We used Unique Collision to get our vehicle fixed after being rear ended. They not only did a great job on the car, but went above and beyond with their customer service. Ana greeted us with a smile and went out of her way to be kind to my son. The entire experience was so nice that we are still talking about it a week later. After a traumatic hit and run incident where I was miraculously able to catch up with the person/vehicle that hit me to get their license plate info- I was disappointed to learn that the person who hit me did not have auto insurance, and I would be having to pay a good chunk out of pocket to fix the damage.. However, when I picked my vehicle up from Unique Collision after they repaired it, I was delighted to find that not only was the damage perfectly repaired, but they also took the time to wash it (pristine- no streaks!) and even clean the inside very nicely. Honestly my car looked better than when I bought it. Being able to pick my vehicle up sparkling and in such good condition made me feel significantly better about having to spend money on repairing the damage, because they definitely went above and beyond in getting it ready for me. Also, Ana the receptionist and two other employees I spoke to while I was in the office were all very kind and helpful. Other businesses should take note, this is how you run a business- going above and beyond the customers expectations, and every single employe making sure I was being taken care of and being polite and kind. Had to get my car fixed here after an accident in December 2020:1. Yes, they (eventually) got the job done so I’ll give them 2 stars.2. This was in the middle of COVID and NONE of the staff were wearing masks.3. My car was supposed to be ready by a particular date and I received NO communication from the business all day. When I called in the afternoon, they stated that it wouldn’t be ready until 5 pm. This made it apparent that they had not gotten to my car like they promised several days ago.3. I SPECIFICALLY pointed out an area that was supposed to be fixed in addition to the main part of my car that was affected. When I came to pick up my car, that part was not fixed. They asked me to wait about 30 more minutes for them to fix it. I ended up waiting over an hour, after the business was supposed to be closed.4. When my car was finally finished, it was after 6 pm and had already gotten dark (it was December) and started raining. Just my luck, I get into another car accident as soon as I pull out of the body shop. As my car is totaled in the middle of the highway and I’m waiting for the police post-whiplash, the employees kept telling me to move my car into the body shop. ??? First of all….why would I move my car when it’s TOTALED and I am supposed to stay put until the police come? Secondly, THIS ACCIDENT HAPPENED BECAUSE OF YOU. If this business had fixed my car appropriately and on-time like they were supposed to, I would have been home by 6 pm.5. Unfortunately the consequences of a serious accident doesn’t stop after the event. For the sake of other peoples lives, please - pay attention to the details and don’t waste people’s times waiting for something that was supposed to be completed before the customer arrives. Im lucky that I’m alive but over the past 6 months I’ve had to unwillingly buy a new car, deal with a personal injury lawsuit, and suffered ongoing PTSD from this accident. If this business had done the job right in the first place, the past few months would have been much MUCH less damaging to my life.

I went to their workshop. I made an appointment to see a specialist at their workshop next Monday. WHen I went back in on Monday I had to wait a long time for someone to talk to me because one of their people were engrossed in an email and did not notice me in their reception, and the other person seemed to be serving a customer but most of the conversation centered around who she was dating and how to cook good wings for Superbowl, so progress was very very slow. I went home, thought about the service so far, and realised I felt more confident going to another repairer, so I phoned them back to let them know I would not be dealing with them any further. When I called, it went to voice mail, and then the voice mail was full, so it hung up. They seemed like very nice people, just a bit hopeless really.

Everyone single person who works here is good except for painter, Juan Lara. He is a liar and a thief. Watch your personal items, he will steal them from your car.

All I can say is wow. My car broke down about a half mile away from this place. I managed to crawl it to them. Even though they are for collision stuff, paint and body and all that, two different high level workers there stopped what they were doing and helped me diagnose my situation. They added oil FOR NO CHARGE and coolant FOR NO CHARGE into my vehicle so that I could get it to my personal mechanic in Katy. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Just wow.

My car got rear ended while I was in traffic but luckily insurance covered the whole cost! I was given a list of places I could go to. After looking over the list twice I picked Unique Collision because of their stellar reviews! They definitely lived up to them all and more! Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and makes sure all needs are met! They will even fight for you when your insurance company wants to fix your car the easiest and quickest way possible!

I was sent there by Progressive insurance after my car was hit. Customer service was excellent. They were very informative about my claim and communicated with me from start to finish. My car was repaired very well and I could not tell that it had even been damaged. When I came to pick up my vehicle, they had washed and detailed it, had it sitting in a small garage where could take my time making sure everything was to my satisfaction. They did a great job repairing my car. They repaired it in the time they estimated. The paint matches perfectly. And they did a thorough complementary cleaning. Ana was my service rep and she is excellent. They have a relationship with a nearby Enterprise office which makes it easy to get a rental car if you need one.

Best body shop

I bought a new truck and two days later my basketball hoop fell on it during a storm. I was reccomend this place by a mutual client. They were very professional and upfront about everything. Ana, especially was great. She was straight forward about what needed to be done, what I was paying for and when the job would be finished. I spoke to other shops and got other estimates however I didnt feel that they had the same level of integrity or honesty nor did I feel the quality of their work was up to par. The other shops were giving a range on their estimates whereas Ana provided a firm, no haggle price. And to top everything off, the job was completed two days in advance and upon inspection it looked like nothing had ever happened to my truck. Thank you Ana and Unique Collision.-Ahmad

I took my car here after I had an accident, and they worked on my car so fast. It was out and ready for pick up in the estimated time they had told me. My car looked a little better than it did before and I was very satisfied with the customer service. The staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Car came out decent and faster than originally quoted, But there is no parking for customers so all the cars are just jam packed on to this lot. I sent my boyfriend to pick up my vehicle and the next morning I discovered a lot of new scratches in a Dent on my passenger side door, it looks like my car was hit by other vehicle doors. I am known to park in the back of lots in far away from other vehicles to prevent This kind of damage to my vehicle. But since their lot is so full of vehicles that are going to be worked on I honestly would in doubt another customer or an employee used a vehicle next to mine in hit my car. The wash came out really good but I doubt anyone actually vacuumed inside the vehicle like I was told they would, was still dirty.

Found out about Unique Collision after asking my insurance claim estimator for suggestions after Westside Lexus informed me that it would take 4-5 weeks for my car to be repaired. I felt this was too long! Went to Unique Collision and spoke with Mr. Tony who was very personable and then later with Ana. He let me know they could get it done in 1 & 1/2 - 2 weeks. Fast forward. Picked up my repaired car yesterday (2 weeks and 1 day after dropping it off) which was fine being that supplemental repairs were required that werent on the initial claim. My car looks great! On top of the repairs they also gave it a detailed cleaning! We are very pleased with the service we received. Although I hope we dont need their services anytime soon! At least we will have this good experience for future reference.

Took 2011 F150 to Unique under Progressive as one of their in network shops. Ana was super helpful and knowledgeable. Repair was fast and looks like new! there was an area of paint damage Progressive would not cover and Unique took care of it anyway. Will visit again insurance or not!

My insurance company sent me here for repairs after and accident. I was so happy with the way my car looked like new again.It was later that I realized I could hear and feel wind from my back door, and dirt/pollen/debris where making there way in between the door and interior quite a bit. I returned to UC and explained. After taking my car for a test drive, they said they couldnt hear/feel anything. They said they would readjust the door.Afterward, my door was unevenly hung. It shook when opened, and would push upward to close, as if it were hanging low.I returned and they fixed this problem. I still hear and feel wind, and have a dirt/debris problem. The manager had told me to come back if it persisted, but Ive chosen not to.
