When your car gets mangled, it’s just a stressful situation. In moments like this, you truly appreciate courteous and efficient customer service. So I cannot possibly recommend highly enough Joey Cantu and the team at caliber collision. The work they did was simply spectacular, and Joey came up with an elegant way to make it happen without breaking the wallet. I just cannot possibly be happier. I am no expert, but for whatever’s worth... 5 big stars.

I had high hopes for this location due to the good Google reviews. That is where my hopes ended. I visited today to obtain an estimate for minor paints scratches throughout the body surface of my vehicle. The estimator, who never introduced himself, said that he could give me an estimate. We walked outside to the front where I parked my car and I pointed to the cosmetic concerns. He verbalized generic number figures and spoke in a demeaning manor. I asked if I needed to make an appointment in order to get a written estimate of charges to which his reply was “Are you going to show someone?”. He said that I could stay and wait until they got to me. This entire encounter was a waste of time and they must have plenty of business. I left and will not be returning.

OUTSTANDING customer service. Was in constant contact. I had to drive 3 hrs to pick up my car because my accident was in Houston. If I ever need a car repaired again I would drive back to Houston to work with Greg and the GREAT staff.

Satisfied with the work; however, I think that there should be a back up person at the front desk. Just because the front desk receptionist is out sick, doesnt mean that no one is available at the front desk, and customers have to be put on hold before someone can help them.

Ok, if I don’t leave a review, I will never hear the end of it. I have been to their office twice within a month. Why? Because my kids are magnets for other cars and because they are the best collision repair firm in “all the land”. Love Greg and Chloe. They give you a fair estimate, call you everyday with a progress report and guarantee their highest quality work without question. I wish them well, as I hope to never see them again, unless I pick up a classic car and need some work done or because they want to invite me to lunch for all of my business. Took my Prius here to get my catalytic converter installed. Excellent experience at Caliber, and Joey is awesome! He is very helpful at every step of the way: super welcoming and helpful before I even got there, communicated the progress about my car regularly, provided detailed information about what needs to be done, answered all my questions patiently, and gave appropriate referral to additional needs. Work was done in a timely manner. The receptionist Chloe was also very kind, sweet and helpful! Very satisfied with the service here.

I had an older F150 I needed to replace the body trim on. Even though it was a small job they gave me the time of day and helped me get it done. Great people

Although there were a few bumps in the road on my repair, in the end they made things right and the car looks good. I went to one near my house, but since it was a Volvo, they sent it (flatbed tow at their expense) to one an hour away that works on more Volvos. I was fine with that since Volvo repair can be tricky. Once finished, they sent it back to where I dropped it off. It took a while, but some of that was waiting on parts from Sweden. They were good about coming to the phone to answer any questions on when I would get my car back. When they first sent it back as finished, there were some very obvious issues that needed to be addressed. I discussed things with the people who worked on my car and they got it right in about a week. They covered my Uber bills for going to get a car that wasnt ready and transportation during that week. In the end I felt the car looked really good and they did try to make sure the customer was happy.

Pretty good overall. Had to call them a couple of times to get updates, but nothing major.

I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Honestly the best auto shop I’ve been too. Employees we’re very friendly and courteous. The shop was also able to finish the repairs ahead of time which was bonus. I had no issues with my repair and they gave my car back super clean.

Had the hood on my wifes 05 Toyota Highlander repainted and right fender due to years of weather damage. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Priscilla is great; very upbeat and enthusiastic. The price quoted was reasonable. Took a little longer, but Joey explained there were unexpected rust spots that needed more work. I was not charged any more than the original quote despite of this. Very pleased with the work. Will definitely return if ever needed.

