Less than a one star rating. Tried to buy some parts online because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Phone calls went to voicemail. Never returned calls after leaving voicemail message. They canceled the order without any reason why.
👌SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST!🔧 Make an appointment before you come. 📆Took my 97 4runner in not knowing why it wasnt starting. From the beginning Felipe listened to my concerns as I explained the issue. He was very friendly and very quick to make sure I knew I would be taken care of.After the diagnosis it ended up being the starter. Immediately Felipe called to keep me up to date, making sure I understood the issue and how much it would be. 🙌 He made my experience simple and easy. The whole service team was friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces, one in particular named Carson.😁 He helped me find the person I needed to talk to and helped me find my car after it was finished. All around great service team, would highly recommend to anyone.📞To top it off I got a call from the Service manager Anthony 2 days later, checking on me, making sure my vehicle was running smooth. Great experience! 😁👍
It took two hours to get a tire rotation. They said it would only take 1-1.5 hours. Service member who signed me in was not very friendly or informative. Once completed, they parked my car as far away as possible opposed to other clients’ cars. A couple of service team members were friendly. A lot were on their phones, so I’m not sure why it took so long to get a tire rotation. My car was very clean afterwards. Would rather pay to get service than wait hours for a free service with poor customer service.
Huge shout out to service advisor Pablo !! WOW!!! Just WOW !! Here’s the story of how he saved my family’s day—Were going up-hill on I-45 south between the Space Center and Gulf Freeway. Its me and the whole family. Car starts hard-stuttering and would not go over 50 mph and cars are zooming all around us . Im really understating how scary it was with Houston traffic and everyone driving like its Talladega. Thankfully, I was able to pull over, turn the car off, back on to roll safely enough on the feeder road to Auto Nation Toyota. Turns out there was an issue with my fuel pump. Google the recall details, we went through all symptoms to the letter! Auto Nation Toyota Service took it in, looked at it and had it back to me in under 2 hrs ! Unbelievable in this day and age ! Not only that, but they provided shuttle service to Baybrook Mall to hang out while were waiting. Our service advisor Pablo took excellent care of us and were not even regular customers nor do we live in Houston, yet he took care of us like family! When the time comes to buy a car again, Ill enthusiastically drive all the way from San Antonio to buy one from them because a place like this deserves our business !
Great service experience. Scheduling an appointment is very easy.
EXCELENT SERVICE BLANCA FROM AUTOPARTS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
Long wait times...3 hour oil change maybe longer and high prices guarantee!!! nice service workers and coffee but a waste of time and money.
Great prizes on vehicles but the service fees are outrageous, I understand theyre certified mechanics. To be honest its more than I would pay for a diagnostic test no less than $270.00. Your literally just plugging a machine in, but who knows just my opinion.
Toyota Gulf Freeway was great! People very helpful went in this morning and got quick service.
I went to have my puddle light fixed because I took it there about a year ago to have a recall fixed on them. 1. They weren’t centered properly.2. Shortly after the right puddle light fell out and I tried to put it back and a piece broke off and now it hangs out.I tried to call and ask if it would cost anything to fix it and they told me I had to come in at 7 am on my day off just for me to wait 2 hours for them to try to charge me $400 for this. And after telling them it happened after I had it serviced there they told me since it was so long ago they can’t go off of that.I’ve bought 2 cars from here and I probably will not get my next Toyota from here
I gave the service department two different trips, and both times it has just been bad. No one seems to wear a mask, and if they do, they won’t keep them on. I asked the Service manager, Chris Smith, to step outside with me so I could ask him a couple questions where it would be safer during a pandemic. He told me he “couldn’t breathe” with a mask on and kept pulling it off to talk to me. I shouldn’t have to remind a manager 3 times that he needs to wear a mask when talking to people, and then have him still not understand. They don’t understand the parameters of the standard ToyotaCare warranty program. My second oil change took 3 full hours, despite me making an appointment. There was no acknowledgement or apology when I asked about it, just “we have so many cars”.
Nice spacious place.. good people..
As always they have excellent customer service and are great at service of your vehicle and always fast and easy.
We worked with Cinthya Silva. It was refreshing to work with a sales person who wasn’t pushy. She actually listened and got us the best deal on our Car. I’ve recommended her to family and friends!!!
Horrible. They keep sending me voice mail. Seems you guy dont want to serve us.
