Wow, What a professional organization. The cleanest shop and most professional staff I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this business. The repairs the made to my F150 was done expertly. Matched paint perfectly. You can tell that the owner and staff are perfectionist as the business is very well kept and clean.

The best place on Houston for all of your collision needs. They fix my 2008 Toyota highlander limited edition like brand new after my accident. Progressive listed them on the list they gave me and I am glad I choose them. The manager is extremely nice and even fix my window that progressive refused to pay for saying it wasnt as a result of the accident for free. The lady at the front Jennifer is very nice as well. People if you need your car fix and look brand new again please take it to collision center on pine forest by the race track gas station. Highly recommend.

I called to get my car fixed and they were transparent. Told me that they could hold someone for me before the staff goes to lunch. I appreciated that so much! The office was clean and distracted! Everyone was wearing mask! Staff was friendly! I would definitely come here again!

After my wheels and tires being stolen for the second time in less than a month and not being happy with the first company that did my repairs my insurance offered to have my car sent to Unique and I am so thankful they did! Jennifer at the front desk was super patient, and kind while I was being that annoying customer with 5000 questions! Lol. My car was ready in a timely manner and everyone was so communicative on what was happening through the process. Ill definitely be choosing this place for any car needs I come across in the future.

I was rear-ended and they took care of replacing my rear bumper and hatch. They did great work, made it look like new again!Two small complaints, though.1) I understand that these things take time (mine was nearly 2 weeks), but an update here and there would have been nice and eased my anxiety. Maybe just a text or email once every other day. (Example, Parts ordered, Matching Paint, Installing or something like that)2) The inside of my car was dirty (The outside where most the work was done was immaculate, though). There was a very fine layer of dust on everything inside the vehicle. I assume this was from the rear hatch being removed for a few days. Would have been nice if they gave it a quick vacuum and wipe down, especially the windshield and dashboard.All in all, they are the best collision specialists I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and knowledgeable and did great work on the repairs. Definitely would use them again.

When I got In an accident I thought the damage was really bad. Emilio and Jenny put my mind at ease and walked me through the entire process. They contact my adjuster @ Geico Insurance and explain me everything in details specially how the claim/ estimate works with the Insurance Co. they keep me inform via email and phone .Process was simple and easy, GREAT JOB ALEX AND jENNY .

Great experience. I brought my vehicle on Monday to have my back bumper fixed and I got my vehicle back on Wednesday. They did a really good job. Staff was friendly and very efficient.

Unfortunately Ive had to have body work 2 times in the last year, Fortunately Ive had it done at Unique Collision who does a great job and offers a fair price to get it done.