I have not had any issues with Caliber Collisions service. They made sure I understood everything in regards to contacting my insurance, getting a rental car, and updates with my repairs. They finished my repairs in a timely manner and there were no problems with the repairs. Everyone was so nice and professional throughout the entire experience. Caliber Collision was excellent in my hour of need. Having a minor fender bender is enough stress in itself.. so not having to worry about my car and its repair, was wonderful. Mr Joey, was very professional, informative, and put my mind at ease, right away. Very nice and professional.Once the parts were received, the repairs were done very quickly. Made it good as new! Unfortunately, once I got the car back, there was a slight complication with the repair. But Joey, was all over it right away! I have needed auto body repair, unfortunately, twice during the past 12 months on two different automobiles. Each time I took my car to Caliber Collision in Houston - South Loop for repairs. Both times, with different estimators, I was treated as a gentleman and with concern. Both times my auto was repaired, without any complaints from me, and within the estimated time period. I can highly recommend their professionalism, as experienced on both of my needed occasions to do business with them - once with insurance coverage and once with me paying the total.

My husband and I have gone to this Caliber Collision location twice now. The first visit was for damage because someone rear ended us (insurance claim). The second visit was for two separate damages - one for a hit and run by someone else (insurance claim) and one for some damage that we accidentally made (self-pay).We highly recommend this location. The staff are all nice and professional. They take the time to answer questions and address concerns and I think they price fairly as well. Joey was very helpful and on both visits he did his best to keep us updated on the status and to get our car back to us quickly. And every part they’ve ever replaced/repaired has been very high quality work and it looks as good as new!If you need a rental, there is a close Hertz location they work with that can pick you up to take you to the office location and you can even leave your rental car at Caliber Collision and Hertz will pick it back up. Our rental was through insurance for us.

I took in my Dodge Ram to get repaired, and was extremely satisfied with the work and timeframe that it was done in. They would call to keep me updated with the work being done on my truck, and not to mention the employees were extremely helpful and polite. I brought my 08 Infiniti G35 to this location bra cause my insurance recommended. I received a quote for the repairs that was 3,464.18 but when they called my insurance the quote changed to 5k and change plus a “possible” addition of another 3k on top. My insurance declared it a total loss due to such exaggerated quote for minor damage I had received. In the end I had to come and retrieve my vehicle to take to another actually trustworthy repair shop. I am currently waiting for them to find my keys as it seems they lost them been sitting here in waiting room as they scramble up and down trying to locate either the keys or the vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy terrible service. They never contacted me even though I was told that I would be advised twice a week on status. I had to call them and see what what going on just to be told by my insurance it was a total loss. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS! They did lose my key in the short week it spent here not getting anything done to it. What an absolute trash excuse for a repair shop.

If I was concerned about something, he would say Just leave it to me. Ill take care of everything. I hit a curb and needed driver side repairs. CV joints, arms? I’m not a mechanic. It took longer than expected and my car came back with a wonderful exhaust leak that pumped through the AC. That was not an issue when I brought my car in. They did the minimum to get my car going and that’s all I’d expect insurance to cover. *after my incident and on the way to the shop there was no smell, just awful sounds. After their “fix” my car drove well but smelled terrible

Caliber Collision is an excellent place to get body work done on your car. My car was serviced in a short period of time and I was back driving in a week even with the horrific damages my car had. I recommend them to all, the staff was very nice and explained everything that was happening to make me feel at ease.

Had scratches on the car from a car backing into it. Caliber buffed it up pretty good and they didnt charge me for their service. They gave me an honest opinion on getting it painted or just getting it buffed without spending money.

Brought my car here to get an estimate on a fender bender. Asked Lam to take a look at some additional damage that I noticed on a different fender that was unrelated. He said I think I can buff that out for you, he did and didn’t charge me! It might have cost as much as $900 at the dealership. He also told me what to buy so I could do it myself in the future. My experience was so poor from start to finish here that I would never return to or recommend any caliber location.After calling ahead to verify I could arrive smoothly I was told on arrival that I should have made an appointment.I had to call in multiple times for the initial and ongoing status of my vehicle.When I received my vehicle, theyd take my organized items from compartments and side pockets and thrown them loosely in the truck in order to vacuum it, which defeated the purpose of going the extra mile for a purely exterior service need.

