Horrible place to purchase a vehicle. They mark up their vehicles by almost 10k when trying to purchase one. I had a trade in and they offered me $8000 less than other dealers were offering me. Sales manager kept giving excuses. Don’t get ripped of by these scammers. They make it seem like they care but they don’t. They don’t even go over the cost Breakdown of the vehicle. All they focus on is the payment and down payment. If I didn’t check the cost breakdown they would have ripped me off. Don’t get robbed from. Make sure to check the cost breakdown and ask about it. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this shady dealer. They should be shut down.

Took my truck to the body shop for a repair from an object thrown from the highway that did damage to my hood and windshield.First, the receptionist in body shop wasnt the most personable individual.The actual check-in process was quick and easy.I started getting texts messages daily on the repair process which I THOUGHT was a good thing. It was saying that “we’re on track for completion this Saturday.” This was VERY convenient for me as I would not have to take another day off from work to deal with it.Friday comes and I get this call from the Service Advisor saying that the truck would be ready Monday”. I complained saying referring to the text messages I had been getting DAILY. He said sorry but would try to get the tech back working on it again and attempt to get it ready by Saturday.About 15 mins prior to closing Saturday, I get a call saying that the truck is ready. I live 25 mins away.I rushed over and he said that he would stay so that I could pick it up. I looked the truck over briefly and signed the papers and went home with it. I noticed that they painted over some of the highway dings in the front of the hood as we talked about but not approved as it would be extra cost. They did that on their own. They completed the extra paint job on the hood as well. They also vacuumed the glass, or so I thought.Fast forward a day or too and that is when I noticed the rippling in the paint on the hood from the original job. Also, they didn’t put the corner trim pieces back and the hood is actually crooked on the truck. Also, glass blew out of the defrost port and ALL over the dash as well as myself. One piece almost hit me in the eye.I called the Insurance company and also the service advisor and informed them of the quality of work.The next day I get a call from the service advisor saying that if I bring it back on X day, they will supply me with a rental car and fix all the items. They did exactly that. They made it right so that is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of something less. I would give more but I feel that they should have done it right the FIRST time and no excuses for the texting app issue.

Awesome customer service,!!! After going to several other dealerships including in house financing with mom and pop car lots Lamin Nue was able to get us approved in a vehicle with very low miles with our credit in the 400 range. My husband and I will definitely be going back to him and recommend everyone to go see him. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Very Happy Customer!!! 😊😊😊

Went and bought a new truck 3 months ago. They offered me a coverage for it but never explained that they where going to charge me for it so I took it. After I noticed that it was a cost of approximately 10k I went directly here to cancel but they have done nothing more than just play crazy and haven’t canceled anything for 2 months they keep charging me for it and when I told the bank to not let them get the payment my Credit Score went down by 20 points. If you buy here read all the papers before you sign even if they are pressuring you

Worst oil change service. Appointment at 7am took 1:45 min. Beacuse mechanics were late reporting to work - unbelievable.

I bought a 2021 Chevy custom had 34 miles. It was new. It was used 1 week and a half the engine went. The Diler wants to fix it. But what confidence can I have in that troka. Im losing $ 5,000 because of them, they couldnt help me, they say, theyre thieves.
