I do not recommend this place.Repair is very slow. It is understandable as the auto industry and the supply chain are both suffering these days. We customers would understand.But they have a bad habit: giving empty promises. First they estimated 14 days. Three weeks after, they said it would be done in a week. Then 10 days later, they said it would be done in another week and all pieces were ready. Then one week later, they say they are still waiting on a piece. Trust me, it will not be done this week, as promised.It is okay to be honest. If a part is difficult to order or very slow to arrive, just let the customer know. However, they remain silent and make lip services when you ask.My life is severely affected by their incompetence and it affects my family. If you value your time and energy, do not choose this place.

Meyerland collision was great. Just was Gods grace that a guy from this place was the one that came to the scene of the accident. They helped with everything, made everything easy from the jump. November 7 will make 2 MONTHS of my car being at this shop. 2 MONTHS. these people keep giving us a date when the date approaches they give us a new excuse each time as to why my car isn’t done yet. i live in another state. they promised me it would be done weeks ago. i purchased a flight to pick up my car which i had to cancel. they are so indifferent to their costumers situations and time. so unpleased with this place.

The picture gives you an idea of the quality of service/workmanship to expect from Meyerland Collision. We took my father-in-laws Sierra in (referred to us through State Farm) to repair the door handle, window, and ignition damaged by a theft attempt. This door had not been opened six or seven times before the door handle trim came loose. The new key sticks in the ignition as well. Shoddy work and I would advise (and will going forward) avoid them.Update: The owner of Meyerland Collision reached out to me, apologized, and proceeded to go the extra mile to make things right. They picked up the truck, replaced the door handle, and returned the truck within a short period of time (same afternoon). Although you would prefer to think something like this wouldnt happen in the first place, you have to give credit to Meyerland Collision for being pro-active and making sure the customer was satisfied.

So, I’ve had the worst experience with Houston drivers!!!!!! But I can say this place made me feel OK & GREAT at the same time when I was highly upset! My car was at the shop for a while and the bumper was not attached properly. Also my car would not turn on and I told Carlos about it and the reason why it was not turning on was because Who ever guys worked on my car did not tighten up the intake it was not even connected at all. I emailed carlos about it and never response. I do not recommend this shop at all! All they want is to take ur money from you and use the cheapest parts they can find

Excellent service, they always answer the phone and listen to any concerns. Inside the building is clean and waiting area has a fish tank and chargers for your cell phone. It was a relief to end up here after my car broke down.

UPDATE: Had to give a 5 star based on total work. A minor hiccup in a misplaced part that took longer than expected to get but:I have to give it to this company. Adam came through. He makes sure his customers are #1.My part had been in put aside because they had lost my part once and Adam was holding onto it to make sure it wouldnt happen again.Regardless of this incident, the service repair they did was amazing. Like its never been wrecked.Thank you again for everything and I for sure will give this company my business and references to my clients and friends if they ever need any kind of work.

Brought the car here after an accident - was told one price soon as I didn’t go through the insurance. Was told almost 1k more than the original price. Should’ve went with my original body shop.Edit - To be honest I can say this place cares about their customers. My car was totaled - the body shop for my safety told me it wouldn’t be worth fixing and even offered to find someone to buy it for me and actually did. Carlos seems to really care about his work. I also wasn’t to thrilled about what initialed happen about price - Amber reached out and came to a reasonable agreement. They didn’t have too.. but they did. For my safety and for my wallet. For that I would definitely do business with them again.

Had a very pleasant experience with a 1.5 year old ongoing issue with my vehicle and Amber at Mererland Collision treated the situation with kid gloves. I had an ongoing water leak in the drivers front passengers floorboard which remained unrepaired. Meyerland has a lifetime warranty on the vehicle from the accident repair and spent an exhaustive amount of time looking for the leak even sending it to the dealership. Just today the leak was finally found and repaired. Hats off to Amber for helping me to drive this to rest!, Thank-YOU!

Got into an accident and the other party’s insurance company (state farm) recommended this place. Mike and Amanda assisted me and both were very professional and knowledgeable on how to get things done. They provide a great service with a smile. I had requested daily email communication on the status of the repairs and Mike Morado ensured I got one. Every repair, when questioned, was explained to me in detail before they went ahead with it. They went the extra mile for me just by communicating to me very clearly and promptly.

I had a bad accident and was struck by on my passenger side resulting in have too replace the entire side panel and door. Took two weeks complete but the only work and attention to detail was excellent. So much that I had an issue with opening the passenger door after a month, took it back and Art was very Courteous and Helpful order a new handle and replaced in one day!!! Fully covered!! Took my car in for body work after someone hit me while parked in front of my house =(. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and professionalism of all of the staff including Adam (the owner) and Mike (the one in charge of the repair work for my car). Had a great experience getting repairs done after an idiot changed lanes into my drivers side front fender. Adam worked with me to minimize the bill when I explained that there was still an issue between me and my insurance company. I had a great customer service experience, Mike the mechanic made sure to update me on everything they were doing to my vehicle and even provided pictures of the progress. My vehicle was taken care of timely and the entire staff was more than accommodating.

Cant say enough about how well this group takes care of my car(s). Their General Manager, Adam, takes great pride in their work and wouldnt let my car leave the shop until the aftermarket product was installed to his comfort. He even talked several times with the manufacturer of the product and went as far as sending them a video of the challenge they were having with the install. Now its just right whereas most shops would have left it as is. Its a body shop and a mechanic shop under one roof, which can be convenient if you need both. Highly recommended.

This Collision Center is Awesome and I would definitely recommend them. When I took my car in for repair, I was nervous and did not no what to expect. I had never brought a car back from being totaled to have it fixed on my own. But from day one, Adam worked with me to make sure I understood the process. I was going to only do 1 star but Sabrina in the office seemed really sincere and concerned about my issue. But I am still sharing this It wasn’t the $175 tow fee for 23 miles because I agreed to it. Maybe I should have haggled but I was in a bad spot. Broke down and needing a tow. Anyway, we get to my mechanics and the driver said $175. I said cool, went to and him my card, and he said cash only!!! I asked how many trucks do you have, he said 10 I said how do you run a fleet that size and not take a debit card. He said it was the owners choice. Made me get back in the truck and found a Wells Fargo so I went inside, stood in line and got the man cash. Doesn’t seem fair to kick a man when he is already down.UPDATED; THE FOLKS AT MEYERLAND COLLISION MADE IT RIGHT. THEY REFUNDED ME THE COST ABOVE WHAT INSURANCE WAS WILLING TO PAY SO I HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A 4 STAR RATING. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF THE NEED ARRISES.

Wonderful experience! My car lease was expiring and a few touch ups were needed. Adam gave me an honest quote for services that were needed only to fulfill the lease requirements. He then went the extra mile to perform additional touch ups at a reduced cost. This wasnt the first time I used Meyerland Collision and wont be the last!

OMG, This place is amazing!!. Friendly staff! My mother in law dropped her car of for unexpected repairs. She was in the process of a calling a taxi so she could get to work. The owner arranged for her to be taken to work and even offered to pick her up when she got off from work. Not many business go above and beyond to help their customers any more. Obviously her car was fixed. Customers4LIFE!!!

I have had my car back for almost 2 months now and it is working perfectly, which to me is surprising considering my car was very close to being totaled. They are very attentive to detail and make sure you are always taken care of. I would highly recommend them.
