What a horrible experience! I ordered the part online and submitted a cut sheet for a quarter panel, I got an email stating it was ready for pick up, I tried calling to verify before pick up nobody picked up the phone after over 20 tries decided to show up for pick up the part 3 days after the emailed date to give them enough time to have it ready for me, the part got canceled and I was never notified, they couldnt do anything for me at the shop location and had to deal with people online.I got a new pick up date for the following week again called the shop and finally got tru after an hour of dialing some guy name ERIC answered with the worst attitude and said The part was not ready and didnt even attempt to make a sell I asked for a resolution to my issue and pretty much told me to deal with it anyway I wanted.Save yourself a bad time and skip this place, I canceled the order and still have to see how that goes.

Got my transfer case at a reasonable price with warranty! Ill definitely use again if I need to

Never picked up the phone. Had to drive 1 1/2 to see if they had the part.Front desk kept radioing Its a differential though I repeatedly noted it was a Driveshaft (as noted on the paperwork)I suspect there is a bay noted as differential but it took the person 3 radio calls to find my part. It was a bit un-nerving.DID receive part, and it was in fair/good condition.

This place is absolutely terrible. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. No one picks up the phone, have to call 15 times a day just for the chance to talk to someone. First part i received was not as expected, condition was not as advertised. Second order i placed was cancelled with no notification to me. Had to call them to find out. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

These guys are great! They have really good prices compared to other places. They work hard so try to have a great and positive attitude when you go up there.

Little bit expensive than regular junk yard, but they provide much more variety of the available inventory. Nancy is one of the best sales representative out there.

No one is available to answer the phone. Ever. Tried 6 times over the span of 1 hour.

It has been almost 4 weeks and I cant get to swap a motor because of their terrible service, first I ordered a gas engine, they shipped an electric motor and said it was my mistake for ordering wrong part, luckily I screenshooted my order when I paid, clearly says gas engine even the confirmation they sent via email says gas engine they said if I want to return they would keep $226, so on top of their misleading advertising and that I have this car stuck they want me to pay for returning. I have sent email to sales and corporate with no luck, they dont even answer and when I call they transfer me to another department, once the other department answers they say they need to transfer me to another department to take care of the situation and so on for hours until they close and cannot answer no more.

Charged me for a part we never got, then gave us a broken part twice. We ended up ordering a refurbished from ORielys. I drove out there three times will never go here again

Ordered an A quality part Wednesday morning and was told part would be ready Thursday morning. I called before heading up there and they still have not scheduled a time to get part pulled. Then I call again Friday morning and now the part was ready so I drove 45 minutes to get part. When I received part, it was broken and nothing close to A quality.I would not trust this location to deliever on time or the quality listed or told. I would avoid this location at all cost to save time and money.

This is a nice clean, professional place to get parts....but dont go in a hurry...they are slow......

Lady in the front counter could not do my paperwork for exchanging a rim. She told me she could not do this because she does not know how to do this. Jeff the manager could not even tell her how to take care of this
