Caught a rock on my windscreen. I immediately went to a rock chip to fix but it was already too big . I went on yelp uploaded a picture. I showed up to get a quote to repair minor damage to my truck cause by my girlfriend accidentally hitting a column in my apartments parking garage. After giving me a verbal quote and discussing how I wanted to sell the truck soon, the staff advised me not to repair due to lack of return in the repair, that a dealer that I been talking too had offered me $5000 under the wholesale value of my truck (with $800 of body damage), and gave me references to sell my truck for top dollar. An employee even took an hour to place touch up paint on my truck to clean up the look and make the damage look not as bad. The shop refused any money for the time or materials and did the touch up out of goodwill. So friendly and went above and beyond for me, a person who they did not stand to make a dollar on at the time. The way they treated me as a non-revenue customer will make my first visit for any glass or body work will be Ryan’s in the future.

Every now and then there comes a business you need to have in your contacts list and this is one of them. I can’t say enough how impressed I was by the professionalism and demeanor of the owner and the quality of the work and speed at which I was sent on my way with a replaced side passenger rear window. Damaged that morning from a break in, my insurance company put me on a schedule 10 days ahead while I was supposed to ride around with either duck tape or cardboard for a window replacement. Ryan Automotive put me back on the road within three hours of my arrival with a factory installed replacement. If I’m spelling his name correctly, Neima is an exceptional business man and I will be forever grateful to have crossed paths with his business. There was a bad out of nowhere hail storm and a chunk of ice damaged the right side of my windshield, that’s Houston weather. I emailed them the night of the hail storm and they got back to me in the morning. Nima was very informative and helpful to what I needed and didn’t try to pressure me into getting anything else which was a plus. I looked at other places before I decided to go with them and they were the best since I am college student on a budget. I got there at 11 a.m. and left at 12:30 p.m. and when I got there, Nima already knew who I was. They were fast to do the job. Would recommended to friends and family👍🏼

Nima, the owner is very rude and unprofessional. We visited this place after seeing an ad on Facebook for a truck. It turned out that the price listed was way less than what Mr.Nima quoted us in the office. I understand that mistakes happen, but instead of apologizing,Mr.Nima started arguing with my husband, like it’s our fault for not knowing what was in his mind. We made a 40 minutes blank trip in this hot summer for nothing.

Great job all around. Straight forward customer service by Ahmad who broke down the price, process of replacing my windshield which I was dealing with water leaking in off and on. I don’t normally do reviews. But this is important. I got rear ended on 45 coming to Houston and needed a new bumper. I had the choice to bring it to any shop that I chose and I chose Ryan’s. This is not your ordinary shop, I was treated like family. If you’re blessed enough to deal with Kevin, you’re in good hands. Enterprise rental company was not doing any pickups due to Covid, but they were nice enough to go out of their way to drive me over there. I never left my car at a place for a few days, and the actual car (inside and out) be in better condition then when I left it. I felt like I was driving away a new car. Everyday I got a call from them updating me on the process and estimated time to finish. They made the process with the insurance a breeze. I wish I got paid for this review but the customer service was so good this was the least that I could do.

This is the best auto shop I have ever experienced. I was quoted the best price for a new windshield which did not take long to install at all.I came back a week later for an oil change and inspection for registration renewal. To my surprise They also washed and detailed the interior of my car and put air in my tires that were going low on pressure. Nima and Kevin are the best!

I respect them. They are honest and professional. I had three shops told me my 2010 LS 460 has all kinds of leaking and other issues, and all recommended $1600-2500 repairs. Ryans Auto helped with my friends Angela car accident and we were very happy with the result. So I decided to let them inspect. Kevin spent good amount of time to check, did pressure check, test drive, lift and exam, and found no leak at all and the engine is dry! He also commented that the lower control arm was replaced not long ago, the car is in great shape, and yes he is right!I repeat, I respect them and they are honest and professional.

We took our car to Ryan Auto for a leak to the cabin of my car. Every time it rained, the back passenger floorboard would fill with water, but everywhere else in the car was completely dry. We could not figure out where the leak was coming from.I called Ryan Auto and they said they could get my car in the next morning, even though it was Christmas Eve Day. When we got there, it ended up that the ducts that drain water from around the sunroof were clogged and backing up into the car cabin. After they cleared them, everything has stayed dry, even through several heavy rains. They didnt even charge me for it because it was such a quick fix.Weve taken our other car to Ryan Auto for window repair and they were great then too. Highly recommend them!

I brought my car in to Ryan’s Automotive to get a cracked headlight replaced on my Audi. I had been shopping around for a while and no collision center was was able (or should I say - willing) to find the replacement part for me.Kevin was willing to put time into finding my part which honestly it took probably three weeks, and when he found it, he STILL gave me a very competitive quote on the part, as well as the labor.I had a small problem with the reassembly, but I still give them 5-stars because when I was able to diagnose the problem with Audi, I called and with Zero hesitation I was told to bring my car in and it will get fixed — and that’s exactly what happened. I’m sure they were busy but moved my car to the front of the line and honored their warranty (They also cleaned up another small mess I had made since I had left them. Lol).Highly recommend!

Today approximately 11:30am my husband called to have his windshield replaced. He was told that they have the windshield that fits his car. We told them we where on our way the the shop. We arrived approximately 1:30pm and as we arrived at the shop my husband received a call . My husband was told the shop has to go get the windshield. After 2 hours of waiting I asked : where did you have to go get the windshield and I was told they went to the Northside to get the windshield. It is now 4:37pm and we are still waiting. As I write this review my husband just informed me that the windshield just arrived. Not good customer service today. No one apologize for the extremely long wait time. One staff member made a comment that I need to be on the payroll (because I’ve been here to long). I didn’t find it funny and I expressed how unhappy I was. Still; no apology. It’s 5:21pm and we are still here. It’s now 5:40 time to pay and still no apology!!!! Customer service today needs some attention. The Nemo guy rudely tells me I was waiting 3 hours and my husband looked at his phone to get the time Nemo call he last. The time was 5 hours waiting before the windshield was repaired.. Rude and inconsiderate!!