Don’t came here!!!!Very Rude customer service. Not care about customer’s time. No one came and let you know how long the service would take. After 3hours waiting I had to talk to the manager because two times I try to ask the service rep was been told that he would let me know whenever it was ready. After 3hs on waiting Manager told the service would take 20min. Turns out to be ready in one hour after that.$48 for a wiper bladesNo water and snacksAfter 4:12min on waiting I was asked if I want the paper work and it would take about 5-10min.Arrived: 11:50amLeft: 4:24pmTerrible experience!!!Won’t never came back!!!!
Overpriced on the repairs. Especially the oil changes.
Service is very slow even when you go in for something simple like an oil change. Went 2 days ago and was there 3 hours waiting on an oil change.
Excellent service
Took my car to this place for oil change, had appointment and everything, still it took them three and a half hours, this is ridiculous for just an oil change, this was my first time there, and it sure will be my last...... I rather drive 30 minutes to another toypta dealer.....
UPDATE:The sales department got me scheduled in today. 3.5 hours so far for an oil change and they aren’t sure when they will be finished. Completely unacceptable. Two weeks trying to schedule an oil change. No response from the times I’ve left my number for a call back. The alternative is to hold on the line. The third time I held on the line for 52 minutes before giving up. I’d like to keep all of my service records in one place, but this service department is lacking in service.
If I could give you 0 stars I would. I called today to your service center and asked if they would honor my lifetime toyota oil changes even though I bought mine at Toyota Katy. The representatives LIED and wasted my time telling me to go ahead and come in before 5 as a walk in. When I got there they said they would not give me my free oil change that comes with the lifetime care of my toyota hilander. Im beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism here. Chris and his staff are useless. Go buy some where where else they are honest about your car care.
7 minutes agoWell took my truck to get issue resolve less than a week same issue occurs. Try to call 4 times on hold for over 20 minutes each waiting. Finally got trough and the lady who answered the phone could not even get anyone to answer in the service department. So she transfer me to a manager in the service guess what that person doesnt answer either. So I cant even get them to answer the phone. I have voice documents on my phone wich records every conversation to proof along with pics and service receipt work done. This is definitely not how to bring customers back to this location. Long wait times and even tho I had to wait hours just to gets an answer on a warranty that I purchased trough them even tho I personally provided the Toyota policy myself. Horrible horrible experience and service. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPT AT AUTO NATION ON GULF FREEWAY. also Im not calling the general manager he or she can contact me.2-3-20
Completely awful customer service visited this location that I purchased my car from and was turned away multiple times after bringing forth an ongoing issue since I first purchased the vehicle. Was then told by the service manager that the problem would be resolved no questions asked if I come in and drop off the car, the drive is over an hour for me and I waited only to be told that they need to charge me or I can go elsewhere because I did not bring up the issue sooner.I do not recommend AutoNation to anyone complete lack of respect and time, also be careful because they will run your credit on a car for one price and then charge you more and tell you it has been misprinted online. Disappointed in AutoNation as a whole.
I needed info on the warning that came out on the car dashboard. It was just to put air on the tires. It was taking care immediately.
They R all v good & V helpful
Clarence Hill is our Sales Professional for Life!!
They are good for nothing
I own my great thanks to Anthony Petter, the service drive manager, at AutoNation Toyota. When I was trying to replace a flat tire on my 2015 Sienna last weekend, I cannot find the wheel lock. After I contacted AutoNation Toyota, Anthony helped me and installed a new wheel lock for free on the same day. Its an efficient high quality service. In the past 2.5 years, Ive got consistent high quality customer services from AutoNation Toyota. Although the service associates may be different at each time, the high quality service does not change. I drive 40 minutes over there every time, but it deserves. There is another Toyota dealer nearby, 15 minutes away, but the service quality is not comparable.
Money hungry General Manager likes to waste peoples time. My husband and I were there till after hours on Monday night. We were able to find a car with in our budget, the finance guy and sales rep. worked out a good fair deal, they were very nice. My husband took off early from work Tuesday to finalize everything. Banks approved everything, We provided all the paper work needed. But the General manger didnt like our deal and demanded more money. Why? He was being greedy blaming it on the bank, everything was good & bank had already approved it before he got involved. Just for that, they lost the whole sale and were going to another dealer.
See O.Garcia, Great customer service! Appreciate Toyota clean fast reliable
Im just very upset that they sold me a car knowing it had issuesI understand it is ad isBut I havent even had the car for 2 days from 5-11-2020..whn test drove it first time I let them know why the issues was so supposly the replaced it and again same issues with more problems e the car..and the service want to charge me 230 just to redo the same work that was done thereThen they said they would trade me vehicles..w no down payment..now today I have to pay a nother down payment just to trade cars.. form a car I got from them already Knowing it had issues..Im just unsatisfied and disappointed..I feel they could have helped me more then what they offered
Had an amazing experience with my Sales Associate Laura. She was so thorough, patient and sweet through the entire process. Would recommend her to any buying car. Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service.
