3 times Ive used this body shop and have always been happy with the results.

Do not go to this place. Corey the manager does not care if the customer is having issues at all he will just send you to a service advisor. Rusty will beat around the bush for over a month telling you when it will be ready. On top of that my deal was a insurance claim fully payed for they just needed to do the work! lol not that it matters but i will NEVER go back to this place just trying to save someone elses time at this point.

Took my Vehicle in for a transmission issue, service rep took my vehicle and conducted an inspection, he made his notes and turned in to the technicians. I recieved an estimate for all issues my vehicle had, but I was just concerned with the transmission issues, so I gave the go ahead to fix the listed issues. Heres the good part, the service rep calls me and tells me my vehicle is ready to go and the transmission issues are fixed, I asked if the transmission shifts good, he said sure does. Went to pick up and transmission still the had the same issues and only cosmetic were fixed but the actual issue, left my vehicle for another inspection, now they tell me I have to replace the whole transmission. One thousand dollars down the drain. Thanks for nothing Lonestar. I will never rely on your services again.

This dealership has the best body shop I have ever encountered. The employees are nice and really care about your business. The overall dealership is excellent. Their service is excelleny

Im 73 yrs old, drive a Corvette, been a Chevy man my whole life . This dealership is the nicest Ive ever seen . HUGE, they have guys in golf carts giving customers rides to look at cars . The showroom is huge . I went there to get a spare key made for my Corvette . I walked into the showroom, a salesman walked up to me, I asked him which way to Parts dept and he said, follow me . He walked me to it . Nice guy . Im impressed . Nicest Chevy dealer Ive ever seen .

If you drive a Chevy and are looking for a body shop and think that this Chevy body shop is a go to? Please reconsider it. Betty was our advisor and she is horrible at her job I guess she gave our car to the worst technician, 2 doors needed to be replaced they weren’t even aligned the inside panel on the door scratched some parts not even placed correctly and she still had the nerve to turn it in to us like that. Car was all dirty streaks from a dirty rag through out the whole interior couldn’t even get the simple thing right. This is a long story but I will just leave it there

Bedie Sonnier in the collision department is outstanding. She knows her stuff and makes sure the job gets done right!!!

I dont know what was up with their employee here but he was pretty rude i kept my cool when i got the first rude response after i asked a couple more direct questions about my vehicle but instead i received a real rude response for each question so now im not coming back here, also they need to be re-evaluated for the way they talk to customers.
