This is my second experience with Lone Star Collision. Each time the work has been completed to our satisfaction. The receptionists were very friendly; the service writer was very informative regarding our vehicle. To our surprise, the repairs were completed before the date promised. We will recommend Lone Star Collision 100%.

Ive used this shop 3 times and have always been very happy with the experience. Quality workmanship. Quick turnaround. Very helpful with working with insurance adjuster.

Took over a week to even get started with repairs, ended up totaling roughly 5 weeks to complete. Messed up my email 3 different times when initially getting paperwork from me. Refused to speak with me about my vehicle or give any updates at all. Missed over $3000 worth of additional repairs caught by my insurance agent. Reported false information about mileage on paperwork. Left vehicle with scratches that were not present before getting work done. The only reason this is not a one star review is because the vehicle functions and is back in my possession.

Beddie took care of my truck and provided excellent customer support. Definitely recommend this place. Made the experience of having to repair my brand new truck due to an accident stress free.

I just picked up my truck from their shop and I could not be more excited with how my truck looks. Like it NEVER happened. Absolutely loved Bedie, most understanding person I have ever met, and everyone else who works there, including the ones doing the labor of course. They are very attentive, friendly, and very fast as well.

Don’t take your vehicle to this place they don’t have any idea what they’re doing. After I pick up my truck I found out that they made a lot mistakes. Complete mess.

Ive dealt with Bedie, Melissa, Meishia, and Carolina for a week now after my brand new Chevy Colorado was broken into. They could not have been more helpful and courteous. When I complained about there being glass still in the door, Miss Bedie took it back twice to get the job done right.I know there have been some bad reviews that mention the people who work here by name, but I have only experienced the most gracious and attentive people. I think people automatically have their guard up when they deal with anything related to a dealership. I know I started off like that, but Bedie Sonnier took good care of me and my truck and Ill bring it back here anytime I need body work done
