Ever since I took my CLS 550 to Texas International Motors (TIM), I have become TIMs regular, loyal customer. I dont even bother to go to the dealership because of the difference in both quality of service and cost of repairs.Yesterday, I took my CLS 550 to TIM because one of its tires had a nail in it and kept losing pressure. José, an expert in my opinion, not only had the leak patched (no more leaks & pressure drops) but did not charge me anything.He is a consummate professional who understands his customers & what it takes to provide high-quality service.Thanks, as always, for providing high quality, reliable service.

I been coming to TIM for about 2 years now, they have fixed anything from something as small as an oil change or light bulb replacement to a job that requires multiple hours of work. I have always been satisfied with their work. TIM is also fair with their pricing specially when compared to other foreign shops around and/or the dealership. But more than anything i am always returning because of the excellent work of Jose & Cesar. Those guys have always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Cesar has been the hands on mechanic for my vehicle and he has earned my complete trust, i look forward to continue business with these guys.

I would not recommend this shop. I was purchasing a Sprinter and brought it in for a pre-purchase inspection. Once they brought the car inside, came back in 15 minutes and told me everything is good. They didnt even take the truck for a drive, if they did they would have noticed issues with rear differential ($1500 plus labor). I asked them to do an oil change while they had the truck, charged a lot and overfilled by about 1 quart.

We recently had a prepurchase inspection for a 2019 Cadillac xt5. Richard Rene Paz who left a negative review below me, was the seller and was not happy with Texas international motors letting me know that the vehicle had been repaired in the rear. The trunk was misaligned as well as having parts of the undercarriage worked on with only 8,000 miles. That is why we trust Texas International Motors.

The most honest service I have ever received. I first brought my BMW 428i to Advantage BMW Midtown and that place was full of crooks. They said my car had leaks and that fixing the headlight vertical alignment would cost thousands. I knew then that they were making up stuff to charge me. I then searched for a privately owned service center and got lucky with this place. The owner first told me just to bring the car over free of charge to check it out. There was absolutely no leak. The headlight just needed to replace a sensor connector located at the left front wheel suspension. He also figured out the annoying noise by adjusting the firewall insulation. I am taking my BMW here for all future service. Take your luxury car here when it is no longer under warranty. If you hate your money and want to be ripped off, go to Advantage BMW Midtown.

My Escalade’s ball bearings were getting old and I needed them replaced. The owner of the auto shop I used to go to is no longer in business so I needed to find someone else to take care of my work, so I decided to give Texas international a chance to help me out.Without hesitation, they were even more professional than the place I used to go to. Price seemed similar to what I would’ve gotten at my original auto shop but speed of service was remarkably better. With that said, I’m positive that I’ll be a long term customer here, as long as they are in business.

Exceptional customer service. It was approaching the closing time of the auto shop and I called maziar to tell him I’d be running a bit late to pick up my jaguar. He said no problem and was willing to wait for me to get there despite the fact that the shop had closed. That is what I call great customer service!

I thought g class Mercedes had an issue with its transmission and that it was becoming unsafe to drive it so I decided to get it checked out as a precautionary measure. To my surprise the issue was very minor and it cost me little to nothing to get the repairs done by this auto shop. That left me a happy customer

Today I went to Texas Intl. Motor to check an issue on my volvo text display reading. This is my first time to come to this place. They were so nice to help me. They explained to me the reason for the warning message and solved the problem for me. They even did not charge me. I appreciate so much their assistance and their kindness to the customer.

They brought the 06 E320 back to life and keep the 2014 ML350 running at top shape. The friends I have referred to them are very happy with them and me for saving them $.

Meant to write this review way earlier, like 6 months ago! Have been coming here for the majority of the maintenance on my 2012 Mercedes and have always gotten a much better price than the dealership! Owner has been up front and friendly every time. Usually Ill drop my car off in the morning before work, catch a ride downtown to the office with the shops driver, then get a ride after work to pick up the car. Have also had a water pump replaced here via aftermarket warranty and that went smoothly.Will be returning in a few weeks for another oil change!

These guys are awesome. We have five cars in my family two Mercedes a Rover and a Porsche. I am so glad I fund this shop not only they saved me thousands of Dollars but the problems are being repaired the first time. I can testify that their diagnostic is much better and more accurate than local dealerships and the prices are less than half as much. I highly recommend Texas International Motors because,I know Maziar and all his staff for many years. all my family brothers, sisters and friends bring their cars to him for service and repairs. I am happy to say that our children have grown up and Maziar is serving the second generation of my family. I feel bad for not writing this review sooner. I guess we all taking him for granted. Most of the people I know are coming to him for over 30 years and non of them left a review also.just recently he has done an amazing job on our new sprinter van which local Mercedes Benz dealership refused to take care of it under warranty.He repaired the sprinter for less than half the price Mercedes Benz dealership quoted us and the engine on the sprinter is running better than when it was new. I wanted to extend my appreciation to all the staff and technicians who are doing wonderful job.

