I got better service this time

Hello everyone this guys showing me rude attitude, I have called on Saturday for the step pad for chevy Silverado and I called again for the same part and I don’t have account with them, and they said that I calling from some accounts from Thursday, but actually I got into collusion on Friday night. I wanted that part as new customer but they are just showing me attitude, and saying that you playing games.

I needed parts and the sell rep there helped me get what I was looking for! Thank you 😊

This place is a joke 40 minutes on hold n they dont even appreciate your business take your money else where also a bad attitude very rude personal they should be working there very bad customer services .

Jose and other employees were very, very helpful. Friends recommended National Auto and I was quoted a certain part cost but the price I paid was a wee bit less. Was I happy, no!! I was ecstatic and save some $. Not a lot saved but a saving nun the less. 😃😃😃😃😃

Ive been meaning to write this review but havent had the time until now. Earlier this year I was told to go there to get new rear view lights and they tried to force me to get them since the parts in questions had to be shipped with in 15 mins if not I would have to wait until tomorrow. Plus each light was going to cost me &80. I knew from the get go that this was a scare tactic and simply told them no thanks. I went and called a few part stores and found both pair of lights for $75 dollars. So I would avoid this place since they like to play games and over charge.

They have a lot of parts in stock for almost any make or model but be AWARE Cheap Parts From China That are not gonna last you long and most likely your going to struggle to fit them right or they might have a little pay and that’s because it’s not OEM