4 calls to service department this morning trying to schedule and get pricing information. Transferred each time to someone who sent me to voicemail. When I finally got to actually speak to an advisor they werent familiar enough with the vehicle (Tacoma) to give me information without asking someone else. They are only 2 minutes away from me, but Im going to make the extra drive to Maik Haik. They answered my call and all of my questions without delay the first and only time I had to call them. Service to them is just as important as sales it seems. Nice.
Deceitful, incompetent staff. Expect them to quote you unnecessary services at inflated prices. I hope the local investigators or news exposes this service center’s unethical and fraudulent practices.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Purchased a vehicle that was shipped to me. Once I received the car, it was full of problems. I trusted them since it is an Autonation dealership. I’ve purchased a car from an autonation dealership before too and whatever problems I’ve had they took care of no questions asked, unfortunately it is not the case for this dealership. From the sales rep to the general manager Steve Gates, all are unprofessional and crooks. Advise you to take your business elsewhere. They will ignore all your calls and try to hide from you. Also double check your how much they charge you on tax, charged me $600 over.
As far as dealership service centers go they dont charge as much.
Horrible service with the guys at the oil change department rude and they work so damn slow
Went to get my vehicle serviced today with an appointment. All I wanted was oil change and filter change. I was told it would take an hour thirty to two hours max. Walked out of the place four hours later. Not the first time it has happened. They could improve the wait time for customers.
Judith was really helpful. Answered all my questions.
The worst customer service experience i have gone through in my last 15 years of driving. They probably think its just one customer who cares, but they didnt realise that I am a new Toyota customer and they represented Toyota for me and the humiliating experience I went though will define Toyota’s customer service to me from a very long time. I am a user experince designer in a ecommerce giant and I specialise in customer and user experience, therefore I had to write this story. This is what happened: I bought a certified used Toyota 3 months back and called this dealership this morning about how much I will have to pay for an oil change as it was ny first for a Toyota. The rep took the VIN and told that as i am covered inder toyota care i wont have to pay anything till May 2020.. I was glad to know that and drove for 35 min to the dealership. In there a relatively new looking young female service agent took my car and checked my car in the system and says its not covered under Toyota care so I have to pay for the oil change. I was like, what, just an hour back YOUR rep after extensive check in the system told me its free and you are giving me this story. That rep made me drive 35 min for nothing when i could get it done in a nearby jiffy lube. Is this a joke? When talking this the agent who sits nearby started commenting and he says in a sarcaatic tone “well i drive from that place (where i live) everyday”. I was like really, what you mean by that? Does that mean my loss of time is insignificant? I immediately asked for the manager and after 10-15 min that agent went to the manager, talks with him for good 5-10 min and then called me. The manager was no different. He didnt have any concern about the fact that the telephone rep gave me misleading info and the other agent treated me with sarcastic language even when my car was not with him. He immediately started protecting the rude ageng stating that probably that agent was actually sumphathizing with me. I was like i specialise in customer experience and you think i dont know in what tone that agent talked to me, and why he even had to comment as it was not his case. Additinally why I was given wrong and misleading info on the phone even after checking record. And I didnt hear a single sorry uttered by the manager even aftet such outrageously poor customer service. i saw no sense in further talkin to the manager so i quickly left the place letting him know that I will let people know about it. He says oh ok.. thats it. The summary of the story is dont give users false hope and try to bring to your facility so you could make them spend once they are there and helpless.. and then when they realise that they were misled dont rub salt to the injury by being sarcastic to them. You Guys are one of those 60s 70s style dealerships who use this kind of bait and switch tricks.. people like you bring shame to the entire auto dealership industry and are textbook example of absolute poor customer service experience !!! You guys are a shame for Toyota as well actually..
Customer service AFTER the sale has been horrible for the past 4 years. Has been a chore getting the promises (loaner with each service ) that were made to us when we bought our $70K Tundra off their showroom floor in 15. After a debate each time, we get the loaner car, however, the car wash isnt possible because with the lift, the truck doesnt fit in their car wash bay. It should have never been promised to us if they knew it doesnt fit because we bought the truck from them lifted. We absolutely dread when its time to go to their service department.
I had Ani as my service advisor and she was so great. I will NEVER use anyone else. She was really awesome. Ani was receptive to my needs, answered all of my questions, and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle.
