used. What? I said my online order shows brand new. His response ... okay, bring it back and well refund you. I sent my son back with the part and it appears they are going to refund the money ... but they tried to convince him it was a very good price for OEM part. Ridiculous waste of time.

I make an order before 10 days ago and paid the full amount and today i got a call and 2 emails inform me the the order is ready to pickup. So i left my work and drive my car for more than that 54 miles and guess what ?? The werehouse guy he told me sorry we don’t have this part !!!Back to the manger his name is FRANCISCO he is very rod and disrespect able and he told me there’s nothing they can doit for me and he leave and go !!!!!I cant understand if you guys open a Company to cheating people or what !!My bad experience everI lost my time lost my day workAnd the manger don’t care at all !!!!!
I just called like 10 mins ago 06-02-2021 worst I mean worst customer service ever. Disrespectful I own dealer and mechanic shop and I can’t believe the disrespect y’all allow in there. I wanted to open a account with you and was getting ready to buy y’all’s $800 headlight but I prefer buy it somewhere else maybe more expensive but better customer service. I can’t believe y’all will hire a person like that.
I like this place because of the reasonably price parts. They usually have everything I need in stock and available for pickup the same day. The down side is the wait time. With the large amount of customers they have daily, you would think they would have enough staff to properly assist customers in a timely manner but they dont. They have only one cashier to accept payment and one person distributing the parts to 20 plus customers, which is not very efficient.
Called in to check pricing and availability on some parts. They gave me a part and confirmed that they had them in stock. I drive 30 minutes to their location get quoted a different price. I needed the part so I agreed to the up-charge which they make you pay first prior to pulling your part. After 50 minutes they say they cant find parts or dont have them. Then they say come wait in line and get a refund. What a joke.
Price for everything is usually cheap and usually have all the parts but man get a better cashier and more than 1. They have 1 cashier for 200 people that come in 1 day and having to wait over an hour for 1 part makes this review 2 stars. If they can fix the wait time and get a cashier with a better attitude it’d be 5 stars all day. I came in on 12/26/2020 at 12:30.

Professional management, prices comparing to the other. Very recommended place to buy after markets auto parts. Only complaint is the wait time. Sergio and Beto are outstanding salesman. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Employees like them make businesses like autofit nice to do business with.
Head up, they steal my money, They cut 20% of my money when I returned an item after one week, when I bought it they said I could return it in thirty days if I had the reset and original box . but the said thats only if I returned it in five days. thief

Decent prices on aftermarket, I do recommend you call before, make sure its in stock. The wait time can be long, but its worth it if you avoid the OEM dealership price for what you are looking for. Just dont think its a drive thru fast ordering operation. Other than that, have been using them for years.

Girl had me waiting on the line after she finally answered, and when she finally answered she was rude, I had another question for her In regards a part I wanted to come and purchase and she hung up on me.People should be so thankful right now during the pandemic to have a job, polite and appreciate those giving business.

Efficient but extremely busy. Every seat is full and now standing room only. Our order was called in approx. 1:40pm...i arrived for.pickup at approx3:15pm and after after waiting 15 minutes to pay (3:30pm) I am still in the waiting room and not even on the board as being pulled, nor delivered to front desk, and certainly not ready. I do not recommend this place unless time is not money for you. For what purpose does it serve to call in an Order but to still have to wait for another half and hour to hour to get it.
Long lines, but very fast to pay.Warehouse pickup line wait can take awhile. about twice as long as it you to get to counter to order then pay.
You have to order the parts on the inside and then go stand outside, during Coronavirus they need a better systems.

I bought a new hood for a 2001 Honda Accord coupe. I get it in and there’s an inch gap on both sides of the hood. I call to complain and they tried to argue with me that it’s the correct hood. Saying that their manager of 20 years is an “expert”. Horrible customer service. They won’t send me a new hood or refund me. Telling me I’m wrong and I didn’t put in the right information. I know my car and what it needs.

They are doing pretty well protecting their employees I must say but certainly not their customers.. with everyone seating in an open tent (which is the only shade hence causing people to crowd underneath) outside waiting for parts with no sense of urgency from the guys bringing you the parts.
This place has saved me about $2000. I do the work myself. Replacing a side mirror or tail light assembly is easy for me. What I like most of all is that the part cost three times less than at the dealership

I had to get several car parts for my Nissan and made several trips to Auto Fit. The representatives are very nice and one of the gentlemen, Gustavo (I think, his name did start with a G), helped put the heavy parts in the back of my truck. My main complaint is that I was given the wrong part twice and had to make the drive out there an extra 3 times for 1 small part. I live over 1 hour away, so that was an inconvenience. Other than that, the prices are great and so is the customer service. I would suggest double checking the parts before giving them to the clients. There are parts that look good, until you try to put it on the car and its the wrong part in the correct packaging.

Awful service, they are not that busy, to take so much time to take care of the customers. I took me two hours to pay for and pick up something that I already had ordered online. They can definitely do a better job if they put a little effort.

They take too long. I waited two and a half hour for one item. It Is a really slow customer service. They have many available parts. But I really prefer capston or alliance.
The parts are good, but some of the employees are rude and sometimes you have to wait a long time to get your parts. Other than that they have lots of parts in stock at a good price sometimes even cheaper then going to a junk yard, will continue getting my parts from autofit

I had never been to this place before, I went in for a set of headlights for my car and they actually had them in stock. The last 2 places I had tried said Id have to wait several weeks. They also had several other parts I had been looking for in stock and ready to go whenever I was ready. They definitely beat the competition with their well stocked inventory, unlike some other stores that would have me wait weeks for a comparable part at a higher price. Id definitely recommend checking out their inventory in person, on the phone or even online for any parts you may not have been able to find elsewhere.

Orders counters sucks very bad customer service
Terribly long wait times. They cut you off while talking on phone and put you on hold for too long. Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced ever. They are so disrespectful. They bring in the wrong parts after you have waited ages for them to deliver your auto parts. Don’t buy from them. You’re going to regret it.
Customer service is nice enough to take your money reallu fast but they dont seem to care how long you have to wait to get your parts.Even after calling and asking them to put the part on will call I waited over 45 minutes for a door handle.They have about 15 cashiers willing to take your money and about 1 person pulling parts for all the customers they get.

Dont care so much that you do not have the part I need. Its rare, no biggie. But the person should not answer the phone with What do you want. As stated you did not have the part. The conversation ended with Nope and hung up on. Including 4 rings the conversation was 40 seconds. A greeting would be nice. The name of the customer service representative would not be too shabby. A have a great day may be something to incorporate. Maybe would have added 10 seconds to the call??? I guess your company is doing so well that it is past the point of good customer service skills...or maybe some sort of training is needed.

Their prices are average sometimes a few dollars higher than the competitors. they will sometimes have parts that others don’t carry or need to pre order. the wait time is ridiculous no matter how big or small your order is you will always have to wait around 30 minutes, i am writing this review as i wait and so far it’s been 15 minutes... overall good service but if you don’t have patience this isn’t the place for you

Im going to give them 5 Stars, service is good. Parts pullers are quick to bring you your parts. Parts are made in China most likely...... But then again the dealerships also buy and sell Chinese made products.The longest Ive been there waiting is 15-20 minutes.
