Do not take your car to this location for SilverRock Warranty repairs. My vehicle was over heating and the engine was replaced. Prior to the engine being swapped out I had no warning lights on my instrument panel. After the engine was replaced the engine light and battery warning lights came on. The owner told me to drive it a few weeks to see if the lights went away. Being that the engine was replaced. They never did. My car has acceleration issues and they said the warning lights are from three bad sensors in the car. Sensors that werent bad prior to the engine swap. Now SilverRock says they dont cover sensor replacement. That is my responsibility. The responsibility of changing sensors that were good prior to the engine getting replaced at this establishment.

Ive been going to Mr. Steve for work on my Yukon for several years now and he always done great work while taking care of my best interests! His work is always done right & reasonably priced and Ill be going back to him as long as his doors are open!

The manager is super helpful and made sure my car was completely fixed.

The worst experience I have ever had. From the owner to the worker. To say this was an option for insurance warranty. I would not recommend to bring your car here at all. They hold your car longer than they need, try and fix the issue to claim to insurance but never fix the correct parts and blame it on other people. As a woman I would never recommend this shop unless you want to be screamed at by owner and disrespected by the employees . Then on top of that they do a half as job of getting your car back the same way you brought it .

Mr Carlos is an awesome and trustworthy mechanic! Fairly priced as well!