This time in and out. Cause all needed was to top off fluids as We had to buy 4 new tires and rims. The extended warranty wouldnt pay
Great place but you have to know what you want before you get there. So far overall good experience
Went in a few weeks ago to do my airbag recall (dont get me started on having to wait for him to come and tell me the parts werent in, leaving me to catch an Uber back home). My car had been squealing and the service rep noticed it. He said he could have the guys look at it. Turned out to be a cracked belt according to him. So I give the go ahead to replace it. They never called to tell me when it was ready. So, I go up there, mind you I live about 45 mins away (in no traffic) to pick it up on a Saturday. I pay, and my rep says there shouldnt be any problems. As soon as I got it, the squealing was back. Initially, I thought it just needed to some time to set in (Im not a gear head). Over the next few days, the sound was worse than it originally was. To the point I was embarrassed to start my car or be in one spot for too long because the sound was that bad. I finally decided I had to take it back. After calling my rep directly, and not getting a call back, I drove over an HR back up there. I catch my rep at his desk, tell him the problem and he says it might be something else. If I leave it they can look at it tomorrow (the guys leave at 5). I asked if I could be reimbursed for the work not being done correctly, he looked at me crazy and said they can see whats wrong and hell work with me. In short, charge me more to fix the real problem. How could they not have figured what the problem really was? I just left. Turns out I just needed some oil on the belt, he was all set to give me another bill for something I probably didnt need done.
Service was ok, jacked up the price on my oil change suddenly lately. There was a particular advisor( forgot his name) that automatically added a rotarion to my work order even though i had told him i ONLY NEEEDED AN OIL CHANGE! When i told him i didnt want it done he said that the tech had already performed it and the best he could do was give me a small discount on that service....the place is great just watch our for those crooks posing as service advisors
Aziz was a very good sales agent. He find the perfect car for us. Defiantly recommend him for your next car
Horrible experience, $5000 later and my truck is still not fixed for one of the 2 reasons I took it in to begin with. #brokenowthankstotoyota
Went as a walk in and was there for over 3 hours for an oil change-- last time made an appointment but put on the wrong day and was there for over 2 hours it seems they dont care for their clients---- please dont buy there because u will not get good service later on
Jesus. Castellanos it s a nice guy thank you to all the staff
Constantly harassed by sales email and texts. I was in the market for a new car and these people got wind of it. What prompted me to write a bad review is that i got an email stating that they have received my express credit application when i didnt provide them with one. When i called they said “ my bad while i have you on the phone how about a test drive! In this day and age of credit theft this was the lowest form of sales tactic. Its like screaming fire in a crowded movie house then stopping the people to sell life insurance. This culprit was named Timothy Thomas!Very shady company avoid
Its always the same thing with this place. Management allegedly doesnt schedule things properly. Times promised at the time of appointment dont happen because they have a whole bunch more cars added to their queue. Not only that but there was only ONE cashier for all transactions on a SATURDAY! Isnt this one of the busiest days? The cashier was having trouble with a rude customers card and I just needed to pay for my oil change. I politely asked if there was anyone else who could assist considering she was having trouble. The man who I asked for help because he was wearing a black shirt (I assumed a manaher, was just sitting there looking around, eating chips (I was always told it was unprofessional to eat outside if your lunch break/in front of clients, its different if they catch you eating and working cause youre busy) was of no help and was rude. He went to go ask a regular employee with a red shirt if someone could help a esta que me está preguntando translating to this one cause shes asking assuming I didnt speak Spanish. I find it extremely disrespectful to refer to a client that way in front of them. To top it off no one even told me where my car was parked when I finally got my damn keys. The cashier was really nice and apologetic. the guy who processed my service was pretty nice too.Overall I just wish I never got a car from this damn dealership. Salesman outside asked me how it went and when I told him not good he just said really? and didnt follow up or anything... Terrible service.
I went to Toyota on dec 21 i had an appt my sale rep came out to greet me with ICARE values bcuz where i work thats very important .i was 30 min early but he still stop what he doing to let me know hes here for me .if i tell you when i left there he was on job very nuce person i just hated that i didnt get a chance to do my survey bcuz they had the wrong email. But he hets the highest score their is .And thanks Robert for being there for me
Always excellent service!
Always take way to long to have services
They do a good job of routine maintenance.
4 hours for a scheduled oil change. Never again..
Ugly service, they ordered parts a head of time they then when i went and take my car they said 3-4 days to repair my car and i went after 2 weeks later and they havent even started on my car then i called a week after and they said they were preparing my car to do the job and its been a Month already and they havent even started on my car.
Excellent service!
Great
I Called them three times in morning and they confirmed that I could as walk-in after 2:00 pm we will take for the service, but when I got there they Refused to take me in, I drove one hour to the service done.
Bad repair Service...only one Star..!