I was looking to get the rear window on my Chevy Tahoe replaced. I checked a place where I live in League City and was quoted over $1,000. I then checked with my insurance company and found out I had a $500 deductible. I then saw a Facebook marketplace add for Ryan Automotive. I called Nima who quoted me $360.09 including the tinting. Nima and his staff not only installed the rear window, they also made several other repairs to my rear hatch free of charge. I don’t care where you live in the Houston area, if you need auto glass replacement or auto body work, this is the place to go!! Trust me it is worth the drive!!

Best experience ever. They are really kind and helpful and they fixed my rear window + front windshield + brake light for a very affordable price and clean quality too. If you ever need to fix your car this is the place. I was late and i called them before they closed they told me they will wait for me i came at 9 pm which is 2 hours after they closed. No one will ever do that especially for one customer so yeah this is the place for sure. Happy with the service and people there would recommend to anybody. Its worth the drive

I highly recommend this place. I came in to get a quote on a scratched up area with a small dent on my rear quarter panel and was very surprised by the helpfulness. The owner himself checked it out for me and not only gave me a quote that was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than others, but took the time to buff out the scratch so it would look better until I was able to bring it in to get the dent fixed. Will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

Was told I could drop off my car before 6 PM. Arrived at 5:45 and no one seemed interested in helping me or any of the other people in the office. Eventually left, apparently my business isnt needed.

They were fantastic. I am so happy I found these guys. I had this quick fix on my windshield (the rubber lining came out), and I called a bunch of other places and all of them were being difficult, either telling me they had to take out the whole windshield, or that I had to come in so they could see it first, or telling me to call back tomorrow, but as soon as I called this place, they were so helpful and accommodating. I brought my car during my lunch hour and they got it fixed so quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable and super friendly as well. I had a GREAT experience here.

I hit my newly bought car - really bad dent and scratches that affected the door and quarter panel. I didn’t want to go through insurance so I went to several body shops before deciding on Ryan mostly because he had the best price by far and felt honest and much easier to work with compared to other places that seemed like they were trying to sell and justify their price. I worked with Nima who was extremely responsive and even gave me an available loaner car. My car came back looking brand new! Received a quick estimate from Nima for 2 windows that were smashed in, I thought the prices were reasonable, had my vehicle in and out the same day. Additionally took a chip out of the window at no cost. They offer a ride if you elect to leave your vehicle at the shop.

Had such a great experience here! Originally I went to Atlas Auto Glass but there was a homeless guy sleeping in front of the sign and the shop was not conducive to customers. Luckily Ryan Automotive was not too far and I called to see if they could work me in. The owner, Nima, answered and within 20 minutes they had opened the shop for me and started working on fixing my broken window. They did such a great job and were very attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Ive found my go-to body shop with Ryans Automotive, and I couldnt recommend this place enough! Not only did they do a great job with my repairs, they were nothing but professional and kind throughout the entire process. Cheers to you Nima and Kevin!Longer version: My front-end collision repair had a persistent brake issue that remained after I initially picked it up from Ryans. I called the shop and spoke to Nima about the issue, and he happily told me to bring it back so they can investigate further. Meanwhile, they provided me with a rental/loaner since I returned my initial rental (which I got through my car insurance) thinking that the repairs were complete; it was inconvenient, but I was glad that they had another vehicle immediately available for me to commute to work. After another part mailed in and a repair session, I picked up my car again for a second time. This time, the braking issue from before came up again, only it took about a day to reappear. I called Nima again, and he--once again--happily told me to bring it back for further investigation. By this point, I am growing frustrated that the repairs are still not complete, but Nima and Kevins professionalism and kindness kept my concerns at bay. I figured that the issue itself was a strange one, and they were genuine about trying to get to the bottom of things. Sure enough, the third time was the charm. They deduced that given the issue I was having, a specific part was suspected of being the culprit (I dont know car parts, so I apologize for not being specific). They mailed in and replaced that part, and voila: the brake issue disappeared. I really appreciated that Nima and Kevin were keeping me up-to-date with their diagnostics and repairs as it came along. Despite having to have brought my car back several times, their cordial demeanor and authenticity kept my concerns at ease. Im more than relieved that everything worked out, and I will certainly be returning here for all future body shop work and repairs.

Wow! If you are looking for a place to get your car window repaired this is the place to go. Our driver side window was completely smashed on a Friday night. We had parked in front of house and there wasnt any sign of vandalism. Id like to blame it on Houstons blazing hot weather. Completely bummed-but whatever. Next morning, googled shops and drove past a few before picking Ryan Automotive Glass & Collision Center. This place stood out-well maintained, convenient location and actually opened at 9:00 AM as expected! Walk in-waiting area is immaculate and was greeted right away by the owner, Nima. Yes, we can get the glass this morning, itll be ready in a few hours. What?? There were plenty of cars being worked on so it wasnt as if they werent busy. Fantastic news! My husband and I were outside trying to get an Uber home ( ok, were 61, it takes us awhile...) Nima comes out and offers us a loaner car. Got a call a few hours later-car was ready. Caught a few minutes of Friends in the air conditioned waiting area (the Halloween episode-funny!), paid up and now have our car back as good as new parked in the shade. Great experience!