After Harvey, my car was but by a piece of debris bouncing across lanes if I-45. They were very polite, efficient, and it appeared the job was well done. Last month, I noticed paint peeling on the bumper theyd replaced. I called, then brought it in and they agreed the previous work was warrantied and agreed on a date and time for me to return it for repair and a loaner. After arriving, I waited 30 minutes past the agreed upon time as they were in a meeting (obviously not mine). Then, I was brought to Enterprise to get my rental. Instead if the whole drop off process taking the expected 15 minutes, it took a little over 2 hours. After picking it up (this did go in a timely manner) and bringing it home, I found that the cover I have over my back seat for my dogs had been detached from the end seatbelts and squeezed to the center...it lead me to believe the reason I had to pick it up on a Monday morning instead of Friday afternoon had little to do with letting it set and more to do with someone needing a nice car for the weekend. So, while I think they may have done a good job, I wont really know until it doesnt peel.

So friendly there, very helpful, and had my vehicle fixed quicker than it was estimated for.

Being that this was my first traffic accident, I didnt really know what to expect on repair time. I was told the damage could take up to 2 weeks before I got my car back. They had EVERYTHING done in 7 days. What I also liked about them was how they kept me in the loop throughout the repair process, I received an update on my vehicle every other day. I hope that none of you are ever in a car accident, but if tough times come across you, Id suggest going here.

Edit: Finally got my car back ONE MONTH LATER.Taking an EST. 3 Weeks just to fix a bumper. Week 2 and they havent even started. Ordered cheap parts to fix my car instead of the ones requested which would void warranty. When asked since they didnt start can I take it to a different location, I was told Id have to pay for work which they stated themselves to not have started. Crooks. No car for nearly a month for just a simple bumper repair. Save yourself the time, stress, and headache and just take your car elsewhere. This place isnt worth it.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I was rearended and was dreading having to get my car repaired, but they made the process simple. I really appreciated that they kept me informed throughout the process and they did through work. Instead of just focusing on outside damage they made sure the unseen parts of the car were taken care of too. Also, the staff was friendly and courteous during every point of contact. The full car wash after service was the icing on the cake. If I ever need body work done again I will defientley use them.

I had my 08 BMW M3 painted there there was a lot of swirl marks after the paint job was done ended up taking my car to have it ceramic coated and they removed all the swirl marks that the paint shop shader removed in the beginning Do not recommend this place

I swiped into a pole and had quite a bit of transfer paint on my bumper—I took my car to Caliber Collison to see if they could buff the paint off. Within 10 minutes my car was back to normal AND they did it free of charge! You’ve got a lifelong customer in me!

This repair shop was recommended to me by USAA and I’m so upset that a great company like USAA is associated with caliber! I have had to take my car in 4 different times for small issues that should have been taken care of the first time! Initially my car had flood damage and Caliber Collision was supposed to do a full inspection to give USAA a proper quote. The first time around they only fixed the cosmetic issues, and when I came to pick it up my car sounded horrible, turns out there was water in my air compressor, so I took it back it. Come in the next day after I spoke with an employee over the phone telling me that the issue was fixed only to find out they DIDNT fix the issue. So they replaced my air compressor after I had been in 3 times. I came to pick up my car and I did not even see the employee that was supposed to be handling my claim and received no apologizes from Caliber Collision. Now, less than 3 weeks later I’m having to go back in because the skid plate has fallen off because they did not properly fix my car. Every disappointed with USAA for referring me to them and furious with Caliber Collision.