I have an older Lexus SUV that never had any problems despite my negligence and lack of care. But eventually this past year I started having trouble starting the car and didnt know how to fix it. A friend of mine who is a car guru tried changing the battery but that didnt help, so I decided to look at getting some professional help before resorting to selling the car for scrap money.Maziar was able to diagnose the problem and fix it all in a days time. He basically saved me a bunch of headache and money because I didnt have to sell it for cheap and look for a new car

I was recommended by a friend to come and visit Maziar at Texas International Motors. Before I tell you the entire story I should say that wholeheartedly I endorse and recommend this place to all the people I know.I met Maziar and explained him about the intermittent problem with my car and all repair history.I did not tell him the car was at Mercedes Benz dealership for more than a year and after spending thousands of dollars my problem was not solved. They couldn’t diagnose the problem.The second days after I dropped the car off with Maziar I received a call from him that the car is repaired and total charges would be not more than 500.00I could not believe it because I received calls like that from Mercedes dealership also and then I was stranded on the road. Maziar asked me to come to the shop. He showed me the main power cable which was coming from the trunk under the carpeting to the front had a bad connection and every time it was moved the car would stalls. Maziar with utmost courtesy showed me all test procedure and what made him to conclude to look for the lost power in the system. They charge me total 4 hours labor which I thought is more than fair. He spent one hour showing and explaining me how the system works. This was the first time ever I understood the problem with the car before I paid for it.Not only me but my entire family and friends are also coming to Texas International Motors.

My wife broke down her Mercedes Benz on 610 and found them on google search she had pur roadside assistance tow her car to Texas international motor shop . They had the problem figured out and fixed in less then two hours . Very nice staff and most importantly they were honest and the price was fair . We highly recommend this shop

Went back there for a second time because the first time they were honest and didnt overcharge. I got the same great service! I am always hesitant as a female in auto shops. Again, he told me exactly what was wrong, advised me about the difference between costs for certain parts, and let me choose without being pushy.

Then I took it somewhere else, and they charged me $675 and didnt help either. When I found that Texas International Motors was open on a Saturday, I brought it in and met the most wonderful people. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM and the errors that the other two shops made. I wish I went to Texas International Motors FIRST. It would have saved me thousands of dollars. Their service was responsive, effective, and the most professional Ive encountered in the 13 years Ive owned my car.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Took a BMW 750 here to be inspected before I bought it. They were great and very knowledgeable. Told me about the materials the engine block was made of... they kept me from buying a car with a lot of issues even though it looked and ran great. Only charged me $139 for this Pre Purchase Inspection. Before I buy any EURO car, im taking it here!

I have heard nothing bur great things about the shop and Maziars professionalism, if you are looking to get quality work done this is the place to go.

They have a towing service available if youre car is not safe to drive there and their diagnosis is quick and to the point. At first, I thought almost $800 is an expensive repair for a car I purchased less than a month ago (broken belts on a VW beetle) and questioned whether I was being ripped off or not. However, they were nice enough to let me pay half and pay them the rest on my next pay day. I ended up referring my boyfriend there and they were quick to diagnose his car repair that other mechanics were giving him the run-around about (and higher prices) At that point, I knew they were honest. Car repairs suck and can put you in a tough predicament but they were helpful.

Before my dad received a price from maziar to get some heavy-duty maintenance & repair work done on his 2014 e350, he took the car to the Benz dealership in sugar land and received an inordinately high price of $7300. But instead of getting his pocket raided by the dealership’s crazy quote, he decided to do some price shopping, and the first place he happened to stumble upon was Maziar’s auto shop, Texas International Motors. To my dads good fortune, Maziar’s proposed price was about one-seventh the amount of what the dealership quoted...for the exact same service! Needless to say, he was happy he found this place and has vowed to continue patronizing maziar from here on out.

I have taken both of my cars (Acura and Mercedes) to Texas International Motors. So far, so good. They have been honest when preparing estimates, provided good guidance, and repaired as requested.

Maziar and Jose was dishonested with me about my quote .. From 3200.. 3500.. to 5900 .. & Charge me 250.00 without consulting with me first.. I was told by Jose 1-2 hrs for diagnostic was free .. and that I would be contacted if it took longer & be quoted a fee ... That never happened... Bottom line.. I got scammed out of 250.00 & then was told to pickup my car... That Maziar didn’t want to do business with me! That’s real customer service right.... If you’re a lady ... I would stay far away from this place!!!!!!- Stop taking Advantage for Women 😡😡😡

DO NOT TRUT THEM AT ALL!!! Took my car for a cosmetic repair on the outside and when it was ready to pick up they said it needed a U$8,000 repair and the car wouldnt go far. First and foremost, WHO GAVE YOU THE AUTHORITY TO OPEN MY CAR AND CHECK THE MECHANICAL SYSTEM??? Second, when I left my car there it was working perfectly well and out of the blue, a day after I have thousands of BMWs signs coming up. Absurd!

Very professional and experienced mechanics!

I came here for a buyers inspection for a 2011 MINI Countryman. Maziar Chalajour really took good care of me. They told me that the inspection should take about an hour or so to complete. Well, 15 minutes into that hour two mechanics came and got me from the comfortable waiting area to show me all the reasons I should NOT buy the car I was looking at. They pointed at all the damage to the vehicle that wasnt reported to CARFAX and I was surprised when they said that there was at least $5000 of work that needed doing to correct the body and mechanical damage that had been covered up. After paying a very fair price for the inspection, Maziar offered me a free buyers inspection on another car. Now that is going above and beyond! This is an honest business that is looking out for the customer. :)
