I have taken two of my vehicles to this location to be repaired. The first experience was great! The second one could have been much better. It was (what I thought to be) a simple rear end repair. I dropped my vehicle off on 8/16/2021 and was finally able to pick it up on 11/1/2021. Shipping delays were the cause of the extended turnaround time for this repair. When I picked up the vehicle, my driver seat cover was ripped and the gas tank was left at 25 miles until empty. I am not sure how the tank was nearly run dry as it was at least half full when I dropped it off and was only driven 6 miles in the nearly 3 months it was at Archer. I hope this feedback helps increase customer satisfaction in the future.
Unfortunately I had to use this place since someone backed into my vehicle but I dont regret using them! The receptionist was very sweet and informative. The gentlemen that looked at my car was super informative and gave me peace of mind. The other guy that took care of the repairs also helped me out and contacted me in a quick amount of time. I definitely recommend this place for vehicle repairs.

This has been the second time I have had one of my KIA vehicles at this shop. Both repairs have looked great, cant tell anything happened. They even put back on the original badge on front bezel after it was repaired (It had been altered). Great job guys. Nice people with a friendly can I help you attitude.
Such a good experience. My car came back brand new. Loved it. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, Daniel made it such a pleasure. He made sure I was pleased to the fullest and took care of me.

I am an owner of a 2018 VW Golf GTI. I have used Archer Collision Center on rwo separate occasions for my vehicle repairs. I was extremely satisfied with the time and effort that the staff at Archer Collision put in to make my vehicle look new again. I can say this for certain, for as long as I own my vehicle I will not need to go for repairs anywhere else.

My initial contact was with Debra who let me know getting me back on the road asap was important to them. Daniel Garcia was very professional and I am sure his work was above the standard. After all my life is in his hands. I need every thing to work accordingly if I am ever in another accident. He insisted my insurance company replace the seatbelts per protocol. I recently had an accident and was referred to Archer for repairs. Initially, the company seemed respectable and legitimate. However, I soon discovered that I was sorely mistaken. After spending nearly two weeks to get in touch with the manager, Curt Liskgow, I was finally fed up with their service. Upon visiting the shop to check on my repairs, I was rudely dismissed and made to feel very unwelcomed, when all I wanted was to speak with Curt regarding my vehicle. Now, after two visits and two weeks of constant dismissal and disrespect, I was told by Curt that my car was repaired and ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told that in addition to the $1900 check from my insurance company, I also owed a $500 deductible. Not only was I unaware that the deductible was to be paid to the body shop, but I was also unaware that my insurance had failed to cover the full cost for my repairs. After a heated discussion with Curt, who handled the situation poorly, with his blatantly condescending remarks and dismissive tone, I was forced to leave without my vehicle. Initially, I thought this was going to be a smooth process but due to the overall lack of consideration, respect, and general customer service skills that Curt possesses, I will never return to Archer Collision Center for repairs. I will gladly go elsewhere. Along with a copy of this review, I will be sending an extensive complaint to the owner of this establishment.
Not bad but had to bring my car back cause one of the lights they forgot to replace
All of the staff at Archer were very helpful and very professional.
Incompetent liars. First time I used them, it was the recommended location through my insurance. I had been hit by an 18-wheeler and they did the body work on my vehicle. That process took waaaaay longer than expected but Kurt always had some excuse as to why service was being delayed. Lexus covered my extended rental costs so I didnt complain too much.This time, I just needed a simple headlight swap and a spot of body work. They needed three days. I called a week ahead of time, as requested by Kurt, so he could order the headlight ahead of time. I also mentioned sensor problems mu car was having since the last accident (since their work supposedly has a lifetime guarantee) Well, needless to say, the day my daughters were supposed to pick up my car (I was out of town) I called that morning and he assured me it would be ready early afternoon. After calling back shortly after noontime, he started giving excuses, saying he wasnt sure how things were going. A few hours later, he calls informing me that he has bad news. He ordered the wrong headlight! When I asked why he was just getting around to checking that, he informed me that he had just gotten the headlight and wasnt able to check it earlier. He had over a week to order it!!!The thing that really pisses me off with Kurt is his unapologetic nature. Its constantly excuse after excuse. You cannot treat your customer like they have no sense! Its offensive and bad business! This is the same behavior previous reviews have complained about and, trust me, they were telling the complete truth. Obviously, this is a pattern with Kurt and this business. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
Got into a fender binder and was refereed to Archer Collision. They did a great job on the repair.
DO NOT GO HERE for mechanical repairs.The shop only does body work and will send your car to Kia for mechanical repairs (without telling you) even if you have a VW.My car was returned to me in an unsafe condition for driving (brakes, bearings, shafts, etc broken).

I dont know whether Archer name is a facade but this place offers a different experience than the now defunct Chrysler dealership half a mile south on the other side of the freeway.