W_O_W!!!!!!!!!!Words cant describe how amazing these guys were. All I said is Im crazy late for work and dont have time to wait on the insurance company and they understood. The shop General manager and two associates took care of EVERYTHING I needed to get done. They had all the paperwork ready when I got there, they had Enterprise already on the way to come pick me up, AND to top that all off, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car, touched up paint chips on my hood, AND finished my paint and repairs SAME DAY!!!! WHaaaaaaaaaat!?!? AMAZING!!!!!!!Im at work and dont have my car nearby for an after shot, but Holy moly they did an amazing job!I paid for one day of rental and paid the shop out of pocket for the work, and the insurance company of the person who hit me is sending me the check by mail. Theres no amount of love I can express for the work they did, these guys are top notch!This is the shop people bring Maacos mistakes to. And theyre not much more expensive, PLUS lifetime guarantee on workmanship! How can you beat that. If I could give 6 stars this would be the place that would get it. I rarely give 5* reviews too. This experience easily earned all 5.

Awesome work done on vehicles

My experience with these guys were literally the nightmare of my summer. First and foremost Im not completely blaming them for everything that happened to me but the service I received was complete garbage and unacceptable. IF YOURE THROUGH A CLAIM WITH STATEFARM, PLEASE READ:Im going to try to make this as short and painless as possible. My car got hit, I filed a claim with Statefarm and an agent told me to pick from a list of their recommended shops to get an estimate on my car and possible repair (note: my car is 12 years old and Ive expressed that to the agent). I chose Caliber Collision and had my car towed there. It took 2-3 days of me calling and asking them about whats going on with my car to hear back. On day 3, they finally called me back AFTER they closed and left a voicemail saying they finally did an estimate on my car and theyre going to go ahead and order parts for it. They said the damages were close to $1900 - my car is only valued $2300ish via Kelley Blue Book. At that point I didnt feel comfortable fixing it when its almost the value of my car. Of course since they called me after they close, I couldnt call them back and it so happened to be on Friday and theyre closed on the weekend. So I called their call center and had them put an urgent stop of service on my car until I speak to SF. I didnt understand why they went ahead and proceed to try to repair my car without my permission. I only signed a form to let them inspect and quote it. This is where I dont know if its SFs fault or theirs, but either way - their call center contacted them. Caliber Collisions manager (from this location) literally called me back 10 mins after I got off the phone with the call center. He was extremely rude and aggressive about my choice on possible withdrawl from their service. Like I said, at that point I was trying to talk to SF and see what was going on. Either way he pretty much spoke to me in a rude taunting way telling me Im lucky theyre not going to charge me for the days I left my car there and demanded me to get my car out of their shop first thing Monday morning. He also said that theyre not going to put my bumper back on. So I got up early on Monday morning and called the SF team that was handling my case. I literally had to called them when they opened since the CCs manager DEMANDED that I had to get my car out their shop. The SF agent I spoke to told me she was going to talk to them and that this is a big miscommunication. She also said they havent received the damage quote. She then called me back later the same day to follow up and told me that SHE TOLD Caliber Collision to put my bumper back on, and that SF will set up a towing service to get my car towed back to me. She herself even told me CCs manager was trying to fight her on it and was being rude. It took me 3-4 days to get my car back. I thought it was just taking a long time because they were trying to find the time to put my bumper back on. WRONG. I received my car with NO BUMPER (despite being told Ill have it placed back on), doodling on my car (someone drew a hand turkey on my car - how cute and professional), and heres the cherry on top: my RayBan aviator sunglasses AND my iPhone charger missing. Classy. So I called CC and asked them about my missing items and they blamed the towing guy (of course). Heres my thing. I get it, they didnt make money off my car but jesus christ, you would think they would provide better service because theyre always going to continue servicing the customers they get through SF. I will never ever on my life go to this place or recommend anyone going here. And for those of you who do go through SF, do yourself a favor and MAKE SURE the place theyre are recommending you go to will give you options on how to deal with your car. Apparently all recommended SF customers that goes to Caliber Collision WILL get their car service and not just quoted (despite being told otherwise from a SF agent).
