The staff was friendly and informative. My glass wasnt ready the original day I was told. But the glass is a perfect for the coffee table I broke. Ill use them again if I have to. Hope is still be finished it the date giving

Luis came out when scheduled. Installation was quick. Luis was easy to deal with. The next day I realized my windshield wiper sprayers werent working. They sent Luis out again on my schedule. He fixed the issue quickly. Thank you!

Recently had two windshield replacements on my vehicles. Called one place that had high pricing, called Binswanger auto glass staff that were really nice. They gave fair pricing. Ishmael came and fixed both cars. Man he is just a professional and did a high quality job on both cars. Ask for him.

What a great customer-focused company. I received friendliness from the first phone call through the technician. I even had to change the location where the technician would meet me and he was super accommodating. I had my granddaughters with me and he greeted each of them with friendliness. I will use them again for my windshield needs.

Very impressed with the service. I filled out a request on the weekend and received a call first thing Monday morning. I showed up a little early to my appointment and my car was taken back and started on immediately. I found out I have non factory tint on my window, and Miriam called their tint tech and was able to get me an apt in the same afternoon. Super fast service. Two Thumbs up. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here when needed.

During the freezing temperatures my windshield cracked and I called my insurance to see if they covered it. I chose Binswanger because of their reviews and they handled it directly with my insurance. While on the phone they sound very professional and I heard good reviews, I did not have a positive experience. I set up a date for them to come out and fix a window a week out (since they were booked). A day before the scheduled appointment, I missed a call from the technician to set up a specific time. I called back and left voice mails twice that afternoon, and called first the following morning, and no answer. When I didnt get a response from the technician, I called the office first the morning. The office told me they would try to figure out what time and call me back. I called back four times until, at about 3:30, they told me that the technician had tried to call me and moved on when I didnt answer. I didnt receive any calls except the previous day, and had called seven times since. I figured they must have had the wrong number, but they confirmed the correct number. I am disappointed that they had me hold a date of service that they could not follow through with, and disappointed that I had to call back seven times and hear them tell me that i had not returned their call. It sounds like they are far too busy to handle residential jobs.

Excellent service and very professional!!!They were able to identify the exact windshield for my Mercedes and installed it quickly the same day. They worked directly with AAA Texas insurance to get everything done. I did not have to do anything.Thanks for making this a smooth experience.

Cannot say enough good things about Binswanger Glass and their staff. They were way cheaper than SafeLite, showed up the same day I called, and Ramses got the work done quickly. He also vacuumed up all of the glass in my car. Lastly, through no fault of theirs my lift gate wouldnt latch after the glass replacement. They came out the day I called back and fixed it free of charge. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

They replaced the windshield in our brand new Volvo XC90. I requested Volvo glass and parts since there are a lot of electronics in the windshield. They had no trouble getting the glass and installing it the next day. Mirian at the front is a sweetheart and was very patient with me and took care of the insurance claim. Everyone I talked to there was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. The windshield looks as good as it did before the @#$% rock hit it.

New Year Day, someone break my car window glass on passenger seat @ Dillard (Galleria Mall location), I called the cop to report. He also advised the options to fix for this and gave me the name Binswanger Glass ( it never happened to me before and I don’t even know which company specializes in glass). I had the insurance but I don’t want to pay the high deductible and also don’t want to go my Acura dealer too. I called to check the price with Binswanger shop @ Chimney Rock, and order the original glass from Acura. Great service and experience, fast, the price is acceptable !!!

It took several calls and visits to this Binswanger Glass to get aquote on a windshield replacement for my vehicle. I eventually received a quote and took the day off to travel in to their location for the windshield replacement. Two hours after arriving they informed me that they had the wrong windshield and that they would pick up the correct windshield and come to my home to do the replacement. After missing the initial time to be at my home they called to say that there was another problem and that would correct the problem and be at my home no later than 4:00pm. By 4:00pm no repair person arrived and there was no call. When I called them they didn’t seem the know the status of when I could expect someone to arrive to do the repair and stated that they would have to call me back. A half hour later I received a call stating that they had more problems and would come to my home late in the evening. After more than 8 hours of frustration in simply trying to get to windshield replaced I finally gave up and told them that I’ll have to find another company to do the work on my vehicle. Wow. This is not how you treat customers who want to business with you.

AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had to have them come out twice, since the first guy never followed up, the next team came they measured, told me they could do it, I gave them a check for deposit, which I noticed they deposited immediately. I never heard from them and finally when I called to see what was going on, I was told they had not even fabricated the materials and did not know if they could do the job. NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL ME!!
