Amazing place. I was in a bind. My car broke down and was not going anywhere. They took very good care of me. The staff was super knowledgeable, and very personable. Thier prices were excellent and they did an amazing job fixing my car. I cant think of a better place to go. I was very lucky my car broke down here.

I should’ve read the reviews and I would’ve been ready for the girl in the shop with a bad attitude. I actually own a mobile automotive repair company. Being mobile we do not perform alignments because you need an alignment rack and machine. One of my ASE certified technicians just installed all 4 struts assemblies, lower control arms, inner, and outer tie rods on an 07 Dodge Caliber. Of course when replacing all of those components the alignment will be extremely off. This will causing the vehicle to try to veer in different directions.The girl in the shop came inside the waiting area and said that some thing was installed incorrectly because the vehicle almost fell off the rack. I asked her to show me. She couldn’t show me that anything was installed incorrectly. All she could say was the technician that installed them must have not counted the threads when putting the tie rods back together or something. I explain to her that an ASE certified technician is the one that installed the parts and even when counting threads that is not accurate. That is why you need to have the vehicle aligned. I then asked her how she will fix the issue if something was installed incorrectly. She could not tell me. I explain to her that the only issue is the car is badly out of alignment and that is why I am there. The alignment will fix everything that she thinks is wrong. She refused and insisted something was not installed correctly. It was just an excuse for them not to do the alignment. I took it elsewhere. They performed the alignment in less than 30mins and everything went into specification. The vehicle drove perfectly afterwards. If the owner of this establishment is reading this comment, I would have a talk with your technician about giving false information. When she was talking to me, everything out of her mouth was BS. Especially when the person she’s talking to is also an automotive professional that trained technicians how to do front end, suspension, and alignments. From the look on all your technicians faces when she was telling me this, they all seem like they had no clue as to what they were doing. I will not waste my time going there again. If they don’t want to work then just close the doors and lock the place up because all you’re doing is losing business when they are talking to customers.

Our go to car shop! They do a great job every single time! The times we have come they’ve tackled everything properly! We used to go to the dealership we got our car from but soon realized they were over charging. This place offers prices to beat in the surrounding area.

Horrible customer service! Went for alignment was told 2 hrs wait said ok I’ll wait. Girl went to take my information down and another rude girl cam with an attitude saying they had too much to do to the other girl. So I said you know what I’m good I’ll take my business else where! So I did and didn’t have to wait no 2 hrs! If you don’t want to work at a tire shop then leave!! Don’t have an attitude in front of customers!

Bottom line, they do good work. Ive been getting my car fixed there for years. And with no complications.

Really good mechanics, Im always met by this older Hispanic guys that compliments me no matter how I look. But on the serious tip, they prices are affordable and they work is wonderful. Trust me honey I dont trust just anybody to fix my Srx Caddy.
