I have been doing business with Pro Parts Center for about 6 years now, if not longer. They have always been very thorough and professional. Even if my preferred point of contact is not available when I call, I can speak to any of their team members and receive good service. Keep up the great work!!!

If you are a business, think twice before contacting this establishment. The people who answer the phone act as though you are interrupting a personal conversation and cannot be bothered to forward you to the appropriate personnel. If you have the audacity to call back at what they say is a more convenient time, they simply hang up on you rather than politely decline whatever service you are offering. Note to corporate: train your phone personnel correctly as they give the first and most important impression of your business practices. If this behavior is tolerated or encouraged by management, then you have a serious dissonance with your potential customer base.

Worst costumer service. Worst manager ever. I bought a bumper for a Nissan rouge. It didn’t fit my car. They wouldn’t return it because it had a dime size scratch on the bottom of it. It wasn’t even noticeable but the manager was trying to find a small thing to not return it. He left me waiting in the store for 30 minutes before assisting me. And be carful when buying an item inspect it real good because they does not inspect their item before selling. And if they find anything when returning they’ll not give you your money back. So be carful from them.

I am still amazed at the horrible experience I had with this company! Not only do their parts never align properly with the vehicle but they changed their payment policy without updating customers! I ordered a part and whenever it finally came in I handed them a check and they refused it and said they only accept cash. You would think they would prefer checks to better protect their money but apparently that makes too much sense. So I called the manager Allen and asked him why they wouldnt accept checks anymore and he hung up on me! Needless to say I sent the part back and will for now on take my business elsewhere. If you are thinking about ordering anything from here go anywhere else because they obviously do not want any business.

Speedy service and reliable parts. I bought a headlight for Camry and they delivered it on same day. Their delivery guy even gave me couple of tips on installing it.

11/1/18 - 2:30p - Jtf1009: had your driver cut in front of me in the middle of an intersection. Apparently your drivers dont understand that changing lanes in an intersection is illegal.
