I purchased a ac compressor from them about 9 months ago that have warranty. The internal components is bad so I called and asked the lady to look me up in the system so I can change my compressor and she said she cant because they have a new system. She asked if I have my invoice and I said no. You guys told me to keep invoice to get my core refund and I will be in system for warranty. She said yes but now they are on new system and doesnt have customer warranty information. I explained thats not my fault, she said you are right and let het talk to her boss to see what can be done. She came back and said her boss said they need the invoice and without it they not going to do anything. Wow! I will never refer anyone else to them nor will I do any more business with them because its bad business refusing your defective parts saying you have a new computer system with no customer info when originally being told that a invoice will not be needed because customers warranty are kept in the system.

They make there prices higher they don’t care about their customers any more never doing service with you again I use to get the a/c compressor repair from $70 to $120 now they asking $200 price for new one

I Will never buy from this guys again, sold me a defective compressor, cost me as much as a new one, after i was done with all the hassle to mount and dismount the defective one, and trust me mechanics wont do it for free, if they have to do all the work again and reload the system with gas you will have to pay since its not their fault, plusgoing back to return to get another one in the hopes youll get a good one, and thats if this guys dont blame the mechanic for the failure, forget itNEVER AGAIN :NO THANKS

Called to see about getting a quote,a woman picked up. I asked if I could get a quote over the phone,she said oh this is a compressor shop. I said can I speak to someone who speaks English,she hung up and when I tried to call again she continued to pick up and hang up. Very professional!
