Very rude people I went in for service they didnt fix my car they tried to take my money and laughed and said very rude things I would never go back there

I usually do not write reviews, but this this place could be called NOTHING BUT A SCAM. I went to look at a Chrysler 300 here after they posted the car for sale on Facebook. When I arrived, the paint was completely scratched up on all sides (which were not in the Facebook photos), there was smoke coming from the engine after starting it, and the steering wheel looked to be in such poor condition for 82,000 miles. Some one else already complained that the odometer had been turned back, and I wouldnt doubt it for this car either. They sell cars here but are their own auto shop so they just plaster a band aid on it, cover things up, and hope to sell it at a low price. I do not want anyone else to waste their time or money here- this car was supposed to transport my two young children as well (it is not in Buenas condiciones, as according to the Facebook post). I sincerely hope they change the way they do business and do it correctly and cleanly. And no, I will not be contacting Jay- hes the one who tried to sell me this dangerous pile of junk for $3,700 cash.

I bought a Mazda 3 from this place and was never informed that there was a salvaged title on the vehicle. The vehicle has given us nothing but a headache. Went to sale the vehicle today only to find out that the odometer reading has been altered as well. This place will scan you out of your money be very careful when dealing with these people. The man that sold me this heap of trash is Jay. He comes off really nice but what a joke and a theif.

I got my transmission replaced here but after it was replaced some items were missing in my vehicle. I talked to the owner (Francisco) about the situation ... basically told me this matter is not important and hes to busy. After the repair, my vehicle is making a strange noise and owner refuses to check the noise since he believes Im accusing him of stealing and he told me he doesnt want customers who accuse him.Made it clear to him I wasnt accusing him . Told him to simply HELP me see if BY CHANCE my stuff was taken from his shopHe also refused to check my cars noise. He gave me my keys and told me to take my little car to get checked else were....The noise was not being made before I took it to this shop! Unprofessional.

Helpfull people. Jay carefully showed me all the inventory and was patient.I will be going back there next month when my daughter needs a car.

Buy good cars cheap the people that work there very businesslike and I do good car repairs

Trash of a Place to Buy a carThey claim one price but it turn out being more Both Husband &Wife are Shady AF they shift blame to each other at the end the customer gets the short end of the stick .DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANY VEHICLES THERE BAD BAD BAD CUSTIMER SERVICE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. TRYING TO SAVE MONEY ENDED UP COSTING MORE.

It is very sad to see that there are dishonest people, very bad experience in this place, nice beautiful car on the outside inside a garbage 3 months the car lasted me taking it to the mechanic, staying on the road spending to reck, the engine broke and supposedly it had a low mileage, I asked even a junk to take it away, I pray that it will really be sold in parts and they will not harm someone else again and this is terrible more in the times of pandemic that we are living, but hey everyone lives the way they It pleases him so it is to move forward and other people like one deluded believing in the integrity of the human being when many times there is none.

Their workers do not respect. They drink at night and do not let sleep. Those of us who live in the apartments
