I got into an accident and took my car to get fixed here. I had front and back damage. It took them about two weeks to fix it. I expected it to get back to me with no issues. The paint was bad on 3 spots. You could tell someone painted it. And the seatbelt light wouldn’t turn off unless the passenger side was buckled. (No one was sitting in seat). I had to leave it there a couple more days so they could fix the paint and belt.When I went to pick it up they said they fixed the paint but nothing was wrong with my belt. I turned on my car and showed the mechanic that the light was on. We tested what could it be. The light would only go off when the passenger seatbelt was buckled. He told me ok I’m going to order you a PASSENGER belt and you can pick it up tomorrow. It was suppose to be a one day fix. I get a call the next day from the lady that wasn’t out there with us saying the driver seatbelt wasn’t the issue. It’s the passenger belt. And they have to order it from Tennessee and it will take a week to get it. Why was the driver sided ordered in the first place. Well it took a whole week to get my car back. And now I officially have my car back.I’ve only had it a week and this morning my car wouldn’t start. It was like the battery died. My husband went to charge it and noticed whoever messed with the battery didn’t tighten the post down. And we noticed we have a plastic clip missing were the filter goes. I wouldn’t take my car back here. And I’m so glad I’m done with this place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TEXAS MADE COLLISION. Ive been going there for years and today was the day they lied about their work and completely disrespected a loyal customer of 5 years. The communication is key to any successful company and this company is on mute. If you want a honest job and real warranty that last longer than the paint dont go there.

So I should have sent this so much sooner, but I dealt with so much from this accident. Texas Made made everything easy and convenient for me. In my time of need...this was my first time doing business with them. All I can tell you...is I was so nervous through the process of what the results may be. Not because I wasnt confident about their work, but due to the amount of damage. My Cadillac looked just like it did when I bought it from the dealership!!! Thanks Texas Auto and I cant forget the courteous service provided from Jamie....she was so helpful in explaining the expectations between the body shop and the insurance company.

A complete scam. Jamie at the front desk did not explain ANY details of cost. She only assured me that it would be cheap and to sign here. When I asked for the owners email, she refused me any contact with the owner. I also have reason to believe some of the tow truck drivers work insync with the body shop. They are also in on it. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went inside and I asked the lady at the counter that I needed an estimate for some body work done on my Infiniti g35. She followed me outside with her note pad and I explained to her what I needed done. She goes back inside and comes back out with another employee and he states to me that their too busy and come back next week to basically get an estimate. I didnt understand why had to wait until next week to get an estimate, they made it seem as if they did not want to do body work on my car! This was the worst experience ever!

I must say this is the best place to ever I was wrong about a lot of things that I said because I was mad but Janie was awesome.
