Been taking my cars here since 1998, never had an issue with any repair. I dont know what the being watched if your female or any of the other comments about guards watching you (they dont have guards) have any truth behind those comments. I have sent my sisters here for repairs and female coworkers and no one has ever complained about people watching you. My brother has even sent his girlfriend to their shop and even after they broke up his girlfriends have kept going there.Very honest, they have gone as far as to refer to other places if they knew of a shop that can do it for less.

Unfortunately during my wait a female employee would not take her sight off of me. Making me feel out of place. As I researched the business a little deeper. The business is owned by a family.In other words getting to the point, I am assuming that the wife feels insecure with other women, making them feel like we are doing something wrong by engaging conversation with the automotive expertise. How I take this situation has nothing to do with the rating or service provided by the business but the lack of trust for the customer from an insecure personal makes it all the most vile experience. I would not suggest any business on how to handle their affairs but just giving you my point of view from the other side. I would not let anyone I know to have to go through the experience I went through weeks ago here. I am sorry. Thank you for the great service and maintenance given to my vehicle. But I am sorry that I did not feel the same courteous respect as a being.

Visited months ago, was recommended by my dad, good mechanical work but was being watched by a guard. Such an uncomfortable setting, but from what I understand now its family owned, so that explains a lot, but unfortunately that makes the repair shop loose credibility on their performance as mechanics if they have a guard watching female customers.

Sadly, great work on my car, but customer service was so poor, unable to talk to the on duty mechanic without female staff member gawking at me! Made situation very uncomfortable. Sorry to say I will never return to this facility.

They are a family business. All the people in the shop are really nice. I had my car down by the roadside on west street and searched nearby auto repair shop and found them. Once I got there, I felt that they were my friends for many years. They really thought for me to save me money. I repaired a part of transmition and AC, with a tank of freon and the total is even less than the labor fee in other shops. They are really the best shop I have ever been. Now I have their card, and I will come to them if there is any problem with my car again.Btw, this is the first time I met with them, I wrote this only because they are really helpful to me.
